One of the best supermarket that i usually visit. The products are very fresh well maintained and very friendly staff.. If you are looking for organic vegetable products, This is the right place to visit.. there are plenty of food options available including the restaurant and coffee shop. You can buy a fresh breads just near by the main entrance from QP building side. The parking is available but usually its full during the week days...

Absolute disgrace, pushing on a customer the products that we refuse to buy, I have asked why they ONLY put the soft drinks that we refuse to buy, (Pepsi and 7up…) in the fridge and all the other including Qatari local soft drinks in the hot shelves!!! The worker informed me that they tried to put local soft drinks in the fridge but the manager made a drama and basically forced them to remove it !!!! What a disgrace, you do not respect your clients and their wishes and you force certain products on them ! I’M DONE WITH MONOPRIX!

A first class supermarket with great quality in goods, service and premises. Yes, it is a bit expensive, but compared to the quality the price is justified. The supermarket is sparklingly clean. There is a small coffee shop which serves fresh hot coffee with cold sandwitches, a small restaurant which serves hot fresh food, a cold vegetable and fruit salad bar, a small bakery which bakes fresh bread and savoury items. There is a small flower and bouquet shop, a small laundry inside the store. Wide range of selection for each item. For daily provisions this might not be an ideal choice if one is on a budget. The display of fresh fruits and fresh vegetables is very well organized. The store staff and the staff at the checkout counters are very helpful and efficient. The store has some limited parking at the rear side of the store and some parking options s available with the tower infrastructure too. There is wheel chair access well organized, handicap parking. There is a clean and dry public toilets inside the store. Overall one would have a great experience shopping at Monoprix. 14th Jan 2019 A new winter addition to some interesting outdoor seating and a fancy coffee and sandwitch bar in an old Volvo van. The monoprix here has different pricing than others, some are slightly higher. Perhaps its cater for office workers. I seldom shop here. Prefer monoprix at medina centrale. Just be careful with the pricing. I’ve returned two items because of their shelve pricing and items doesnt match and the staff doesnt seems to care. Medina centrale and vendôme has better customer care and if i ever have this same error on pricing they will follow the price on the shelves.

Merchandise display is orderly and clean.There are goods that others do not have, but prices are generally more expensive than others. I still don't understand why supermarkets collect donations for education when respectable charities do this job perfectly.

One of their cafes just robbed me of my money. On the menu the Risotto is 30. They asked chicken or shrimp. I asked for mushroom risotto. He said he can make mushroom too but i can choose chicken or shrimp with it. I asked if it extra. They said no. Later they charged me an additional 10 riyals amd said the shrimp is extra.

Monoprix is wonderful place to buy your groceries it contains almost everything like vegetables, fruits , meat all in one place , its location is very appealing as it us under the 2nd best tower doha which is called palm tower , my office used to be in that tower so I normally purchase my groceries from monoprix . Whenever you are in Qatar and wanting your groceries done then it is the right place for you :)

Neat and big super market, all items available.. next to Palm tower B .. Good parking space .. Vegetables freshly available, awe can get A to Z all items for home and other purposes.

I love this place. It's just a block away from work so if I needed to buy something this would be the place for me. They are well stocked, they even have offers sometimes. If you follow their IG you'll get to know what offers they have as everyday they always have something up.

Good shopping place for reputed brands of everyday items. Most items were imported. Its pricy place but fits to the location and area. You will find many western expats too. They have also food corner. I particularly liked Sea Food Lasanga there. Staff are very courteous.

On 3rd of December around 23:15 we went here to buy some food and when i try to settle the bill there as we are in hurry ,and we are in other counter and there was a African lady who is in the other counter she didn’t even say a words that the counter is closed or someone will assist you or come to other counter, she didn’t even bother weathers we buy or not as if like not my business how can a staff ignoring a customer the way she did its not acceptable give your staff proper training how to communicate to customers

Wonderful collection of international food items. Mainly caters to western expats. Stocks lot of exotic stuff. Very clean and has free parking. Prices are at the higher end.

