Its very disappointed let me explain I called and made an appointment in Muaither location I came at 8pm or something. Because my friend she recommend to me this kings dental clinic.. I'll just keep the story short I met the doctor and I said I want to remove my fixed retainer and he said “okay you will pay 400qr for up and down” and I said okay. I want to put also metal braces he said to me “450qr for down payment “ well great , his assistant by the way she’s Filipino and nice anyway all the staff even am in the reception they’re very approachable I was very happy. Too make it short I ask his assistant “ When I want to remove my fixed retainer, is it include the cleaning? She ask the doctor and said YES. then I said I’ll make next appointment to put the metal braces.. that Filipino said “okay” after the doc started to remove my fixed retainer when the doc was removing my fixed retainer, the feeling was so painful that he was in a hurry to finish me right away I just cried because of the pain. then while he was removing my fixed retainer someone called him to his phone many times. even the dental water pipe I’m the one holding on. When he finished removing it, he didn't even clean my teeth nicely even though they said it is included the cleaning. After his assistant asking me when is my next appointment for metal braces.. I said NO NEED. of course what they did to me is already annoying..

There is no respect for appointments. Even if you have appointment, you have to wait almost 1 hour to get treatment. A big thumbs down for that. The only plus factor is cheaper price. But always compare prices as scaling charges here are 100 riyals, I would much rather pay 50 riyals more and get good service. For braces, the prices are very cheap.

I apologize to myself for wasting my time in Muaither branch. First I went and he was a trainee doctor or something, and he told me to make an appointment with the consultant, here is the shock …………. We will give you an appointment after a month. I say how it’s possible I suffer from pain.. Then a girl in the service told me to come early and she will enter me directly with the consultant.. I came after two days and sat in the waiting room for more than 2 hours. The female employees talked to me, please wait a little.. If you do not want treatment the people , talk and say to them, don’t wasting our time and health for nothing. There are many excellent clinic in the country and there are many other branches.

Good doctor and staff and facilities. I came when there was heavy road construction around the area (not the center's fault), so needed to park a little away.

I had excellent experience at KINGS dental center Muither . Very good approach from all staff (the welcoming boy at the door and reception teams ) and affordable price . I visited there regarding the removal of completely impacted wisdom tooth , which was little complicated and it has hurting me too much. Before I went KINGS dental I visited other clinics ,but i was disappointed. One of my friend (Safwan) working at KINGS dental suggested me to consult dr Dr Fareed Ahmed . so I visited there, it was nice approach and excellent service from dr Fareed Ahmed (oral surgeon)and the nurse , he was made sure that I’m comfortable .he extracted the tooth painlessly and quickly. Dr fareed ahmed is highly professional as well as highly recommended doctor . Thanks team KINGS👑

Came here for an impacted wisdom tooth extraction. Had to wait in the reception area for 1 hour and 20 minutes because they lost my consultation results (x-ray, etc). The reception staff were polite enough but not very helpful as all they could say was 5 minutes, 5 minutes. Also the recption area was packed with people without much regard for social distancing. The doctor on the other hand was excellent and answered all my questions very professionally and made me feel comfortable. I visited Dr. Fareed (Oral surgeon) ☺️☺️for the removal and the extraction was done quickly and painlessly. He was very gentle and made sure i was comfortable! I highly recommend everyone reading this to opt for him in case you need an extraction!!! Also, not to forget - the receptionists were very friendly and asked about my experience after the appointment. 🙌🙌🙌🙌

I have experience here first my dental check up the receptionist is nice to me but when after my xray the lady who assist me she's the one only told me i cant having my braces i understand that my point is why the doctor not showing and explain to me about my teeth i feel down😔not good

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Clinique for a dental appointment (surgical wisdom tooth removal) with Dr. Fared, and I must say that my overall experience was exceptional. First and foremost, the clinic itself was clean. The reception staff ensured a smooth check-in process. During my consultation with Dr. Fared, I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and expertise. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions in a patient and understandable manner.

It's my 1st time to visit dental clinic in Qatar. I had inquired from lot of people and many of them had suggested me this center. Yesterday I went to this center the experience was amazing. The gentleman at the main door welcomed us with a great smile and asked us if you would like to have coffee or water.then the reception her name is FHEY she was very kind and caring towards all our need.2 gentleman who also offered my baba chocolate and they played with him. Then I went to Dr FAREED he was so gentle and explained us everything in detail and bought my smile back was very happy with the finishing and work they did. None other then the most helpful person the Nurses DISHA she was the best from the time she assist us till the end. Great day and experience.happy and would suggest everyone to visit this dental clinic.

The staff was polite…Doctor Glodwin was excellent he did scale and clean my teeth and also Doctor Hassan for my braces was so excellent too he take care of my braces every month. I extremely recommend the King Dental !

Their phone ia just ringing. I'm their current client. The moment that you have emergency or follow up for an appointment, nobody answer or they just pick phone and drop it. Seriously guys!!!!! You have 2 to 3 receptionists but seems like they are not in to answer thw phone. Can you fix this please.
