I took a rescue kitten to Dr Florian in May 2022. He correctly diagnosed her and was able to save her life. I've had a lot of experience in Doha with different vets over the last 7 years living here, and Dr Florian is the best vet I've encountered because he demonstrated his experience, knowledge, competence and love for this rescue as well as for the dog of a friend who was hit by a car whom he cared for around the same time. The staff at the clinic are also very kind, responsive and helpful. While they don't give discounts, it's fair given the quality of service and operation they provide, so I'm happy to pay them for their expertise and the assurance that I'm getting the best service I can get... I'd highly recommend Dr Florian to look after your pets. The best vet in Doha! I would give 10 starts if I could! Special thanks to Dr.Florián who took good care of my little Misha cat 🐱 I had many bad experiences with different vets in Doha and was a bit emotional and scared that someone will hurt my cat like last time.But since Dr.Florián took him on his hands my cat remained calm:) He check him an explained to me in very professional way that there is nothing to be afraid and all is good. What to say, it goes long time back when I started using Doha Vet for our little Trixie, 5 kg furry white Maltese. It was 1999 and for the next 13 years she was professionally taken care by the staff and doctors of Doha Vet. For the last 11 years they have been successfully looking after Rex, an Anatolian shepherd mix breed with Saluki. While Trixie was a lovable and loving dog, Rex is the classic hardheaded, grumpy and noisy 35 kg male dog. Rex is well known amongst the staff and he has always received full care and attention during his stay at boarding as well as during a couple of surgeries he had to undergo. Hat off to all the staff, from reception, grooming, boarding staff, surgery room assistants and X-rays technicians, great job. Keep it up. As mentioned, Rex had a couple of surgeries, and in both cases the professionalism and care of Dr. Valentina was unbeatable, from diagnostic to surgery and post surgery activities she certainly confirmed the values a veterinarian doctor choose when embracing the career. Very well done Dr. Valentina. I would strongly recommend anyone to choose Doha Vet for the care of their pets.

Doctors are nice and staff are pleasant and caring, yes, but there should be some special prices for strays. I have around 13 strays that I feed and care for and have taken 6 to them already for different types of treatments yet there is no consideration that this is just an act of kindness towards a living soul and must be given special rates. Dr. Florian is nice and helpful but unfortunately can not help when it comes to pricing, as it is set by the management and is their call only. I hope this gets taken into consideration in efforts of helping more strays that need attention and help. I have already paid thousands and some of the cats didn't eventually make it.

Adopted 2 week old Max from here 7 years ago and they did a fantastic job supporting and relocating us back to UK. So good that I might come back for another furry fella 😉. Thanx for the great service.

Amazing experience with Dr. Florian! They knew exactly what was wrong with my cat and gave him the right treatment right away. The nurses are all gentle and friendly and understanding.

We had an exceptional experience at Dohavets and we can't praise Dr. Stephen enough for he is very informative on my felines needed medication. Their QGRABS promo is the best discount offer. Myself and my sister have been visiting Dohavets for the past 15 years and their service is beyond the expectation and its truly a 5 star service. Dr. Khan is a very highly experienced doctor and he will exactly know what would be the problem for your pets. Recently my cat was diagnosed with Thyroid problems and during my visit just with all the descriptions of problems I told the doctor he could immediately suggest this would be the problem and we did the test and yes he was 100% correct. Dr. Khan is a pioneer in Qatar and have handled many chronic cases very professionally. Dohavet have handful of experienced doctors, Dr. Stephan and Dr. Florian does amazing work they are very patient and professional in handling your pets. The one and only best Veterinary services and doctors you can find in Doha.

I have been visiting Dohavets clinic for my cats routine vaccination for 13 years now. I was always been very satisfied with the service and the amazing very friendly staff. Nevertheless , lately , my elder baby cat started having some old age related health issues, and truth to be told, the care, kindness and understanding the entire staff have shown me and my baby was indescribable. In particular, I would need to praise the amazing Dr. Valentina who is extremely caring, knowledge, reassuring , especially knowing that am anxious cat mama, follows up on my baby's health ... to Dr. Valentina, and the entire team, can't thank you enough for all your efforts and kindness

Dr. Florian is one of the best and capable veterinarians at Veterinary Surgery. Not only is he knowledgeable and expert in his field, he is also one of the kindest and good-hearted. I have been using the veterinary surgery for over 9 years for my dogs and have always received the best care for my fur family, Dr Stephen and Dr Valentina are fabulous trustworthy vets and always spend time going through options for their care, my pug especially likes seeing Dr Stephen ( mainly for cheese 😀) and Dr Valentina is great with my GSDs who can be a handful. They have always followed up on any treatments given which is really appreciated and the reception staff are super friendly, all in all making it a stress free veterinary visit for my dogs.

