I am so disappointed and frustrated with the unprofessional behavior from the Home center furniture guys. I purchased beds for QR 3998 last week (9th Nov 2022), the delivery scheduled for 16th Nov 2pm. On 16th morning I received call from delivery guys at 8.30 AM saying that they are near to my house and want to deliver now, I told them scheduled time was 2pm but they said they can only deliver now, I took permission from office with great difficulty and returned to home because of this unprofessional approach. When the delivery team was fixing the furniture’s, they found the items was having cracks and damaged. They promised to return the damaged pieces with new one by afternoon and left all the other pieces of furniture’s opened and left here and there inside the room. I did multiple follow through with delivery guys and at last they asked me to call customer care and push them to release their item from warehouse.(around 4,30 pm). (lol I need to push the team to release the item it seems,,,crazy). I kept waiting till evening and the delivery guys stopped answering my calls and then I received the call from home center customer care saying that they need 3 days to deliver my items. (My whole kids bedroom is a mess now with the other parts of the furniture already and the bedroom cannot be used in this case for next 3 days with all screws and parts being shattered inside the bedroom which is a big safety issue for kids and adults). Today morning I called the customer care to follow up and the lady informed that the other new pieces also have cracks and they need 3 days to repair my bed . ARE YOU SERIOUS>???????? I paid around 4000 QR to buy a repaired item???? SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH AND DEALING FROM ONE OF THE MOST RESPECTED AND TRUSTED BRAND LIKE HOMECENTER. NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM YOU!!! BIG SHAME TO THE TEAM. GUYS Please need your advices… @homecentrestores I have guests coming for fifa tomorrow and this is how i am going to welcome them.. #homecenter 😮

I just want to share my experience yesterday at Home Center Al Asmakh Branch I am always been there to buy gifts but yesterday I in-counter one cashier so rude and unprofessional don’t know how to have a good customer service. I’m so disappointed and feel discriminate by this cashier. I hope no other customer will experience what I experience 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I was here last night with my friend, she was really pissed with the cashier. The cashier was very rude to her. The cashier don't know how to interact with the customers nicely. Hope you can do something about this, or else you will got more complains to that cashier. Best regards!

Worst service Iv ever experienced in qatar, don’t buy here! They will refuse to give you refund for their impractical furniture! I went to emirates furniture instead!

Love shopping here. Very good quality in household items and furniture. Everything from garden furniture, bedroom, living room to bathroom. Limited in electrical items but lamps available. Good selection of sheets, pillow covers and duvets available. . Helpful friendly staff.

I wish I could give them negative not zero? There is a pong question and very few cashers? It doesn't make ant sense to 50 % and very few cashers to serve the customers. To take 10 to 20 minutes to reache the cashers and another 15 to pay for the stuff you buy? Ot is very tiring and very bad customer experience. Yah by the way this is Friday night the bigging of the weekend?

One of the best places for home stuff, but they never respect the time of delivery, if i said evening they come morning everytime I don't know why ? But the stuff always good and the staff always helps and very kind even if it's The last day before ramdan where no place to walk there masallah

The area is so crowded that we didn't get the entrance to the parking area. Not once bt twice. Had to park somewhere else. Then inside homecentre its very hard to find something,many products aren't available as shown on their website. Pathetic experience.

Bought 4 items online. 1 was damaged and missing a part. 2 were incorrect items. 1 was correct. That's a 25% success rate. But it gets better. Took the items to Al Sadd store to return and was initially told what I ordered was what I received, and the description and pictures were wrong online. And also that I shouldn't shop online as a result! However, it took me two minutes to find the correct items in the store! Instead of simply allowing me to exchange the items that were incorrectly delivered to me for the ones that I had already paid for, the order had to be returned, which I now have to wait a long time to receive money back, and then pay again for the two correct items. And not a single apology until I was leaving the cashier. Really bad service from start to finish. In the voice of Roy Keane.. "Do your job!"

I visited the store for pick up my order, the staff here is helpful but when i've reach out the customer service ask them regarding to my online order. No one tend to be provide care or tend to pay attention to me at all. I've to ask them kindly provide me some assist and once they assisted me so it done, no giving out and info or tell me how minutes it gonna take, just let me stand there waiting hopeless. Really a shame for Home Centre Al asmakh mall Qatar

C/S service over phone too bad. No one responds over toll free number or landline. Home center must improve their CS service. Must drive all the way to their location, to just simple check - if the already booked and full money paid items are ready for collection. Really Sad on home center service.
