I brought in a paralyzed kitten about 2 months old today hoping that they will help with her breathing problems, but the vet/doctor kept squeezing the kitten so she could urinate, she did pass a lot of urine but also he left her gasping for air and killed her in front of my eyes! I left that place with tears in my eyes and there was nothing that i could do as the kitten has passed away by his hands! After she passed away he told me to take her with me and burry her, This is so unacceptable and an inhumane act i wish i could give this place 0 stars this was the worst experience ever

It's a good setup with excellent service. There is a comfortable waiting area. Dr Anees, is an Indian who is very kind and always very helpful. He will sometimes assist you over the phone if necessary. The Filipino receptionist is half doctor, as he has all the basic information you need about your pet and is very friendly and helpful.However, it is a very good place to take your pet overall. The vet charges are very reasonable and not at all going to hurt your pocket. Well, scheduled appointment can save you time.

Very good, no nonsense vetinary clinic. A bit lacking in bedside manner, but they do a good job and always try to keep prices down for you. Unlike some other clinics in Doha that persuade you to pay for unnecessary procedures. They even try to keep RAT test prices down by booking in groups.

We are very satisfied with all things related to this clinic. They are very professional and the price is excellent. Their aim is to help you out and not rip you off. We have brought in numerous street cats for care and Dr. Al Timimi and his staff have always done a great job. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

The facility requires renovation however .. as they receive a lot of strays and they offer them discounts it’s understandable that they don’t look into renovations. The vet is very polite, patient and kind to animals, so are the assistants, the receptionist is a bit overwhelmed.

My go-to vet for over 7 years. Dr is very professional and considerate. Prices are all affordable and honest compared to other vets. They gave me so much help during my cats relocation, I'm very grateful.

Big thanks to Dr Anees for saving our cat's life from Liver disease, they gave him the full care for one week and they were so professional and patient because our cat was so aggressive, again big thanks to the doctor, his assistant and the receptionist.

The best clinic i have taken my cat to. Not materialistic at all ! They are super patient with animals (especially that my cat goes crazy when taken out of the cage) they are supper nice and the prices ! Oh wow ! They are supper affordable and compared to all the clinics i have been to in qatar, it is super cheap if not the cheapest. I recommend everyone to take their pets to such clinic.oh and they are HONEST ! they never RIP pple off and if there is a cheaper way for anything with the same result they will tell you! Starting with the receptionist ending with the doctor and everyone there actually ! No regrets!

Had my cat spayed here and it was very well done, my cat was healthy and no issues with the anaesthesia. The vet was very clear in his instructions and it all went really smooth. Handed her over in the morning and picked her up in the afternoon. The receptionist was a really friendly guy, he should definitely get some praise for being warm and welcoming, he gave a very nice first impression of the place. Your pet is in good hands with this vet!

I helped my friend take her unwell kitten, Simba to the vet this morning. She had called ahead. The receptionist, the vet and his assistant were accomodating, attentive and gentle. They provided first class emergency care for Simba and kept him in for observation.

Not too expensive and they were good enough to wait for me when I was late picking up my dog. I drop her for spaying. But the vet bed side manners were limited, didn't explain how to take care of the wound, how to give the pills (I knew so that was ok), didn't give me a cone for her not to lick the wound. Maybe because I was late and they wanted to close? But it was a bit unsatisfactory. However, as I said, not too expensive, and so far the wound is closing ok. Has to wait to see if there will be a scar. Have to revise my review. After taking her home we noticed that she got burned during the surgery and they didn't tell me about it. Cost me over 800 QAR for that care. So at the end of the day it was the most expensive operation.

Very affordable, the cheapest place for vaccines, had all my 3 kittens get vaccinated for just 300. I drive 55 mins just to get to them, even though there is a vet 10 mins away from me.

Were very violent with the cat, would inject her twice without telling me what he was injecting the cat with, and gave me pills to give her without telling me what they were unless i asked? Not nice to the animals and not cooperative, threatening environment.
