No shop nearby, so bring your own snacks and drink with you. No restroom or washroom available you have to use the toilets for beach resort, but sometimes they dont allow.

I've been to almost all the beaches in Qatar but this is the one I would recommend because of the clean water, no stones, and about till neck depth for a 170 cm height person & about 100 m from the shore the depth starts to increase but not too dangerous till 500 to 600 m from the shore but it varies as per the timings. I would recommend the best timings to visit and as well as to take bath would be between 5pm to 8pm and also you can camp there but need to look for a perfect spot , I would recommend an suv to find a good spot along the shore but sedans are also accessible but in certain areas.

The most relaxing time of my life over 40 years spent in this place . I love it

Al Ghariya Beach Doha is one of the best beach in Qatar to enjoy swim, making BBQ and fun with Friends and Families. It is so nice to relaxing our leisure time. Children's too enjoy here in bike ATV ride as well water bike ride 😀 😎 totally it's amazing to see this beach in Qatar 🇶🇦.

A very nice beach but unfortunately there are no washrooms.

Around 100km from Doha direct on Q1 Freeway take exit 83 (slip road doubles back on itself) then straight road to Al Ghariya for around 6km. Last few hundred metres off-road behind beach where you can drive up to even in a standard saloon but 4x4 best. Super quiet location with some sun shelters leading down to crystal clear water. Water is pretty shallow and you have to go out around 200 metres to get to only chest deep. Very safe beach. No facilities at all on beach so take everything and don’t leave anything. Great spot for a beach day out and fresh air.

Nice beach to enjoy with family and friends. Can come here for picnic also. There is also a resort if you want to stay more than a day and also there is a Mosque to pray. Well maintained beach. Could play beach sports there with your family/friends. It is a MUST visit beach in Qatar. Had a nice time there with my family friends.
