A surprisingly large selection of games. They are clearly on top of their "game" when it comes to selecting and maintaining stock. The staff is friendly and well versed in finding the right game for a group's experience and desired play style. And If you are an Apple fan this store is right for you.. EXCELLENT service to repair my MacBook that was not charging. Took to another place in doha and they said it was a problem with the motherboard. Junifer fixed it in 15 minutes. Carol and Jalil were perfect also. ☀️☀️☀️🙏☀️☀️☀️

Technician re-attached the screen on my old 6 plus to get it working again. And was frank that there might still be a glitch and malfunction due to potential hardware damage. So he didn’t want to charge me and accepted a “thank you” as payment. Nice guy with some foresight.

The prices are quite okay (especially for Qatar), but the customer service needs improvements. I ordered an Xbox Elite 2 controller and tried to connect it to the Steam Deck. The controller kept dropping connection after 5-10 min of gaming. So, being unsatisfied with the good, I decided to return the controller back to the store. Firstly, the TCC states that if I don't like the good I need to return it sealed, but how can I know if I like the controller without trying it?! Secondly I had only 1 day to return the good, whether Qatari Consumer Law states that I have 14 days for that. Thirdly, the entire store is aimed to sell you the goods, but not to support you if you have any issues. The "technical expert" in the store kept telling me that this controller is intended to work ONLY with Xbox and Microsoft (showing me the Microsoft logo on the box). The verdict. This store is like russian roulette. You can buy things there once, but you cannot exchange/return them, because it's against their "policy".

Chand is a pro salesman… i went to so many stores but he convinced me to purchase iphone pro max. sometimes sales guy matters.😆

Took a dead laptop into Technical Care Center in the early afternoon. I assumed that I would either be A) spending my weekend searching for a new one or B) paying a fair amount for repairs. I was running errands in the mall when I received a call from the technician (John) informing me that it was a simple fix. A cord had become unplugged in the mainframe. I could pick up my laptop then and there. They could have easily upsold me on any computer issue as I am not highly tech savvy. But they didn't Their honesty and transparency is highly appreciated. I recommend this pace to my friends and coworkers now.

TCC, city center branch, is actually the best branch in Doha, I can bet my last dollar on it. The staff are super friendly, especially my good friend who manages that branch. Customer service is superp and they always have what I am looking for

If you’re looking for perfect accessories for your gadgets I highly recommended technical Care Center @ city center doha. Look for sister Carolyn or Jalil to find what exactly you want. They are very helpful and kind. Also Jefferson for fixing my broken phone now its 100% fixed.

They have a few outdated phone Accessories. But the problem is you go in the store, and the creepy lady follows you around the store never saying a word. I would consider walking 15 steps across RP Tech for a friendly sales staff and much better products.
