Premium Naseem Medical center did a great job with my first ever facial laser treatment. Not only does the place looks premium but so is their service. All of the staff right from the security guy to the doctor were very polite and welcoming. Dr.Charulata Bose explained the procedure in a very clear manner. Sister Mary did a splendid job. The facility itself is very cozy. It feels like you are in a hotel. Moreover, the best part is that the doctors are so professional and very good. I visited several doctors and I can say that I am more than satisfied with the treatment that they gave me. I cannot discount also and worth mentioning is their staffs from reception to the nurses and everyone there is very kind and welcoming. i visited premium naseem recently and had an appointment with Dr. Shery for my wisdom teeth removal, i had visited other dental centre and they told me it can only be done by surgical way. But after visited Dr. Shery she told me not to worry and it can be easily removed. 3 minutes in my two wisdom teeth were removed without any pain, Dr. Shery was very professional in the procedure and i am very satisfied with the results. also the staff and nurses are so friendly and caring. Dr. Shery who told she has 25 years of dental experience literally proved she's the best.

I did extraction for wisdom tooth with Dr. Biju Joseph which was a little complicated and i was very happy with my tooth removal experience - his hands are very light and i didn’t feel the pain during the procedure and even after procedure no complications at all. Second treatment I did was Braces with Dr. Mohsin Khan, i am satisfied with the ongoing treatment, doctor always explains every time i visit what needs to be corrected next and kept telling me the plan on how to make my teeth more beautiful. I went to Premium Naseem Medical Centre for hair removal laser treatment. The receptionist, Mary Ann, was really friendly, welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The wait time was less than 5 min and the waiting area is very comfortable. The nurses who attended to me were Anila and Merin. They were very accommodating, friendly, and professional. The laser treatment didn't hurt a bit, and my overall experience was very pleasant 😊 I will be continuing my treatment here in the near future.

Went for hair laser removal. Anila was amazing. She was so patient and nice. Took her time and didn't rush me, kept checking if I felt any pain or needed to pause. I have been to other laser places, and I can definitely say that this is the only place I'd recommend to anyone who wants laser hair removal!

It’s my first visit here in Naseem Premium and I must say I was impressed with how helpful the staff are. Starting from the people in the Reception area, Ms. Mary Ann and Ms. Fatma, welcomed me warmly and they guided me on where to proceed since it was my first time there. Also, the doctor who attended me. Dr. Prithviraj, a dentist, was warm and very helpful, he treated me on time. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the names of his two dental assistant who happens to be both Filipina, they were very helpful too. Thank you to all of them, I think I’ll be having my regular checkups in this hospital from now on.

Other clinics would often take some time when it comes to insurance approvals, but because of Rose and Marinele's work ethic, we were able to get approvals right away. Doctor Raj is more than capable. He was able to treat the issues regarding dentistry and remove the pain. Alongside nurse Cha and Happy, their team was experienced and exceeds the standards of excellence.

Dr. Raj is honestly the best dentist out there! Unlike some other big hospitals D**** clinic, he's all about looking out for you, not just making a profit. I actually consider myself a resident patient at Premium Naseem Abu Hamour Branch for my dental and Derma treatments. I have been consistently doing an under eye fractional laser treatment with Dr. Hannan and my experience has never been so comfortable and seamless with Dr. Hannan. She gives good practical derma advises and she does all the treatments in a very friendly and professional manner. I love visiting her for consultations and treatments. Visited for a dental check. Very less waiting period. The doctor was very knowledgeable and compassionate.

Called in behalf of 1 of our employees to inquire if they do PCR tests for people who are travelling, took forever to get through the number posted online. Spoke to a lady who I assumed was the receptionist who verified that they do the PCR test and that it will take at least 48 hours for the result to come out and that they charge 160 QR for the test. Informed our employee to go there but he was denied entry by the security because they apparently don't do PCR for people who are travelling. Called them back to inform that our employee is outside the building, spoke to the same lady and she re-confirmed that they in fact do the test. She then transferred me to their PCR department which nobody answered! Tried calling them back but couldn't get through anymore. What a DISAPPOINTING SERVICE that was!!! Just a lot of runaround, misinformation and an incompetent/very poor customer service experience!!!

Not very happy with the service. Expected a premium service but sadly it wasn’t such a good experience. Though we had a medical insurance( card was missing , we only had the insurance number) the customer care was not ready to register under insurance, hence paid cash for the service. The Doctor took hardly 5 min for consultation. There was only one Pt waiting , the doctor should have taken a detailed history as my wife on certain chronic medications. No such history was asked. If too many Pts were waiting we can understand, but atleast take relevant details before prescribing a medicine, so that there won’t be any cross reaction with the chronic medications that the Pt is on..

I really recommend this center for they provide excellent services. All the staff is very accomodating. I went to Dr. Uzma for scaling and polishing as well as composite filling. The result is superb. Her hands is very light, She assured that there will be no pain and she is true to her words. She is very kind and professional. I can say that it’s worth it to come to her and anyone in this clinic. I highly recommend them.

They truly do their best to assist you. And I am grateful for my OB Dr. Naima who assisted me for urgent referral to Hamad regarding my case. For labs if it is not covered by insurance, they have given me a discount. The name speaks for itself, definitely had a premium treatment for myself. I went to PNMC recently for a procedure and was welcomed by a staff named Joti which is very polite and accommodating, she even offered me complimentary beverages! I was waiting for my turn for consultation with Dr. Hannan and a nurse named Ewee assisted me. I was later on given recommendations and explanation about the procedure and another nurse named Christine help me get ready and brought me to the treatment room and made sure I am comfortable. I felt the need to use the bathroom and went out of the treatment room but I'm not sure where to go so I approached another nurse in the floor whose name is Shiela and pointed me out where to go, she even gave me a quick tour of the building which is very nice.
