Excellent customer service and a Happy Place!

I went there on 23april 2023 at 4:17 to take 9 different coffee’s and I almost started to fight with the staff specifically the billing person in this branch of starbucks the staff is sooo rude i have been alot of starbucks in doha but I didn’t experienced what i did here. rude,mannerless,non experienced,useless staff. Starbucks should terminate this staff from this branch.

I would like to give credit to all the staff for always wearing their smile even though they are tired all day serving the customers. They always make sure that the customers are satisfied with their drinks and pastry. Thank you and Godbless to all the staff in Starbuck Al Emadi! Keep up the good work! 👏👏👏

Love the place. Exceptional and friendly staff. They started calling me by my name on the third day and the memorized my order so quickly. Way to go guys👌💯

Bought iced matcha latte, they gave me with no sugar. Next day I came again, asked for same drink & added sugar, the guy told me to add my own sugar by myself, which is available at the corner. The problem is, sugar is difficult to dissolve into the cold drink, unless you're using liquid sugar or using blender to dissolve it. Any other branch will add liquid sugar without asked. Won't visit again.

Starbucks is the world's largest coffeehouse chain and has thousands of outlets all across the world in over 70 countries. They serve amazing drinks, shakes, frappes, pastries, hot and cold sandwiches and drink ware including mugs and tumblers. Have been to a number of their outlets and the taste and quality is consistent.

Surprisingly the coffee was horrible. Probably was made in a hurry. Milk was crystalized and not mixed well. The lady who packed the to-go order also didn't pack well. Coffee spilled inside the bag. The ambience and overall atmosphere as usual was great. We spent almost an hour and it was nice. Perfect temperature, comfortable seats. Good for spending time with friends.

very disappointed. i had an emergency, my car was burning, asked for a fire extinguisher, only for the supervisor to turn his back and pretend not to hear me and pretended not to see the burning car in front of their shop. please check below photo for what happened.

I always come to this branch to buy hot venti Americano and I always ask for an extra empty small cup tall size. But today I was so disappointed that one staff named SHARON did not give me an extra tall cup.. she was giving me the espresso cup.. I ask SHARON why can’t she give an Emily tall cup. She told that it’s “accounting”.. I wonder , if it’s for accounting , is the espresso cup not also for ‘accounting’ ? Again, almost everyday I buy my coffee to this branch and this is the first time that this staff SHARON did not give me an extra empty tall cup.

i was there yesterday and i had a small problem with one of the coffee. Ms Sharon was so helpful and did an amazing service recovery. She was super active and efficent with dealing with the situation. I was so happy of the way she reacted and managed the situation. strongly recommend this place🤩🤩😍😍😍😍

Small branch with old interior, not upgraded like other branches yet, location is perfect but the new updated branch will be open soon in the the opposite building next to Ramada signal.

I like that it is a less crowded branch and location is perfect for meetings.

I had a similar experience. Coffee was horrible after 30 mins. I had to drive immediately after buying the coffee and by the time I finished my drive, the coffee was hard. This has never happened with any other coffee shop chain or even local coffee outlets. Service was just okay without a smile. Does it take anything to just smile ? The outlet is great though.

It is not my first time to visit this branch but today i was very disappointed with staff wearing white shirt named Thein. The only staff who looks unhappy and i feel unwelcome. I say hi to him but no response. But other staff were so friendly.

This is one of the first Starbucks that has opened in Doha. The nostalgia that is in the air fused with freshly brewed coffee beans takes you to your childhood and back. The staff (all of them and over the years) have all been lovely. You can’t help but make this place your study spot, first date spot, and work spot.

One of my favorite Starbucks branches. Staff are always efficient & friendly, usually there is no long waiting times. Sandwiches are a bit overpriced. Limited parking outside & roads nearby have potholes.