Hands down the best value-for-money pizza in town (if not the best overall). All ingredients are premium and fresh, hand-kneaded dough and freshly baked.

This is the place where you can find good quality products especially fruits and veggies. And if you cannot visit the store they hve online too.They have alot of branches as well.

We were served the most amazing salmon as well as fish and chips at Monoprix in Festival City, Doha. Both meals were prepared by the one and only Ganga Ram. He is a STAR! Monoprix dfc branch is located in umm salal Al Shamal Road, I just love this section they offer all Italian products from pasta to sauces to balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oils, and in case you want fresh prepared Eatalian food ,you can visit the shop which is located in the same mall,how cool is that 😎

Monoprix westbay is among the best, here you can find anything you can dream of. You can park the car on the first floor, with 2 hours free parking. Fresh produces, juice, patisserie, snacks and so on here at once.

This rating refers to my experience ordering groceries from monoprix using talabat. They always deliver the worst and most rotten fruits and vegetables. This has happened to me more than once. What’s wrong with the delivery people? Do they not know how to pick the best fruits and veggies or do they deliberately get me defective goods? what a shame

It has come to my attention that you are selling one item -BirdsEye Battered Fish- that is extremely popular at double the price than other hyper markets in Qatar. 200% price increase is very unfair to your loyal customers. I bought 4 piece for 21 riyals and you are selling the 2 piece box for 22 QR.

The location is perfect. At the west bay next to the tornado tower. It's open 24/7. Great selection of products from everywhere. The prices are great. Very convenient for me. And if you are a Qatar airways privilege member you can earn avios there by linking your card.

I love this store for groceries. I can find absolutely everything I need from food to hardware and storage. I'm pleased they now do delivery 24/7, i would give it 5 stars if available on snoonu, because talabat is an awful delivery service to deal with. Products 5 star rating, prices are higher than local stores, but they do have everything which saves time of store hopping.

I shop here regularly it's a calm and very well stocked supermarket which may cost more but has brands that any euro expat will appreciate.

One of the best places to get the best pastries and cakes in Qatar. Their cakes are affordable and the taste is just yum. My entire family always loves every cake which I have got from here. Even their croissants are extremely fresh and crispy, just love them.. Other than the bakery they have a variety of different products, especially few items which are not available in local markets but specific to Monoprix.

The basic items rate is at par with Lulu. Basic items like milk, Laban, potato, tomato and other vegetables. There are many others which are if very good quality with high price. The mall is meant for European people we cannot compare it with lulu.

Good quality products and coffee but poor customer service. Especially female staff members at the coffee station and at the cashier obviously show non verbal racism behavior. So disappointed with them.

The market as such is good with choices and clean. But all that is spoilt when you reach the billing counter; especially the Qatargas side dual counter - their rudeness (almost always - say 90% of the time in the past few years). This spoils the shopping mood & ends it with a bad taste of not wanting to go there next time. Last week was super rude - counter girls making fun of customer in front of him different language & having a good laugh at his expense ! So, decided to post this improvement (if possible) post. The Aspire zone area one was good - just tried it for the sake of comparison with this one. Well......

The meat section was too slow. I don’t blame the people working in that section. I think the management needs to hire more staff. Your overall team is a lot less than the demand. Before you get more negative reviews, start hiring.

One of the worst place you will ever be. Im a customer and i want to use a toilet and u need to ask for an access key to a pinay customer service who are not willing to help. We waited 10 mins and nothing happens. What in a world you need an access key for a toilet. People working here seems that they are not happy in their workplace.

West bay Doha branch of the french mall chain. Medium high quality products from Europe. Italy and France mainly. Very interesting range of products and idems selection 👌

Great selection, but the prices are ridiculous in many items with no justification. And what is worse, is prices indicated many times don't match what is charged later. Great meat, fish, cheese, bakery and cooked food selection.
