In the middle of dessert and industry not many options are here. New grand Mall is the only option of shopping nearby. If you travel more towards city you have many options. So for this location new grand Mall is good for daily needs.

An average mart claiming to be grand, typical propaganda for the slaves which dwell within the barbed wire. The boys shine your shoes like their life depends on it, for some reason.

My visit to the mall left much to be desired. I went to make a purchase, specifically for food, totaling 7 riyals, but I was surprised to learn that card payments were not accepted for transactions below 10 riyals. To address this, the cashier called for the intervention of a supervisor. Unfortunately, the supervisor's conduct was far from what one would expect in a service-oriented industry. Their demeanor lacked professionalism and courtesy. The supervisor stood firm in their insistence that I either comply with the mall's policy or leave the store. This situation prompted me to question the mall's adherence to Qatar's regulations, as it seemed that their policies were in conflict with the established norms and rules governing such transactions."

My first impression was a bad one since the security guard was not a pleasant welcoming person, somewhat like a prison guard. I thought they might have varieties of items that we can choose but they have own brand and not more choices. I have seen more customer choices in a small supermarket than in this.the food cort inside is a covid 19 Hotspot. very careless staff and food is handled by everyone. no monitoring by the hypermarket mgmt. it scares me every time i visit for a snak or grab a lunch. hopeless service and items good for cheap buyers who doesn't care what they buy at what price and what's a serious service means.
