This is oldest supermarket in Doha. As I found when I first arrived in compare to Saudia I was surprised that Doha was holding one supermarket and That was Family Food center. I would rather say Indian paradise and still it is. 😂

One of the oldest hypermarket in qatar. Good for weekend shopping, this FFC has more variety of products than other branches. Has a large section for clothes and household items. A special section for Indian ethnic wear. Bakery and cooked food section is good too, specially the cakes.

This is the place where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits, groceries, spices, Multiple varieties of Rice, Clothes, Foot wear, Electric appliances, tool kit items, Dining things, bakery food with fresh cakes, frozen food. Meat includes Chicken, Mutton, Fish also available here. And we can buy curries also here. Chicken samosa is good here, one must try this. Overall we can get all the things which are required every day here.

I frequently buy my groceries from FFC, and everything went well until today. I bought Papaya from FFC two days ago, and I noticed it shrunk in size over two days, today when I cut open, I noticed it was full of some sort of jelly. Guys, take care! don't buy Papaya from FFC.

The staff who is present in the vegetable and fruit section at the coconut grating area needs to be told how to behave to customers. I had taken a water melon to cut in this area and before reaching there itself to communicate to him what i need, he instructs me to go out and stand. Is he trained in this manner ? Its not the first time. I wanted to explain to him what i wanted, but before speaking to him itself he does not want to listen and just says to go out and then speak. Customers does not deserve such arrogant behaviour . I hope the management takes appropriate action

I appreciate that FFC has a rewarding loyalty program, Family Club, and it’s one of the reasons I shop here. Others being proximity to my location, great variety of goods and reasonable prices.

Yesterday I bought a caramel cake, It seems like very hard. To inform I called customer service he kept me in loop for 10 minutes and didn’t respond. I was checking the production date and expiry date for this cake, which was not mentioned any were in the pack …. Surprised… So can I tell me , do u have anything to mention as best before use … etc something like that..??

The most cachara company in my entire life. This is to let anyone knows who might plan to work in FFC under the supervisory of SAIJU and JACSON to NEVER accept any job opportunities because you will jost totally end up yourself in so much stress and anxiety. This 2 SAIJU and JACKSON is not a well competent people. Human resources should have to see atleast how this 2 soon to be FFC owner thats how this 2 acts like. Very very bad.

Bad- Very poor customer service Date: 7-May-2022, time around 10:35am. Qatari was jumping queue by paying a tip to the staff who was weighing vegetables. Made a complaint to store manager. Management needs to stop the practice of tips and stop qatari's jumping the queue by offering tips to staff. No wonder why Lulu is doing better business even though FFC has wider ethnic food range than lulu.

It's a very good place to buy all the items in one go...

One of the oldest hypermarket in Qatar , where you can most of the Indian items. They have good variety of fresh Vegetables and fruits. My most favourite item from them is the cutlet from their food court. If anyone is going there , pls try their cutlet. Also their bakery items from the food courts are more tastier and have quality

Good place to get indian vegetables.. I got indian mutton here in almost same price which we can get from lulu safari malls.. King fish was comparatively I got in nice price. Because in weekend king fish would hike in malls..

It's a shopping complex that has a large variety of products to shop from. Be it kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or pantry products, you get it all. It's a very convenient location with bus and taxi stops close by. There are a few food shops attached to family food center if you wish to eat before your departure. All in all a good place to shop.

This comes highly recommended, parking is always available within 100 metres, most items are available especially Indian groceries. Snacks and cakes are great too and above all the service is with a smile.
