Bad attitude from mostly Indian staff. Fillipino staff are ok. Clothes made in China or made in India but asking price like its some European brand. I found Chicken Nuggets packaging in clothes (photo) Although price tag on clothes showed discounted price, staff said that promo is off and the price is no longer valid. Earlier there were Filipino staff in store and it was nicelly ran, now I am afraid it's just another Indian store.

Specially this Center point at Dar Al Salam Mall is having very good collection of gents clothing and lots of large sizes. Quality and designs are also good with the prices. Helpful & friendly staffs.

I saw a shirt for 39 riyals and billed for 63, I asked why its 63? He said its 63 . .. the same shirt at another center point its shows 39 I do not know what it is i have evidence,

The sales agents were not helpful at all. I am 34weeks pregnant woman. Came here to buy baby’s bassinet, comforter and pillow and lots of other things but none of the sales agents were offering assistance. I was struggling to look for the price of each and every item in the store but the sales agents were busy fiddling their personal phones. Will never even think of coming back again!!!!!

Centrepoint at Dar Al Salam Mall is a family destination for shopping which has very good range of products, staffs are courteous and shopping is fun 😊 You get Fashion and regular clothes for Kids, Ladies and Men, along with varied footwear options. Beauty products, household & decor items make it a one stop shop. Mall has good number of parking lot.

The staff are great. Everyone is helpful. The Centerpoint is in a good location..(Abu hamour... dar al salaam mall)... it has many variety of cloths..shoes..kids cloths and the list Keeps going and they are of good quality ...we also have good restaurants in the mall where you can have something to eat after shopping . You will not get bored if you are visiting this centerpoint in dar al salaam mall . if you stay around Abu hamour , and you need to do your routine shopping - centerpoint is enough for fashion choices and for house items and grocery they have Carrefour on the ground floor ... visit and see it for yourself

Its a good experience to do shopping with family in centrepoint.

The shop is divide into thre main sections: clothing, home & makeup and kids clothing and supplies. The kids section has almost everything a mother might need from bottles to car seats to clothing. They also have a big toy section. Their kids pajamas are nice but after a few washes their color would fade. The home and organization section always has nice items.

My recent experience at the Centerpoint store left me feeling disappointed due to the voucher redemption process. I possessed four 50 rial vouchers, which had been prominently advertised. However, upon attempting to redeem them, I encountered several restrictive conditions that were not clearly communicated. Notably, the vouchers could not be applied to any discounted items, which, unfortunately, constituted the majority of the store's inventory. Additionally, I was unable to redeem all four vouchers in a single invoice, and it was challenging to find items priced at 50 rials without any discounts. This experience left me with the impression of deceptive marketing and an unsatisfactory shopping experience. I hope that Centerpoint can address these concerns to enhance the voucher redemption process for customers in the future.

Bought a perfume but upon checkout, the price doesn’t match the tag price. It was 30 qr more than the price showing in the tag.

Good selection of items available at good prices, but store pick up option after online purchase is sub par since only one counter deals with this and is usually understaffed.
