I stayed here twice. First time it was very nice experience. Booked a bunk bed and slept really well. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was nice. But the second time, well, first I had to change the room because the bed in the capsule was very uncomfortable. The changed room bed was okay, but the temperature control panel was not working. But I was too tired to call people who were working there, so I tried to sleep. Even after using the blanket it was too cold. So I couldn't sleep nicely. Also, considering the price, the comfort should be better. like for 6 hours, I paid 191 US dollars for the first time 130 USD for the second time. Not many people can afford it and the price should be lower I guess, considering the comfort level. But I am giving four stars because my first experience was good (but very expensive).

We booked a double room and a single bed for 12 hours. The place is not easy to find if you haven't seen its location on the website, or if you don't ask for it from the airport staff. Pros - Decent double room. Enough space for 2 adults and a child (6~7 yrs max) Pretty quiet during our stay. The attendant reminded us to keep our kids as quiet as possible since other guests were already asleep. Rooms have reading lights, charging points, light dimmers, etc. The kid's pull out bed is easy to handle. The location is close to the central area. Cons - The air conditioner is maxed out at 24 degrees Celsius in the double room. If you are looking for a warmer temperature for your kids, you are out of luck. Thankfully, I turned off the air conditioning in the single room. The bed in the single room is essentially a chair turned into a bed. It wasn't soft and if you are looking for comfortable single bed, this isn't it. The bathroom are in the public area shared with all passengers. It's more expensive than a regular hotel room on a daily basis. Best if you need it for a few hours.

I have a priority pass which provides access to the lounge. I was informed at the front desk that the next available slot using priority pass would be at 17:30, so I made sure to be there on time but now the story was that they are completely booked for the next two days. They prioritize requests only if you are willing to pay for the service and if you are priority pass holder just ignore this lounge as they do not do reservations and you are always informed that lounge is fully booked for walk-ins 😔. Also the lady at the front desk was pretty rude.

Like seriously, opens for Priority Pass members only after 8am?! What kind of silly rule is this, especially one that doesnt make sense since a lot of flights from Asia take place during the night and land in the early morning. This lounge, at least to me and my fellow Priority Pass holders, makes absolutely no sense.

+ nice capsule concept, well designed + good reading light, lots of charge points + good description on how to find + fast to get to ca. 20 mind from touch down + close to bathrooms - unnecessary noisy staff talking loudly in the corridor in the middle of the night 🌙 woke me 3 times -unfriendly staff - hard and uncomfortable bed - for the price I would expect a small bottle of water since there is no drinking fountain nearby due to Covid -> overall: avoid if you can. -

When I say it's a huge airport it's a huge airport. But the designers knew that and they added in airport metro to solve this issue which is honestly genius! I adore the huge teddy bear sculpture. It's so cute!!! You better pack lots of food if you're traveling via this airport because there are very few options for food. I loved the way they designed the washrooms. A mosaic that literally shines like water.

Might be best suited for Solo traveller. Families should skip it as they may ask you to take your child out in the middle of stay if he/she start crying. Reason given is that they 'only have 80% sound proof walls'. They also discourage eating in their accomodations. Also no toilets. Money does not justify it for most...may for some...

The location is hard to find. Better to book your slot. It can be difficult to get spot bookings. Pods are really small and cramped. You need to open the slide doors even to put your shoes back on. The decor and furniture needs refreshing. Having used similar sleeping pods in other international airports, this set up is relatively expensive and small for the price offered. Since it's the only option in Hamad International Airport travellers are using it. Can get noisy due to the proximity of pods.

It's OK. The room offers you a private place to lay down. Its incredibly expensive for what you get-a plastic bed in a coffin sized pod that isn't sound proof. My main complaint is that I stayed once and made a reservation for my return flight. My flight changed and I canceled the second reservation more than 2 weeks in advance. They said the refund process was manual (?!?!) And would take 6-8 weeks?! They could charge me in an hour what can possibly take that long to refund in 2022? It's a scam and I'll never stay with them again.

These guys are cheats and scumbags. I have a priority pass with which I have free access to the lounge. When I went to the lounge and mentioned that I want access with my priority pass, they said that they are fully booked. However, I saw that they were taking bookings for others who were not priority pass holders right in front of me. They purposely do not give legitimate access to the lounge to priority pass holders as it is for free even if the lounge has space so that they can give the place to others. The ladies at the reception desk behave extremely rudely and act as if they are doing a favor by just giving the rude, shameless and evasive answers.

I saw many concerns about noises and was worried, but I had a pleasant stay. I must have gotten lucky with neighbors because everyone was quiet when going in and out. I used to stay at the airport hotel but tried sleep n fly since hotel was fully booked. A lot cheaper than hotel but still a high price. But I did get a good 3 hours sleep! It’s hard for me to sleep at airports so that was a good sleep. There’s more “wiggle room” than I hoped. Overall, i would stay here again.

