If you want to experience Doha like never before, look no further! This is the best way to visit the Inland Sea (Khor al-‘Udeid). Our guide Mr. Hussein was very knowledgeable and gave us a great trip. He was before time to pick us from the hotel in Souq Waqif and patient enough to wait for us. I must say if you ever do the Doha Bus tour to the inland sea please ask for Mr. Hussein! He is the absolute best and will crack you up with his funny and witty jokes. He is a very jolly, friendly and affable person and we loved his company as our tour guide. We were a party of three and we got to know so much more about Qatari lifestyle and Arabic culture in general. Mr. Hussein told us about the traditional Arabic attire and how the football stadiums in Qatar (for the FIFA World Cup in 2022 and FIFA Arab Cup in 2021) were influenced by Arabic design and culture. The brief stay at the Al Majles resort with lunch was great and we got to see the Oryx (and click some photos) and enjoy some time at the beach! We would love to do the Doha Bus hop on hop off bus tour as well next time. We ended the tour with Arabic music playing in the car and singing to the tunes while Mr.Hussein dropped us back at the hotel safely. And the next time we visit Qatar we will definitely not forget to meet Mr.Hussein again to have some good time with our next Qatar adventure! Thank you Doha Bus Team!

I had the worst experience with Doha Bus Company! Our half-day desert safari was a complete disaster. The tour guide was more interested in selling us extra activities than showing us the sights. He wasted our time, and we ended up missing our 7 PM ferry to Banana Island, all because he failed to manage the schedule and prioritize our interests. We never got to see the Inland Sea as promised, and his reckless driving put our safety at risk. We paid a premium for this tour, expecting a great experience, but it was a total letdown. Avoid this company at all costs!

Monster bus the most amazing thing in doha to do. Price 180 per person Located at d sealine Need to book ur seat a day prior pay directly at d office of doha bus at sealine 1 hr ride into d dessert with a hault at a scenic view. N a hault at doha bus hotel where u can relax n enjoy the arabic Hospitality. Free welcome drink also given at the resort. If u take a package u can enjoy the food at the restaurant n also enjoy d beach. U can also to camel ride n enjoy watching the national animal of qatar (oryx).

Writing this review while on the bus. I don't really recommend it. It doesn't compare to the one we have been on in Europe. The ride is very slow. Hard to stay on track. The audio guide is not informative with rare and limited stories. Felt more like a public transportation except it was super slow with long pointless stops. There is room for improvement. Add more stories, more info and stick to the time plan. Our one star is for the free water and the nice staff. Good luck.

Dohabu's hop-on/hop-off is not recommended. You get a pretty good overview of the city and information in German via the audio guide (if it worked!), but it was extremely loud and extremely uncomfortable. The driver and the lady in the kiosk were nice, but the bus was an imposition and unfortunately it didn't fit in with the great, modern Doha. - Old, worn, uncomfortable bus, poorly sprung, hard plastic seats, not very clean - Audio guide worked absolutely poorly - Open bus (not a double decker!) is completely unsuitable for some 12-lane roads! It was boomingly loud, the exhaust fumes caused nausea and poor visibility after 2.5 hours - Driver disappeared without information in a huge parking lot, where there was nothing to see, with a package of food and left us standing in the heat (went on after about 20 minutes because we went to see him urgently in the kiosk where he was sitting asked to move on) - Some targets were only touched on the edge (The Pearl) or not approached at all (Lusail) We were the only two guests the entire trip - that might say a lot. Conclusion: Better to organize a taxi or private driver.

An absolute rip off. Too few buses for too many people. We had to stand half the way. Stops were simply skipped. It was driven differently than the map indicated. There was almost no information about the audio guide once it worked. Not recommended for that much money. You can take a taxi for the same money and see a reasonable amount of the city.

Good transportation within Qatar cities

If you ever travel to Qatar, I greatly recommend DohaBus! Very crowded when there is a ship…hardly any chance of getting on a bus in the city. (Around 11 a.m.) the lady at the ticket office and the driver were super friendly and helpful. Like everywhere else in the world, Hop on Hop off gives you a good initial overview

Excellent service. I got the North of Qatar trip, which is 6 hours tour. The SUV was clean. My driver Hussein which also was my guide, very proffesional and educated. Highly reccomended if you want something different from Doha or in my case want to explore this country.