We always took our cat here when we lived in Doha and we were happy with every appointment and surgery. They also helped us get the necessary paperwork when we moved back to Europe which was great 👍

Is it just me or does anyone else think that this clinic will do anything to take ur money? we got the qgrabs offer a while ago to benefit from a free consultation and a vaccin for our dog (he was totally fine & not sick) , the second day he had strong diarhea and we had to go back to buy him antibiotics! not to mention the cross-selling they do & u end up with a huge bill at the cashier! find urselves another clinic, it's a rip off

Dealt with Dr Haseeb, he was informative, professional and was more interested in treating our cat rather than selling us everything in the store like other vets in Doha. Will now be our regular vet.

Excellent service and experience. Dr Valentina has done a brilliant assessment of Mocha’s condition and was able to successfully complete a high risk pyometra operation with the support of the other doctors in place. Mocha is tachycardia and facing an hereditary heart condition that Dr val has diagnosed through the latest generation of ultrasound technology that this veterinary has. Well recommended veterinary!

Today I visited this clinic with a sick baby bird. I was very worried and cried, but later on they sent me a video how they’re treating with love and caring about baby bird. They have the best bed side manners at the time when I needed to put my dog to sleep. Caring, empathetic and very professional. They were always very nice and knowledgeable all during his illness.

I am not that happy with the clinic itself, prices and some staff, but we go there for doctor Florian which is amazing. He is a very good doctor, experienced, who loves animals . He is very good and knows immediately what your pet needs or what is wrong and he is choosing the best treatments for them . I would recommend him million times and I would not take my cat to any other vet in Doha. Also miss Velma the groomer is very very good and I recommend her for routine grooming.

I’ve taken all my dogs here for as long as I’ve lived here. This place is amazing!! They are all kind, compassionate and very reasonably priced. I feel like they really care about my pets. I definitely recommend them!!

We were asked to put down my cat by another doc from another vet. The moment the blood test result came out he gave us no option but to euthanize my cat. We could not accept it and decided to get another opinions. Thats how we met Doctor Valentina. She has been amazing with Kerra and gave us the prognosis. We decided to give it a try and of course its a difficult one since Kerra is still suffering from osteomyelitis and also with ckd. We went to so many vets in Doha previously non of them managed to diagnose Kerra correctly. He was under so many treatments and yet his infections kept coming back . The infections got so bad caused kerra to be severely anemic. He undergone blood transfusion and being a ckd cat making things harder for him to recover but doctor Valentina and the team kept trying. “الحمد لله Kerra is still with us now.

I never experienced such an unprofessional attitude..i used to deal with another vet for 4 years but our vet went on vacation when i came across this very materialistic horrible clinic. I brought a semi stray cat that was attacked on the neck and was only bones and in short in breath. Had to wait 1 hour till my son got me the card to pay 170 in advance. I just regret not leaving immediately before we spent another 2.30 hours with the vet not checking the cat but rather requesting super expensive tests that were not even necessary. At the end i had to pay 800 QAR and left her for 2 days to be fed as she did not seem to have any apetite. When i came to pick the cat up i was asked to pay another 15 riyals. I refused and asked why. They said for the food, but what food and what i have already paid for!!! The vet embarrased me infront of others about the damn 15 riyals. I asked for the manager and was not there. I called next day..left a message and complained and no one got back to me. They never cared but for money. Definitely going back to my previous vet and never recommend this place for anyone. I will make sure to place a complaint at the governmental customer protection department as this place is an absolute scam!

Out of all the vets in the country, this was by far the most caring, reliable vet I've been to, and trust me I've been to all the vets in the country and every single one of them has issues. The doctors are extremely caring, especially Dr. Khan and Dr. Stewart, they called me everyday with updates on my cat and it was obvious how much they genuinely cared and wanted to help. They also have cats for adoption. Thank you for the great service.

Great place to take your pets. Doctors and staff are super helpful and do their very best to help you and your pet. I took my Iguana, which was very sick, and they healed her well and are still following up on her health. Highly recommended!!

They told me my parrot was perfectly healthy when I took my newly bought grey African parrot to them and it died less than 24 hours after.

We took our very young puppy to DohaVets, completely confused and paranoid, since it was our first time with one . The entire staff, including nurses, doctors and receptionist, absolutely love your pets and treat it really well. They are patient and answer to all your questions clearly ! If you’re looking for a place that will put your mind at ease that your pet is in good hands, this it it. A little towards the pricey end but worth every penny.

They order unnecessary tests just to make you pay more. I went to another vet for my cats problem and no unnecessary tests were ordered and they just started my cat on a hypoallergenic diet and her issues went away.

Dohavets is my favorite in Doha by far. The receptionists are lovely, the clinic is clean and organized and Dr. Stephen is great. He is always very helpful and clear during visits, gentle with my cat and will often call to follow up a few days later which is really appreciated. They also have adorable cats for adoption in the clinic. Their prices are really reasonable for the level of service they offer. The only vet I will go to in Doha!

I’ve been taking my precious furkids ( kitties ) to this place for 9 years. They are very well looked after having had some great Drs. Presently I can personally highly recommend Dr Stephen & Dr Valentina. It might be a little more costly at times but I always double check if everything is 💯 required and pace out my expense. The reception ladies and assistants I’ve encountered are very welcoming and kind 🥰 I love the fact they really care & give back to the community kitties who are living in and around the location 💜
