5/6 Park is located near the Pearl. It’s a lovely little park with walking paths, cycle tracks and a small maze. It does seem as though it’s still under some development, however, lots of space for walking and cycling. There are rental scooters available at the park, but after renting one, I probably wouldn’t do it again, as it was 49QR for 40 minutes. There are also public toilets available, fitness area, prayer room, a playground and other facilities. Like most parks in Qatar it is beautifully designed and built with views of the city and the sea in the distance. The Al Qassar Metro is just opposite to park and Westbay beach on the opposite side. There is easy access to the park and ample shaded parking.

Although the place is still under development, lots of space for walking and biking. The location of the park offers a vantage view of the Doha towers from both sides and of the rainbow intersection. Plenty of parking space, proximity to metro station adds to accessibility. Outline of the maze is ready but needs a trim for a better look.

Great park for spending time . It’s good for walking with soft path or running. Also there is path for scooter or biking. Also you can extend your walk to award city center with connected walk/bike path… this park has plenty of free parking and you can find also playground for kids and gym equipment for outdoor . There a facility bathroom for men/women. With special needs access as well. Scooters and bike located at the parking area. I believe the park open 24/7 and it’s safe to walk during the night.

The best thing about this park is that it's pet friendly, I get to take my dog for a walk there where she can meet other furry friends. there is a track also which is very comfortable to run on, a kids area, some hills and art works. I didn't notice any toilets.

My dear Alig brothers and sisters! As salam alekum! Hope you all are benefiting from the blessings of this month of Ramadan… My apologies for the delay in sending out this note of thanks… Team AMUAQ is delighted that you all made it to our Iftar to make it a grand event. Thanks to those who made an effort to join us, and those who could not join have missed a delightful evening filled with friendly conversations, Ramadan Rituals and excellent Iftar and dinner that resulted from the untiring efforts and hard work of Mr Imtiaz Jawed, our Gen. He made the event pleasurable by providing exquisite food… besides the Iftar, highlight of yesterdays dinner was the delicious Qorma made by the chefs of ‘Delhi Nihari’ under supervision of Imtiaz Jawed, the Biryani was exclusive where as the crisp Jalebi was there to steal the show. Many thanks to Imtiaz bhai for putting up a great show. The event saw a spiritual gathering due to the hard work of Zeyaul Haque our Vice President who organized the much needed congregational dua just before iftar, not only that he organized the Taraweeh so that none of us should miss the salahtul taraweeh… special thanks to Zeyaul Haque sahab for all his efforts. Weather played a great role in success of yesterday’s event, it remained pleasant all thru… Alhamdulilllah our event saw the blessings of our parents… Ziauddin Bhai’s mother and her presence added to the grace of the event, besides one of our guests Dr Azhar’s mother graced the Iftar event, having blessings from our parents makes the event so so special. I am particularly thankful to Shahid Yar Khan, Qamar Alam, Ziauddin, Asif Khan, Javed Sultan & Firoz Khan for their continued support and guidance… The highlight of yesterdays event was the presence of our guests from Indian embassy and its associate bodies ICC, ISC and ICBF. We are also thankful to our own Alig stars Mrs Nazia Ahmad of FM107, whose presence brightens the event, not to forget our singing star Mrs Sara Khan who came the earliest to the venue with Danish Khan and provided support thru out the evening. A big thank you to another rising star of FM 107 our own Sarwar Mirza who is getting popular due to his ‘Suhana Safar’ the culinary journey. Special thanks to Er. One of our favorite parks in Doha! Rent a bike or scooter or just use your legs. Nice playground for kids. Wheelchair accessible play equipment. Great spot to bring your dog or have a picnic as long as you clean up after.

This park is actually good located at Al Qassar metro train station and opposite Hotel Intercontinental. The only problem is that we visited when the humidity is too high and most of us is having a hard time taking a walk. It is even harder to breathe at that time. But nonetheless we will surely go back when the weather is better.

