I had been twice to Cavalli Club. In the first visit as usual, was ignored by the waiters when you order something and also bringing late that specific order. But the second visit was really an eye opener as the club and the manager were total RACIST! Me and my friends had a reservation in the previous day and that day was off by the club. So, we went in the next day and asked for entry and then began the drama. They could explain the situation in a good manner if they would not like us to enter but started to yell denying entry for us whereas we saw couple of other people who are non-Indians walking in without any reservations. I can’t believe that this is happening in Qatar and I truly hope such businesses and the management who are racist will be looked in by the authorities or government of Qatar.

It was displayed in advertisement on Instagram and Facebook that 5-7 pm is happy hours that day and after that it’s a DJ night. We booked a table for 2 with a mindset to well spend a day there. But when we reached there at 5.15 pm they were cleaning and even they didn’t allowed us to sit inside rather asked us to sit near the pool tables. The manager or may be server was really unprofessional as we asked him that we booked a table here for 5 pm and yes he accepted that happy hour time is 5-7 but who comes at this time! He said . If you don’t want customers to come at this time then why do you advertise and fix this time for events? Sitting near the pool and waiting they were cleaning floor and blowing the dust here and there so we just got up and searched for some other place to hangout. Mood was already spoilt but thankfully we were able to fetch a better option for the day. Pathetic experience!

Horrible experience ever! They change prices right before billing. When you request explanations they simply lie to you saying that you're not right and hand you a different menu with double prices although you clearly saw the prices when you ordered. They're ripping off people because they don't have so many customers. 👎👎👎

They’ve always been the best ỉn entertainment and best in customer service. From staffs to the manager. Hookahs are perfect for the outdoor ambiance. Overlooking at the Corniche also is perfect on cold weather.

The best club ever visited in Doha qatar.. Quality service from waiters and waitress. The reception was so nice and welcoming. So good looking and smiley faces from them. I enjoyed been served at this place.. Soon I will visit again and will bring more customers. Kudos and keep up with the spirit

I was there with my friends. The service was ok but the quantity of drinks they are serving it’s like they are diluting drinks with water. As a mixologist I can say they are not providing proper drinks. My friends also feel the same. The worst experience we had ever.

I was invited to Cavalli by a friend and will not go back. I ordered a drink and waitress never brought it to me and went out of her way to avoid contact with me, until it was time to pay. Which she tried to charge me for a drink she never brought me. I insisted she gives me my bill prior to me paying (note: she was already putting the balance due in). I told her that she never brought me that drink, so she them proceeded to bring me a watered down version of the drink, to avoid taking it off my ticket....JUST TACKY!!! I can not tolerate a place that has BAD customer service (no waitress/waiter came over for almost 2 hours to get our order) and folks who are willing to cheat you out of your hard earned money.

It was really great, I will definitely visit again for Bollywood night. But they have very less option for veg people. I guess they are working on the menu... I hope we would get better options.

Six of us used to regularly hang out at Cavalli Club last month as we were all here for business. I must say the staff were amazing and had excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and personable, as they were very quick to know and even remember our names making use feel welcome straight away! Hector and the gang really made our trip extra special. We love Cavalli Club... this will be a great spot for World Cup for sure. Lot of love from the UK gang.

CHECK YOUR BILL! Looks like they have got enough good reviews, now to slowly start billing customers wrongly. Went for happy hours (wrong info was given) then we ordered within HH, they billed it later at full price and the filipino staff says we have to pay up. Make sure you check your bill properly!

The worse club of doha poor service. For all issues have only one reason CID policy, but they can not show you policy. Insulting behavior. Staff is sitting on the customer’s tables. Poor music, no parking at hotel not recommended at all

Some of the staffs were rude. so strict and no opportunity to dance or be free. The waiter guy was very rude when we asked him why we can't dance, he rudely said "you don't have to ask question" SMH. I DESERVE TO KNOW COS I ACTUALLY PAID TO BE IN HERE TO HAVE FUN...

I’ve been there many times with friends.. service is perfect.. place it’s amazing but 1 security & manager are like mafia and bad attitude they treat people like animals and don’t deserve to be in that position.. whenever you go in the world if manager he come will speak nice but only there his sending to you Secuirity which is there are coming to fight not to talk.. this not acceptable to treat people like this I don’t want to comeback there ... I do recommend 14 floor better service and people are nice there .. which someone from higher management to check this bcz this is it’s not acceptable and it’s only that place in Doha are like this ..

Very Bad experience... Given the bill charging additional 200 QR... Ordered a small cake for 35 Sr to celebrate a birthday and charged me 200 for the cake After informing the waiter I got my money back... So guys and Girls check the bill before you pay to stop charging more 😏

This bar is lit!! Always had a good time! All thanks to Hector their General Manager who always made sure that we are having a great time. This is such a good reco for anyone who just wanna unwind after a long tiring week.

This place is immaculate, the servers here are quick with their service. Couldn't find a better spot than this. Janny is such an amazing server she definitely made our night. Oh and the price is just right.

Cavalli is a nice vibe and atmosphere. The variety of music played was very scarce. We requested songs at 9 pm an the dj decided to play the songs at 11:56 right before closing. Noone was dancing the entire night the Dj was very selective on his music choice. Please try a different DJ for Friday night. He didn't play actual music until the very end of the night which was very disappointing. Thanks.... Also Rico was amazing must look him up when visiting Doha

I have visited here couple of times. But usually whenever you call them for reservations,they will reply it's full. Even when ur visiting them. So I made reservation last Wednesday, after I went there were hardly 10 guest are seating. But at entrance they don't allow without reservation,even it's empty inside. Strange. Need to rectify this issues.
