I will tell the experience of my visit to the place for the first time, some of the staff in the place were not helpful and did not feel comfortable, there are great products, but I do not think of returning to the place again.

I really don't see the point to visit that shop... the people working there are totally useless... if you need advise google is your friend... thay even don't know what is in stock or not... well, I am sure I won't go there again

Toy section is nice , unique and new games for all ages , electronic and stationary section.. Great place to find unique and special items ..

Fnac is a great place, but unfortunately most of their staff need customer service training..I have gone yesterday to check the Microsoft Surface offer they had, an Egyptian salesman "Mr. I know better than you" appeared from somewhere and start bargain about his knowledge on the items and negativity on my decision of buying similar items I did before. very bad attitude and I still can't believe such kind of staff are still working their. This is not the first time, even when you are going to buy you change your mind immediately. unfortunately, i should have learnt from other times. this time, thus individual shared arrogantly that the item come as set, when I checked on line it said it can come saperatly, since he is arrogant he did not accept it nor addmitted it that a kept sharing his rubbish opinion...but I can believe e it as such behaviour is expected in this place. and they keep tolerate it still while they bring bad images to the store. Have spoken to their manager on duty but still nothing changed. my suggestion to go to other places such Virgin or Alif stors much better products, and professional services.

I purchased a laptop from them when I faced problem with laptop they refused to fix it, and they don't have a service centre inside qatar, and they asked me to send it outside qatar to fix it ... At least if you can't provide after sale services, don't sell it or inform the customer that we can't help and fix your laptop if any thing happened . So disappointed

A nice place for shopping and entertainment near the towers of Zag Zag Lagoona Mall, where you can find what you want from international brands. The prices are somewhat high, but it was okay for that. It was an enjoyable visit. It is located in the Pearl City or on its outskirts. You can reach To it easily, without suffering, a smooth and easy road. The mall is beautiful for those who want to shop, and beautiful for those who want to take some rest and drink coffee or any drink they wish. Do not forget to like, please, and not an order.

Enjoyed my latest visit to fnac, where we bought the Delonghi coffee machine from.. thanks to the super professional and incredible sales lady who answered all our questions and cleared our doubts Ms Mary Jane! We rate our shopping experience as 100 stars👏🏽👏🏽

They will put fragile items out the box and ask you to pay once they are broken. Once you ask why would it be paid as its a display item they will tell u oh sorry i dont know who put it outside the box. What a nice customer service. I had 4 headsets and 2 soundboxes from Fnac but never coming back.

If I can give no stars I would, after the release of the Samsung galaxy watch 6, I went to the Fnac lagoona branch, and pre ordered it, as Fnac had a promotion when you pre order the watch, you get a free pair of galaxy buds 2, so I registered my name and waited for an entire month, no calls no feedback from Fnac and during that time the watch was released in all of Qatar except in Fnac, which was surprising and of must of dropped by the lagoona location like 5 or 6 times to follow up, always with the same reply from the staff not in stock, until I called Fnac customer service on Tuesday September 5th, 2023 who I explained the situation too, and got my info and they called me back within 10 minutes, explaining that they have the watch in stock now a month after the release date but unfortunately they don't have the color I pre-ordered which didn't make any sense and when I asked if they would honor there pre-order promotion, the customer service rep told me no because the duration of the promotion was from Aug 1st, 2023 to Aug 10th, 2023 which is when I made my pre-order, which is very disappointing coming from a well known store like Fnac, so I am stuck with a gift card that I really don't wanna use at this place 👎🏻 P.s. They have removed the Samsung galaxy watch 6 promotion page from all their social media pages, how pathetic.

Lagoona mall is a nice mall but there are much better ones for your shopping

They are not professional at all and they reply to you soon will contact you , after that no one call you and they don’t have service center and when you buy something from them staff will show you full support and after you purchase ……. They have always this answer sorry we can’t help you ….

While the selection of products are great, the salespersons need some serious retraining and supervising. I walked up to the main counter for assistance with an Apple Watch, the female assistant chased me away to the electronics section, even after I told her there’s nobody to help, she just said there’s a man standing there go there. This electronics assistant was already busy with a customer, understandable, but it was me and another customer waiting to be assisted at 10am, just when the store opened. No one else on the floor was busy. The electronics assistant blatantly lied to me saying there was no stock of the watch I wanted in any of their stores, and even if I tried to order online, that my order would be rejected because he checked for stock everywhere. His attitude was suspicious, so I left and went to FNAC Place Vendome, 7 mins away, and they were very friendly and had stock of the exact watch I was looking for… I was right. He lied. Disgusting customer service.

Your normal fnac experience. I went to the Lagoona Mall outlet for black Friday deals. I got myself a new Sony TV. The staff were helpful with their recommendation and very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Anything you are serching in fnac Qatar online is here in stock. If you cannot find it here don’t bother searching in other fnac stores in Qatar.

It says the store opens until 2AM yet, when I called at 12AM the answer machine said it's closed. - Update, they called me via their mobile so thanks for that but I would still want the regular phone to be operating during their 10am-2am hours.

Nice store, a lot of electronic and stationery items to buy. Price a little higher than in Careffour but quality very goid.

One of my favorite stores in Doha, they have a huge variety of products - including Dyson that cannot be found anywhere else in Qatar. My favorite brunch is in Doha Festival City though, as it has the best music section. The sales representatives are polite and truly care about the customer’s interests. I visited recently to have a look at the latest Yamaha digital piano models and the music section staff provided all the technical details I needed and had perfect knowledge of the products.

Varieties seems lesser than before, hope things get better soon. 21/08/2021 Bought loads of stuff especially Pens (Ink, Ball etc) seems like old stock, none of them writes properly, dried or old stock. So b aware of it.

This shop has a soul. This is why I like it. It sells consumer electronics, home decor, merchandise all around the kitchen, books and stationery. The assortment is not deep but you find the most important things, bestsellers and premium products of all categories.

The place is so huge and has a very wide product portfolio. Set up of the branch is nice, you can find related materials near to eachother. However they need to consider about the prices, some of the phone accesories have a little high price tag