Superb new park. Beautifully designed and built with great views of the city. Bike path, running track and even a learn to ride area right at the bottom. The maze will be fantastic when the plants have grown tall. It has a big car park next door. All that is missing is a coffee shop for 5 stars! Also dog friendly if your dog is kept on a leash.

Somewhat new park with so-so facilities. Parking area was small. Only one pair of toilets (men & women) for the entire park and no one was maintaining it, stench from the toilets reached even the far reaches of the park. Totally not acceptable.

such a fun park. i loved the maze, its in the shape of qatar and is quite fun to try alone. there is also an observatory where you can see this maze from a different pov. you can also borrow electric cycles and scooters, i don't know the exact procedures for it but i think the rate is 1 qar/min.

Nature park lanscaped small hills where grass, plants & trees greeneries meets the blue sky, view of Westbay skyscrapers & Al Gassar, St.Regis Hotels, & Katara on the other side. Childrens playground, fitness equipment, bike & scooter rentals, and some food shops were available. Good place for walking, jogging, running, biking & other lawn sports activities. There was also a sand & stone walkway trail with the maze garden.

A great park! Big open grass areas, very popular for soccer practice, picnics & dogs running around (it"s PET FRIENDLY 👌) The playground has a rubber floor & loads of things for the kids to play on, including baby swings & a wheelchair swing It has a hedge as a "fence" but it is not shaded - it get's very hot in summer The park has a maze, art installations and look out point. Bathrooms are in the middle of the park. There are kiosks open selling food & drinks. At the back of the park is also a bike track (learn to ride) Shaded parking is available for free and it's next to Al Qassar station

It's strategically located near commercial and tourist hubs in the city, and it's also easily accessible via the Doha Metro. If you haven't heard yet of 5/6 Park, here's a short guide to show you all you need to know - what to see, do, and how to get there. Playground - A children's playground is located near the North entrance with a rubberized floor. Jogging track and walkways - There's a 1.4km pedestrian path, a 1.4km jogging track, and stone and sand paths. Bike track and Learn to Bike - Aside from the 1.1km cycle path, there are 20 bicycle parking slots, and there's a designated area in the South entrance for those who want to learn to bike. There's also a Theater/Event Plaza, Prayer rooms, fitness equipment, toilets, different kinds of seating, as well as man-made hills.

A cute little dog friendly park (not that many in Qatar that allow dogs, sadly). I give it only 4 stars because the proximitynof the main road is a negative point for me. Apart from that, it is a nice option for a walk with your dog during the good weather days,

It's a pretty big park with a very picturesque setting. Has a couple of art installations and the cool maze that's designed to look like the human fingerprint in the shape of the Qatar map. To understand the maze, take a moment to read the little notice and what it says. Same goes for the other art installation. The only issue I found was the tiny play area. Wish they had a larger space and at least one more area, so kids don't have to literally jump on top of each other, while playing.

Its a beautiful park. They should’ve made 2 playgrounds in the park to cater for big crowds. Ample parking is available. There is a grass maze of qatar in the middle, an area for children to learn how to bicycle, some outdoor gym area for adults, and green path for bicycle. Scooters are also allowed. Picnics are also allowed. What is missing is a coffee shop!! I go to this park daily.

Beautiful park commemorating the resilience and success of overcoming the blockade, that was started on the 5th of June 2017, hence the name 5/6. Unique features include a plant maze in the form of human fingerprint and an observation point 5m above ground. Easily accessible from Al Qassar Metro.

Only been to the playground and as a playground it's very nice, it has everything for smaller kids as well as for bigger kids. It's pretty spacious and plenty of room for the kids to run around. However, the big downside is that there is a nasty sewage smell coming from somewhere nearby and it was windy when we were there so the smell was quite strong at times when the wind picked it up. Also, the park is completely open, there's no fence around it which means that it's open right next to the busy highway, not ideal.
