Remarkable super fast service, tasty and super fresh burgers, they just melt in your mouth 💯💥👌, reasonably priced...... visit them some time and they've got free and fast delivery 😉😉

Location is great, at Msheireb. Not busy when I went there for lunch. Service was great. Fries are phenomenal, Truffle burger was good, but not great. Also ordered slider trio. Quality of meat is good. I like the place. Prices are above average but worth a try.

We ordered the truffle burger, Cali burger, throwback burger, smokey burger and the impossible burger. All the burgers beef patties came extremely extremely, overcooked, not juicy at all, which in my opinion is very disappointing and unacceptable from a supposedly “medium-upscale” burger place. The impossible burger was good nonetheless. But the overall experience was very disappointing for me and my friends, but especially for me given that I used to eat at Umami burger in New York all the time, and it is really nowhere near. It’s a shame because I am sure if they manage to make sure the patty is cooked as it is supposed to be, keeping the juiciness inside, it would make a good burger.

Tried their food a couple times and the beef burgers were okay, nothing special tbh. I expected it to be a lot better with the hype. Their starters were pretty good especially the crispy chicken. I tried both the beef and chicken burgers, I prefer their chicken. Might try again and try other dishes.

The burger I had was real good, patty was juicy and the bun- soft. I ordered a meal and it was more than enough, the fries were great, light crisp and there was a hint of truffle through either the fries or the mayo. Service was fine. Came here again months after my first visit. Service was great this time, we were served by Hamza (sorry if Ive spelt the name incorrectly) who was friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately both of my visits to Umami burger were less than exceptional. The interior is absolutely lovely! But the customer service and quality of food was less than expected. I was super stoked that they offered the impossible burger, but again was burger was just ok. During my second visit I had to walk out because the service was awful especially compared to my first visit. The staff did not greet us nor even bother to take our order until after I complained. We had to seat ourselves. 5 or so minutes after we sat down not one set of guests but TWO walked through the door well after us and they were immediately waited on while no one even bothered to say hello to us. One staff member did walk over and silently added a fourth table setting to our table when there were already three places settings, but it was two of us. I looked at the three staff members chatting near the beverage station to get their attention. ALL three ignored me even after they made eye contact with me. Shameful service! That’s not how you should treat customers.

I love the Sunny Side burger and thin and crispy fries

Just your normal burger joint nothing special to mention. Price is average prefer other joints in terms of portion. Find the patties dry.Tried the truffles and found it to strong. Staff is friendly and.very accommodating.try if you are curious. Tried 3 burgers smokey, sunny side up and plain (bread, party and cheese). 1 appetizer 3 drinks for around 250 riyals.

First time trying the Umami burger, glad I did! This was one of the best burgers that I have had in a long time! The meat eas cooked perfectly, the bun was nice and soft but toasted, the fixings were not too much but just right. I had the sweet potato fries too, fabulous! I'll be back for sure! 😁

Great experience. Nice tasty burger. Perfectly blend. Don't miss the sauce for the french fries. A completely different experience in the burger world.
