I've called every month, only to be told to call back next month or no one can make an appointment at the moment. After asking around, I'm told you have to arrive at their location at 7:00AM and take a ticket from the door. "If you're lucky", you will be seen that day. If not, you'll need to come back the next day and repeat the process. I appreciate that the government provides this service for free, but is it difficult to give this information in a website or explain over the phone?

We took our cat for vaccinations twice, the place is quite old but clean You will have to purchase vaccines from outside vet pharmacy. Advantage of getting vaccinations done here is its free and you will get your pet's book stamped and signed by the vet.

Went there with my Leo today. Shown him to Dr. Hasanth and she made a thorough check up on him and gave some vitamin prescription. I wanted to neuter him but the facility was under innovation thus delayed it to March 2017. Its a free service and felt really good. Recommend pet owners to utilize the facility.

Good government place ,only you buy the medicine and they give injections for your pets but you have to make appointments before visiting timing 7 am to 1 pm

Don't call the Vet because no one pick up the phone but if you go there they take care of the animals. It's open until 1pm. It's recommended for stray dog/cat.

The doctor who is responsible for vaccinating the animals keeps leaving early , i have a tight schedule so I can’t go early. For two days i went 15 min before closing and they told me to wait for the doctor , I waited for half an hour and then they told me the doctor is gone above that the other doctors were not helpful at all plus the workers who kept avoiding answering whether the doctor is here or not. Iam really frustrated with how they treated me.

They stop neutering service, probably will resume back on february, but not yet confirm as per receptionist.

Went there today to get import license for my cats. I arrived about 7:30 and in about 20 minutes I walked out with approval. There was no waiting que. The guy was brilliant, very nice attitude.

The doctors are very friendly , kind and so merciful .. as well the vaccinations and health certificate were done in about 15 mins . They are all decent gentlemen. May Allah bless them. Highly recommend and support .

Don't expect an apointment, rock up bright and early with your flask of caffeine and some snacks, its a first come firt serve basis (people will jump the queue!) they do an excelent job despite being over run, the hours are short and a pain for those who work during the week. You pay for all the medicine (you can buy it a 5 minute drive away) its cheap in this country and they will do the rest. They also have a programne where you bring in stray cats and they will neuter them and snip their ear (so people know they have been snipped) and you put them back where you found them, not many people are doing this but it is a great community opportunity to help with the street animals

Ofcourse they don't charge for service except you have to purchase medication your own. So it's for budget. The bad/worse thing is you need to have an appointment . To make an appointment, you need to call then on certain time as per them. However, you will never experience them answering. I have more than 300 call attempts and they never answered. NOT EVEN ONCE. QATAR has a lotttt of stray cats. In this situation, government veterinary should operate widely and more conveniently for people to bring maximum cats for spaying and neutering. They really should work on controlling the cats stray population. 🙏
