First of all i wanna why it took so long to open a branch in this area !!! Bin Omran is one of the best place and busy area .. And this one is the best Area .. Parking avaialble around .. This branch is quite a big one .. anyways coming to the food , I had ordered Big Mc , Mac Chicken spicy , chicken and chutney burger and tandoori bites .. As they had started INDIAN MENU .. It was Yummy and delicious ... French fries as usual one of the best .. Money worthy menu .. Staff is good and friendly ..

Mornings are the best since you get some quiet time to have breakfast and coffee. Memorabilias are also available here.

The drive thru service was very fast. The staff are very efficient and courteous.

Excellent customer service. The only issue is when I would like to change my soft drink to apple juice for example, I have to pay QAR 2 extra. Is McDo favoring soft drinks over juice?

Their Food Is good and Their App is awesome. Hope They Add These Discounts Meals Even When We Order for Home .

The worst in terms of services. Please don’t waste your time in the drive-through lane as they will note the wrong order and will deliver the wrong one or missed items with lots of waiting time in a side parking.

We ordered rice, which is not worth its price, and the big mac burger was more dry than usual as we are regular customers, we know when food tastes different. But the Sri Lankan staff who caters our orders is worth the visit👍

There are a lot of people. It would be nice if there was a service window nearby where you can park. The surroundings are very clean. But there are problems to use the drive pickup method.

The worst Mcdonalds branch at Qatar I went there too many times every time slow service, bad quality and two times we received wrong order The main problem with the employees the are very slow and careless we asked for the manager for 5 times and when we start asking where is the problem all of them is ignoring us Worst experience

Mc Donald Bin Omran branch the worse drive through order I ever experience. Service is not up to the standard of Mc Donald franchise Like today 14 Feb 2023 morning me and my wife order for 2 big breakfast meal when I reached home I open it same item is missing no spoon, no knife, no salt, no black pepper and worse thing no jam.. if u are customer is frustrating. This is not first time happen to us So I cannot keep it any more It time to report to management I'm not against Mac Donald Bin Omran staff and crew but they need to check every item in each order to satisfied the customer.

The branch manager offered me a happy meal for free when they had to close the branch for maintenance for 30minutes thank very much you are really great

I still rate their coffee one of the best in town. Lots of offers. Generally friendly staff. Clean place. Al bayt McDonalds is just amazing. It feels as if in a different country altogether.

Staffs are nice, very hospitable and considerate. Accidentally the drive thru staff forget to give me one meal, I found it out only when I’m home. They resolve it by delivering the meal at my home itself in just a couple of minutes 🥰

The food taste's good, but the drive thru service is sometimes a chaos. Few instances customers end up bawling each other due to drive thru clogged. The crews also seemed overworked. I hope they are well compensated.... The management should look to improve these concern...

dine-in is highly recommended, staff are nice. But for Drive-Thru, it is a nightmare. not only the waiting time is too long, (I have waited in 2 separate occasions for almost 30+mins) but when you finally got your order, it is missing a lot! 2 times it happened to me. If you still insist for a drive thru here, make sure to buy first a LOT OF PATIENCE, and MAKE sure to DOUBLE check your meals once you finally GET IT, because the drive-thru STAFF here have AMNESIA.

I always choose this mcdonalds branch because of the amazing outdoor seats but because of the sun and the hot weather in these days I choose to set inside the last week when I visited mc they have a quite place to relax there where you can study and work with comfort also they have amazing staff with amazing service and meals with no faults I am not going to lie the tastiest thing in there menu is there icecream conesss 🌚 you can feel the vanilla flavor hitting your taste buds 😋

Prices are unreasonably going higher in there, in two years every "meal" had gotten 5+ riyals more expensive. Food wise its still the same, its fine for most people, the staff are nice and it's overall a normal lunch experience
