The
vets
are
good.
Biggest
problems
-
communication
between
the
vet
and
reception,
the
receptionists
general
incompetence,
first
come
first
serve
basis
(no
more
appointments),
zero
accountability
on
their
behalf
when
they
make
a
mistake.
Why
I
am
switching
clinics,
even
if
it
means
I
will
have
to
pay
more.

My
cat
had
her
rabies
vaccination,
followed
by
a
successful
blood
test
(800
riyals).
I
was
on
date
with
her
other
boosters
and
always
read
the
pet
card
carefully.
When
it
appeared
that
my
cat
was
due
another
booster
-
rabies
-
I
called
to
book
an
appointment.
The
receptionist
said
that
my
cat
was
not
due
anything.
I
asked
a
further
two
more
times
-
'are
you
sure?
it
says
on
here....'
the
receptionist
said
no,
my
cat
had
all
her
vaccinations
and
boosters
and
didn't
need
another
rabies.
The
clinic
are
the
experts,
not
myself,
so
no
appointment
was
made.
Fast
forward
a
few
months
later
when
I
bring
along
my
other
cat
to
have
his
shots,
I
had
also
brought
my
other
cats
card
with
me
so
that
I
could
ask
the
vet
some
questions
about
my
cats
vaccinations.
The
vet
was
like
'why
didn't
you
bring
your
cat
for
her
rabies
booster?'
I
explained
to
him
the
phone
call
I
had
with
the
receptionist.
He
then
told
me
that
receptionists
make
mistakes
and
don't
know
what
they're
doing
(this
was
worrying
to
hear
-
if
this
is
common,
then
do
they
need
more
training?
Why
speak
ill
of
your
coworkers?)
The
vet
went
on
to
explain
that
my
cats
blood
test
(800
riyals)
will
no
longer
be
valid.
I
challenged
this
-
as
this
is
the
clinics
fault
they
should
offer
her
a
free
blood
test.
This
was
not
a
small
mistake,
but
a
really
expensive
one.
They
offered
to
backdate
it
-
then
changed
their
mind,
then
when
passed
up
to
their
supervisor
the
supervisor
simply
said
no.
No
accountability,
no
care.
Furthermore,
the
receptionist
then
LOST
that
blood
test
document
that
I
was
challenging
(800
riyals).
They
informed
me
they
can
easily
email
through
a
copy,
of
which
they
never
did
-
and
again
I
will
have
to
chase
this
up.
I
would
rather
pay
more
at
another
clinic,
knowing
in
confidence
that
the
vets
and
receptionists
work
as
a
team,
and
that
the
receptionists
know
what
they're
doing.
I
also
read
through
the
other
reviews.
It
is
a
running
theme
that
the
reception
is
very
bad.
I
would
no
longer
recommend
this
clinic.
Huge
shame
because
I
was
initially
happy
with
the
clinic.
