The staff are very helpful and accommodating specially the one in the reception. The facility can improve more… Parking is little bit hard because it was shared with the adjacent establishments.

Got a qgrabs voucher, honestly waste of money! The nurse missed so many areas. When asked for retouch they said they have no retouch policy, i wouldnt mind a no retouch policy if the job would have been done perfectly or even close to being perfect. I have been doing laser hair removal in another clinic without retouch and their job was ao perfectly done. The nurse who did the procedure was in a hurry missing almost more than half of my legs and arms, and kept talking about how dry my skin is and i should buy a medical moisturizer from their pharmacy (ps. She is not a doc, clearly doing business). A total waste and very disappointed.

Don’t do Co2 fractional laser there, you wont see any results. Laser treatments on face and scare are so USELESS!! What a waste of money honestly. Before the clinic used to be good when there was Dr Radwa, even since she left the clinic went downhill.