Friendly staff, they will wake you up on time. Pros: Near to Terminal A cozy space that you can charges your phone, bed have different position, with 32 inches TV and led lights have dimmer switch. Cons: No shower or toilet inside. You need to go out and use common airport toilet. Dont have there own wifi, only airport wifi available and sometimes signal too slow especially on most far room. But over all you may relax and strech your body while waiting for your next flight.

Excellent place if you need peace and quiet. The staff (Ms Carol) was very professional and courteous; explained to me the different room types as well as rules (no calls) and immediately prepared the requested room.

I had a terrible night there. The air conditioning of our room was too strong and we told the ladies of the reception about that and they only gave us more blankets, they could not fix the air conditioning or change our room. I could not sleep well because it was very cold and had a sore throat after 5 hours in that room. I think that this is not fair and I had to pay more than 200 euros for this room for 2 people. I will definitely not come back again.

Decent and generally quiet rooms. Blanket is a little small though and the sliding door can be a pain to lock and unlock. But who am I to complain if I can lie down for 2 hours.

I used the single capsule for 7 hours and it was not the most comfortable bed (adjustable long chair), but it provided for some rest. I was not happy with stained pillow, but their staff was helpful and immediately got me a clean one. There was a temperature panel, but only the blow level could be adjusted and not the actual temperature. It eventually got very cold and I used my thermo jacket under the blanket. I also used my noise-cancelling headphones since with each person arriving/departing, commotion and noise were evident. The capsule did have little shelves which was very convenient and in case I’d have another long transit in Doha, I would opt for the capsule again. Although small and far from perfect, being able to stretch on a bed-like chair, the capsule does make a great difference during long night transits.

the price is extremely high considering what it offers. the beds are clean and comfortable, but for that price I expect to have at least a shareable toilet inside the “hotel”. The attendants at the front desk are not friendly at all.

The airport is an amazing place but the sleeping lounge was an awful experience because of its uncomfortable short bed, under-furnished room/pod, over-cold air and unstoppable noise of other doors’ slams over hours and hours… Pricy but poor quality. Not recommended although the staff was very friendly and helpful!

What an amazing place to rest during a long layover! The cleanliness and organization here are top-notch, creating a welcoming environment. The staff impressed me with their knowledge and helpfulness, ensuring all my needs were met with ease. Most importantly, I had a very decent sleep, which was absolutely essential during my travels. Highly recommend for anyone needing a comfortable stopover.

Its very clean and comfortable, its good choice for long stopovers. Sleep ‘n fly is safe where you can stay, periods charge are of 2 and 3 hours (you can stay multiple periods) check in is fast and friendly, space is average, relaxing and helpful for long stopovers. How it has people in / out all time sometimes you can hear their steps, if loudly. Suggest book in advance.

Very very clean and comfortable- we didn’t have a prior reservation, but they accommodated to our request very kindly. Definitely the right choice for long stopovers! P/S: Be gentle with the door and stay calm if you get locked in!

Booked this as a last resort as the airport hotel was fully booked and Qatar Airways weren't providing any support to anyone (terrible airline company btw). The single "rooms" (or sheds if you will) are tiny. If you're ~170cm tall it won't be very comfortable... The "mattress" and "pillow" should be much better for what you pay.

This was my 2nd experience after Dubai. It is good and have lot of rooms and options. While online reservation was not showing any availability, yet i walked in to test my luck and found many rooms available. Best thing is that they provide bedding and cushions as part of rental. American express card does not work here. A bit hard to find this place. Look for Starbucks which is between Concourse A/B and C. This place is very much near to that. Just for knowledge sake, no showers or washrooms available. You have to use airport facility only.

It's a pretty good place to get some rest if you have a long layover.... Might not be the best place for someone who's claustrophobic tho

  • 4/5 Lora L. 2 years ago on Google
Comfortable and a great way to get rest privately. No bathroom in fhe actual facility area, but eight outside the facility is the restrooms a super short walk away. Wiuld strongly recommend I'd you have layover for more than 4 hours.

The room is small but it does the job, you only need the bed. The room was tidy and the bed was comfortable. Its a bit expensive but do recommend it if you want to have a place to sleep not far from your gate.

Flight was cancelled so could not arrive on time, advised Sleep n’ Fly prior to booking time, advised there was no possibility for a refund or change of time - all because I couldn’t reply immediately, but responded 12 hours after initially advising we would be unable to attend due to the flight changes. Unhelpful and poor customer service, citing reasons not stated within their terms of agreement (i.e. must respond to all correspondence immediately). Not worth dealing with again, and would urge others to read the negative reviews - they were more reflective of the experience than the positive ones.

A bit overpriced for what it is, and my bed was uncomfortable -I don’t know if all the beds are like that one. It was hard to sleep because someone nearby was talking loudly on the phone. Perhaps staff can highlight it as a sleeping space and people should keep quiet. I think they could do better for what they charge.

