The
worst
company.
I
have
used
them
twice
and
both
times
I
have
ended
up
out
of
pocket.
The
first
time
I
paid
for
extra
cover
which
covered
me
for
things
like
cancellations.
When
I
actually
went
to
use
this
cover
they
told
me
I
didn’t
have
any.
When
I
looked
on
the
booking
confirmation,
although
I
had
paid
for
it
the
actual
confirmation
of
cover
was
no
where
to
be
seen.
I
should
have
checked
this
as
soon
as
I
booked
but
as
it
had
been
paid
for
I
didn’t
even
think
to
check
if
it
was
legit
or
not.
The
second
time
my
return
flight
from
africa
was
changed
by
the
company
to
a
day
later
which
I
could
not
do
and
when
I
said
I
need
to
fly
on
the
original
date
I
had
booked
they
told
me
I
couldn’t
as
there
was
no
flights
with
the
airline
I
had
booked
with
that
day.
I
knew
there
was
a
flight
available
on
the
same
day
and
similar
time
but
with
a
different
airline
and
they
said
couldn’t
move
it
to
a
different
airline.
I
then
had
to
move
heaven
and
earth
for
a
refund
to
be
approved.
Started
at
first
saying
a
refund
wasn’t
possible,
which
I
was
disgusted
at
as
none
of
this
was
my
fault
at
all.
They
then
said
they
would
give
me
a
refund
but
would
be
taking
fees
from
it
such
as
cancellation
fees,
admin
fees
etc!!
You
can
imagine
my
response
to
this!!
They
finally
agreed
to
give
me
a
full
refund
and
said
4-6
weeks.
6
weeks
later
I
am
still
having
to
chase
them
for
updates.
To
add
to
that
when
I
arrived
at
the
airport
for
the
flight
I
booked
myself
separate
from
my
holidays,
my
original
flight
that
I
am
still
waiting
for
a
refund
on
was
there
on
the
departures
board
with
an
‘on
time’
status.
I
sent
images
to
them
for
proof
and
they
did
not
come
back
to
me
with
an
answer.
I
sent
3
separate
emails!
So
basically
they
overbooked
the
flight,
kicked
me
off
and
again
I
am
left
out
of
pocket!
Every
member
of
staff
I
have
dealt
with
couldn’t
be
more
useless.
The
whole
company
is
a
shambles.
AVIOD!!
it
really
isn’t
worth
the
original
saving
