Girls in the reception are very incompetent, rude. They don’t do their job properly. Filipino and Arabic. They don’t know how to talk to customers, very arrogant on what’s app. If you don’t teach your workers about customer service-you think you are only one clinic in Doha? There are hundreds of other clinics with Professional attitude and service. Very disappointing and never advice to anyone this place

I was there last July. And when I booked appointments at 5:30 pm I came and wait there until 7:30 pm. Then I was very surprised that lips filler do older man I think Egyptian or Jordanian. Who will teach you and tell you that if you will put more filler you will look ugly. Sure he rejected do it. Also lady’s receptions Filipinka and some Arabic very nasty and gossip about you.

They are not following the appointed time. You need to wait for more than 1 hour. Not once but twice, and to think they have only 1 or 2 patient when you came and that other 2 patient have different procedure.

Horrible place to take fillers. I booked an appointment for lip fillers at 5 pm they made me wait for an hour & half. Doctor didn’t understand English, we had huge communication gap. He did a horrible job on my lips. Would never visit or recommend to anyone

My friend has done the snap on smile and was thought that this material they use is porcelain and she was very disappointed when she have done it as it came out later that it was only plastic it broke apart in less than 1month and she had to pay 1800 QR for plastic ! They are not honest and the material they use it's not worth it.

I visited this clinic today for the 1st time after 3 lip fillers from other clinics. The doctor was amazing and listened to exactly what I wanted! He did exactly what I wanted! My lips look so amazing and so full and have the shape I have always wanted! I highly recommend Doctor Motaz ! He is a miracle worker! The pain was minimal and very comfortable! He is very respectful and highly professional and very funny! I will go back and return! The prices are also affordable! I did Botox and my lips! A true professional!

First of all wanted to mention that the clinic is well prepared- clean and sanitised which is very important especially at this period. I liked the staffs attitude, they are very nice and respectful, making sure you receive the best service. This time I came here for the laser hair removal procedure. Staff made sure of my comfort and I felt good while being at the clinic and doing the procedure. Good quality equipment and work. Thanks to the clinic and it’s workers.

Never been satisfied with the services I received from them. Their dentist really did a great job. He was able to remove my teeth stains perfectly. It was really worth it! Will definitely visit again anytime soon.

Done my first session today with Doc Fatima for mesotherapy and everything was fast and easy . Shout out to Miss Noor in their reception, not only beautiful but sweet hand kind and accommodating. Overall well recommended .

The treatment itself is very thorough, and I am very happy with it. Queen, the practitioner, is knowledgeable and very neat. She definitely knows what she's doing. Just as a note, there is a strict policy when it comes to making an appointment for the retouch.

I wast three out there. If you are busy please don’t give an appointment. And let people wast their time. It was messy that I took appointments with dental and they sent me to dermatology. The doctors are good and helpful but the reception is a big mess 💔