I used my priority pass to get a free 3 hour stay in a single FlexiSuite. The experience was quite positive with a peaceful ambiance and individual AC in each pod. I'd certainly consider it again, even if it meant paying out of pocket. Some small issues & potential improvements: - I had to pay for renting the pillow and blanket; it was a small amount (~$8) but would just appreciate it if this would be more clear on the PriorityPass website - The suite had a UK plug instead of an international one. Fortunately, I had a converter on hand. Also, the available ports were USB 2.0, lacking a type C option

Mark & Andrew were very helpful and assisted me. What I liked about this place is the peace and quiet you get plus the cleanliness. The only thing I would suggest is that they add their own toilet facility inside the Sleep n Fly area.

My flight got cancelled so I cancelled the sleepnfly booking 3 days before my reservation (their 100% full refund policy is 2 days) and I have not received any communication whatsoever. Have not received a cent back. Do not risk booking with them unless you are 100% sure of your flight times.

Looks like a private box room with a full flat first class seat. But that's about it. Quite cramped, but a lot better than an economy seat. The staff take great care to ensure that there is very little odour left in the box room, and tell you not to eat or drink. This means no drinks, no food provided, and even telling you to go outside to the toilet.

  • 4/5 Jovie A. 4 months ago on Google
Great and quiet place to spend your layover. Accommodating staff. The only thing that this place lack is (in my opinion), they should add some snack bar at the front desk or at least a fridge of beverage options since everything is a little bit a walk.

  • 4/5 Edan C. 4 months ago on Google
Actually quite comfortable, the fold out couch is firm but fine lying on your side. enough room to stretch your legs if you are tall I’m 182cms. Quiet enough too The only downside is the adjustment for the aircon wasn’t as exact as I would of liked. But I still got a 6hr sleep in.

  • 4/5 Simon M. 2 years ago on Google
Book in advance. The booking tool is a bit tedious as it doesn't show hourly availability of pods. You have to try manually to approach available time windows. Other than that, very pleasant and quiet. Good to unwind in private during long layovers.

The stay was good for one night layover. Good: 1) the service and staff was helpful and hospitable. 2) the neat and clean. 3) they have pods that sleeps one, two or two with kids as well. Bad: 1) location is really hard to find. Have to keep looking for signs that reads "sleep lounges" 2) They don't provide dental kits nor they do have shower or toilet facilities. We have to use the common restroom.

  • 1/5 Rolf S. 2 years ago on Google
price and quality to different. For a box bed - small room fully overpaid. No toilette, shower or drinking water included. The public toilette is the only facility. Only the "stretcher" was ok for sleeping. For this price i never would book again. Hard to find. no sign " sleep'n fly".

Good and comfortable. Finding it was difficult. Find the shop TUMI (first floor)and its near it towards the toilet. Sleep n Fly is not that affordable, but better than Oryx hotel. If you have a very long layover. It cost around 140 usd for 8 hour bed space (single bed)

When you have been stranded at an airport for a day and a half. Sleep and fly is like Oasis in the desert. Quiet, clean and comfortable. I recommend booking in advance; we were lucky enough to secure one on short notice for a couple of hours. We would have had a better experience if we had planned ahead, we ended up with the last room they had available, and it was single bunk beds, and we had to wait 5 hours for it; we were happy we had somewhere to sleep for a couple of hours! Somewhat expensive (the rates are online), and there are no showers, so you’re literally only paying for somewhere to sleep!

  • 1/5 Maya H. 1 year ago on Google
I didn't mind the size but the 'bed' was a folding seat that was so uncomfortable snd hard that I had to put some of my clothes under my knee, which was operated on nearly 1 year ago! It wrecked my back and the sheet does not stay on so you end up on the plastic surface. I booked 10 hours thinking I'd get some real rest but only slept two of those hours and not in one go. It completely defeated the purpose of the rest I thought I'd get on the long layover. Also it would be great if they had showers!

July 2022: located near terminal C, next to the toilets. Room was clean and cozy. Offers peace of mind as you can keep your cabin luggage with you in a locked room. Service was very friendly. I was concerned about the noise, but it was very quiet. USB ports, bunk beds, power outlets, thermostat, lights were all well done. Do not expect hotel level comfort. They offer wake up service which is great. You can also purchase additional pillows, blankets, for a reasonable cost. Ask rooms get booked pretty early, so if you need to use this, book in advance. It is also cheaper if you book early. Walk-in availability is a gamble. I may give this a shot again if the price was a bit lower.

I had to wait for the connecting flight for 15 hrs. I was looking for a sleeping lounge. Went to many other lounges they weren't customer friendly. I was very tired requested no support from other lounges. Sleep and fly were very nice and helpful they understood my situation with health and provided me the place. Very kind and friendly. Ms. Mishel and Subedha were very supportive and helped me to get the place. Thanks ton to both ladies. I strongly recommend this place compared to other lounges.

I could safely leave your hand luggage while having breakfast etc. Highly recommended, especially to the travellers with long layovers. Thank you so much!
