Absolutely wonderful and caring staff! One of our dogs had been hit by a car and needed major surgery. They did a wonderful and very thorough job of taking care of her. We cannot thank them enough. She still has a long recovery, but we have left we out precious dog saved and excellently looked after. The vet came to see us giving us very thorough advice on how to take care of her. Thank you all for saving our Crystal. She is now snuggled in a duvet resting 💜

I took my cat there for vaccine and grooming after a week my cat is infected with fungus, and my cat never leaves my home and never interacts with stray cats, when I reported this to the doctor he said its not my problem, I can only give you medicine.

One of the finest veterinary multi speciality clinic with amazing experienced veterinarians. I haven't visited this clinic. But this clinic has one of the top most experienced Veterinarians from India and all my pets are under his care for more than a two decades 🐾🐾

I'd recommend this veterinary clinic for your pet. They are good with fosters and strays as well. Doctors are courteous and amenable to answering questions. The administrative staff is helpful too. Really liked the litter they had in stock, so does my foster cat!

The best clinic ever ....thankful to Gulf coast my dog now has a normal life again....I went to 3 clinics before I got to know about this amazing clinic....all of them only did x ray for my dog and charge me only money without giving me a solution for his problem ...until a friend recommended Gulf coast and they were so experienced that they diagnosed his patellar luxation and did his surgery ....now he is walking and no pain anymore So thankful for all the team .....all the best Gulf coast

My cat had to get chipped and then I had to take him with me to Canada. The staff and doctor guided me step by step through it, Moreover helped me out of there Bussiness hrz. Really appreciate staff and doctors both. Sumeera is a gem at reception. Plus they are very reasonable with charges.

All and all..great experience..friendly staff.. had tri cat vials and they were willing to use and only charge 50 riyals admin fee. Thanks so much..First time where money is not the only objective. Glad I found them.

The worst customer service ever Found a kitten in the street , brought him to this clinic cause it was the closest one to my house . When I bring him to the hospital the Indian lady in the reception told me with the cold tone that the kitten is dead , I could feel her negativity I was still hoping that we can do something, as the little soul was still breathing when I reach the hospital. And I was standing in the reception and the receptionist start talking by phone for real long , so I left with poor kitten I do understand that they cannot help if it’s too late for an animal to save , but at least treat your customers and their pets with respect Receptionist lady is not professional at all .

We Got our Dog "GRACY" Spayed Here... Veterinarian Dr. Milind Hatekar answered all My questions pre op in detail...Being an Anaesthesiologist and Intensivist, I had my own doubts how they are carried out in Veterinary practice and also Surgical details so got a clarity once I spoke to him... Surgery went uneventful...Post op recovery days were also went smooth... Reception services too was excellent and always reachable...Only thing I suggest for betterment is a written clear instructions for first few Post op days as we might not be knowing them and have to ask for clarity few times over phone...Kudos to all of you in centre.. Keep up the great service you are providing to pet families....Dr Dore chikkahanasoge Ananthegowda....

Unhelpful, with my shot experience: I found a street cat need a help a called them to give me advice how to help her, all the answers was about money 💸😕 I told that I'm able to pay all the charges... Anyway that cat saved . Those days we see humans not humanity.

Bad experience here. I sent a stray kitten with a broken bone on one of her hind leg. Probably a month old. Malnourished and dehydrated as the vet told me. I sent her for amputation anyway, believing she must be in a good hands here in the 'Vet Specialist'. It was around 1030 in the morning. As one of the nurses told me they will perform the surgery probably in the evening since they re quite busy that day. I said anything as long as she's in a good hand. And i left. At around 1320, the vet called me, informing the bad news. That the kitten collapsed and didnt survived the operation. What makes me sad and disappointed was, they informed me earlier that the surgery would be performed later in the evening. I was expecting that in the meantime she would hv been given a drip to make sure she is well hydrated and malnourished and ready for the operation. But in less than 2 hrs since i left the clinic, they already performed the operation aNd the poor little soul died. I was very upset by this. They were really convincing at first. But at the end of the day, i think, they re not honest. Try to avoid the same thing from happening again to your pet. Thanks.

Dr Farouz (Sorry if I have spelt that wrong) is AMAZING! Straight away I felt at ease with him and I felt he really knew his stuff. My cat had a severe ear infection and he explained everything to me clearly and treated him with 3 medications that didn't cost the earth like other vert do in this country. Even said I could come back the next day if I could administer the ear drops and he would show me again. Thank you Gulf Coast!

Helpful and professional staff. The doctor explained and addressed my concerns very well. Vaccination and deworming procedure was done by him very well, my cats were calm due to the way he handled them.
