The moment I got there I had an exquisite service from receptionists and office boys, they were trying to accommodate my needs while I was waiting by offering cold/hot beverages. My appointment was with doctor Mohammad he is very well knowledgeable and professional, I had Root Canal treatment with him and honestly while he was doing it didn't feel anything, his way of working was absolutely incredible yet super light. I had no idea how far dentistry and oral care had come until I visited the Aziziya dental centre. I had old, broken amalgam fillings that needed replacing. Dr. Mohammed, who I saw, explained everything in great detail, and as someone who's not a fan of going to the dentist, his demeanor and professionalism made me feel relaxed and at ease. Even better than that, I didn't feel a thing, even having 3 large fillings replaced in one sitting..! I left feeling as if I'd been given a new set of teeth and had a large smile on my face! The clinic itself is state of the art and it's clear every attention to detail has been paid, from the dental facilities and hygiene to the clean, sparkling and modern bathrooms, waiting area and reception. This practice went above and beyond their duty of care. Appointment was given very promptly. Treatment plan made and great advice from the Dr Shiby to reconsider other options which ended up being the best for my requirement. All went smoothly and efficiently. Dr Shiby was reassuring throughout, lovely manner for nervous patients. pleased with the results keeping the natural look, much better than my expectations. Immaculate, modern premises and equipment. Super efficient team - excellent communication with kind and helpful staff. I needed root canal treatment, Dr Mohammad was so gentle and reassuring with every small detail thought of. He explained my treatment plan in detail making sure I was happy to proceed at each stage. It’s my first time to try this dental clinic. I am extremely happy with the entire service. All staff in the reception when you enter are all welcoming and kind. Everyone was very welcoming and the experience has been great. Dr Harris and Dr Anu were very patient and also took the time to explain things to me that other Dentists have not. Was on a business trip from U.S.A. and needed a root canal BIDC gave me an appointment and performed the root canal in 4 hours after I called The experience as a whole was as pleasant as a root canal can be. Communication was excellent and fast. The use of WhatsApp was a great idea. The doctor was very patient with all of my questions and answer to everything on top of that. We’ve had a really great experience at British International Dental Center. All the staff is professional and caring, always with a big smile on their faces. Our daughters have had braces fitted by Dr Haris and have been following up with him ever since. He is kind, patient, meticulous and takes the time to answer all of our questions. Same goes for Dr Tamer whom we have seen for other dental issues. We highly recommend both of them.

We love it. My kids of 4yo and 3yo had their first dental appointment. The doctor was amazing, everyone maje them feel so good. There are toys in the waiting area. At the end they have them a baloon. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 9 years and had two cavities that needed filled. Dr Joe was amazing. He made me feel at ease. He made me laugh through the procedure. Not even the novacaine injections hurt. When the drilling got even a little sensitive he stopped to give more paid medication. He sensed when my jaws were tired and stopped to give me a break. Hands down best dental experience ever.

We love this dentist office. Our daughter is six and really afraid of dentist but Dr. Tamer goes above and beyond to make sure our baby girl is always relax and calm. He explains everything to her and even ask her permission before he does any procedure which shows how much he cares for kids. I’m so grateful for his patience and dedication to our baby’s dental health. Wish we could take him with us when we go back home next year. A+++ in my book.

I visited British International Dental for the first time yesterday, and I was cared for by Dr. Leena Mathews - her service was excellent. Time was taken to talk me through any procedures needed and felt completely at ease. Dr. Mathews answered all my questions and shared extremely useful advice. All staff were extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. Reassuring covid precautionary measures in place for each new patient arriving. I highly recommend!

The dental clinic is very clean and everything is organized. They fully prepared well before the appointment so that patient need not to wait at all. Dr. Leena and the two nurses looked after me well, they were very gentle and kind throughout the treatment. Recommended.

This dental center is professional, respect the clients and provide most accommodations, i visited Dr. Shiby and she is great! to start off she is most welcoming, she have a tv screen on the roof with calming videos and music playing which is relaxing, she made sure to show and explain the problem area with simple language rather than complicated dental terms, and at the end of the appointment she explained how to prevent the problem form recurring and showed genuine concern to my dental health in most polite and nice ways. I highly recommend visiting her.

Making appointments in advance is useless, as they will call every. single. time to change it because "the doctor's schedule has changed."  Rescheduling appointments isn't any easier, as availability is always limited. I'm now almost 6 months overdue due to their scheduling issues.  Even if the dentists are great, it doesn't mean much if you can't get a convenient appointment to see them. Today, I was having issues with Etheraz and was informed by 109 that it was a system-wide outage.  The representative on 109 told the office manager this information and that my vaccination certificate should serve as a replacement for Etheraz until the outage is fixed. The office refused to follow this advice from 109 and offered to reschedule my appointment.  But... as I already said, scheduling is a nightmare. So, we will go elsewhere.  I'm unsure why this office has so much difficulty.  The West Bay office schedules my children 6 months in advance with the pediatric dentist and they have never had to change an appointment.

The front desk staff Ms. Aida and Mrs. Siri makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I felt that I was in good hands. All the people there were very professional and kind. They explained very well what was going on and Dr. Leena covered all information during teeth assessment.

The clinic is nice and clean. They have a Great set of staff, from reception to the tea boy. We went in for extraction, Dr. Tamer and his nurse did very well with my 6 year old daughter. He made the experience very comfortable and less stressful.

Very welcoming and friendly staff all round. Every visit me and my family have had since 2010 has been comfortable and pleasant. Dr. Shiby Thomas and Dr. Anu Rengit are our go-to dentists at the moment. They provide excellent checkup, cleaning and dental advice (among other treatments) and are very attentive and assuring to any concerns that may develop. Appointments are swift and easy to setup. We heard about this clinic from my colleagues at work and they were not wrong. Right from the appointment confirmation you feel taken care of. The receptionist Ms Sini, The nurses and Dr. Hosam all work like a well coordinated team. Ms Sini will make sure you are informed at every little step while you wait your appointment at the clinic, eg insurance pre-approval status or where can you get your medications or if you have any other questions. The nurses are very helpful and provide you information for pre/post treatment care. They all are very polite too. Dr Hosam will answers all your questions and treat you with empathy. He understands patients anxiety or nervousness. His demeanor is very calming and he has good surgical skills. We did molar extraction and he made sure it caused least amount of discomfort. The whole process was a well guided experience. Will recommend.
