Nice place to visit with your family and kids, you can do a lot of activities such as visiting the zoo, climbing and more, you must pay an entry fee to access the park and you can buy zoo and games tickets from inside, there is also a football court and kids playing areas there.

The park is closed due to upgrading of infrastructure and renovation of gardens. It is closed since 3 months and it will reopen in the last week of February 2020. 😊

This is a great clean park with zoo of few categories of animals and birds. The main attractive are monkeys, gorilla, fox, cheetah, tiger, lion, giraffe, zebra, deer, snake, etc. It has many variety of kids play equipment, small water fountain, masjid which is inclusive of Friday jummah bayan & prayer. Best to visit in good weather. 2 hrs is enough to spend here for visiting all animals and 1 hr for park and kids playground. The recommended time is 2-3 hrs before sunset possibly between 3-5pm. As the park & zoo is open until night, not aware about visiting after sunset.

The entrance fees are, adult 15 QAR, kids under 10 years is 10 QAR, kids below 2 years are free. It is good place to go visit, perfect time to go is from 11 am to 5 pm after that you will find most of the animals sleeping. The bicycle is not allowed except for very small kids. Scooter is allowed for all ages. The playing area is quit good. The only problem is that there is no too much variety in the restaurant, most of them are local food and home projects. All in all the place is highly recommended.

The best place I will suggest away from Doha. Everything in place, plenty of place to play, sit n chat, large area for kids, many varieties for kids in play area, zoo especially the bird cage gives a entirely different feeling. You will feel like you are somewhere else. Visited many times and you will feel better Everytime you go there. I was expecting kids train will start soon, but this time I saw they removed the track and stone paved. My kids were waiting long to start the train. It is really worth to pay 5 riyal entry fee.
