Update: After a long time, we gave this place another visit. The dessert has improved, but the service was so underwhelming! One waiter was nice though but everyone seems completely untrained. The outdoor seating area is nice but very dirty unfortunately. The artificial flowers across the shop looked very sad and faded. Overpriced and only looks with no flavors. The drink in the photo is 40 QR and looked (and tasted) like it was made by a child for a child! The whole glass was so sticky from the outside. The drink was super sweet and no depth in flavor, just tasted like fake vanilla and caramel syrup. You can also see how sloppy the decoration was! We also ordered a way overpriced cookie. It did look pretty, but very awfully tough and super sweet. Couldn't taste anything but sugar. I think the problem is that all dessert are placed in one cold display drying out all dessert. Also, we went 3 hours before closing and the display was FULL! So I wonder how fresh these desserts are! The atmosphere is pretty, but the furniture was so annoyingly big and people are sitting so close to each other. One sofa I sat on, the seat was very short most my legs were falling off the sofa. The drinks prep station is in the middle of the cafe. The blender was so so annoying, you could barely hear yourself speak. The cake display was next to our table, many people came to look at dessert and came so close to my chair they almost bumped me. The staff were very very nice and attentive and I really liked them.

I love how beautiful this place is. I had to seat myself and look for someone to assist me. That was my first impression. The food was alright. Just very overly priced for average food. I love the environment it’s very beautiful.

A fancy open-air and in-door restuarant that serve a high-toned menu. The experience was amazing and we tried different dishes. A remarkable and fashionable store. I extend my thanks to Mariana who was superstar in serving us. 🌟🌟🌟👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Since I came to Doha, I was passing by EL&N almost every day. I made it after one year. Yay! We really enjoyed our time here and celebrated mother’s day with a blast. Everyone was super nice and helpful, the pastry was delicious and fresh, the drinks were great. Definitely will revisit. Keep up the great work!

The place is beautiful, definitely a spot for the pictures. The staff was amazing, they served us very well. Our waiter was nice and professional with a humor. The drinks were good, specially latte and Biscof white chocolate, however the cake that I had wasn’t great. It looked a lot better than it tasted, the chocolate wasn’t feeling real and cookie was a bit too spongy. Overall I am giving 4/5 because the food wasn’t great.

Everything here is so extra!! It’s expensive but you will get that instagram worthy food and beverage. Food tastes amazing as well. Staff are polite, the vibe is chic. Good place to be to catch up with girlfriends and enjoy taking photos.a

Wow! My waiter Steve was just amazing. Please give this man a raise, a bonus, and a promotion! He made my time with my friend so special- his personality and vibes really gave us a wonderful experience. The food was good but I did expect much more creativity given the price. The ambiance was lovely.

We had a good experience at the EL&N Msherib. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were there for an event gathering and section of the cafe was closed for us. All our food arrived timely, considering it was a big group of us. more than 25 pax. It is pricey for what it is, but perhaps you are paying for the ambiance, pink and floral theme😀. The food were tasty and the coffee was ok. Should try the cocktails they were good.

EL&N cafe has been on my list of places to go for a long time and I finally got the chance! It’s a great experience both ambience wise and food wise. I personally loved the interior, layout and presentation of all that we ordered! The acai bowl was delicious as well as the beetroot hummus salad which comes with cauliflower rice and amazing bread on the side. Their menu selection is endless and offers vegetarian/vegan friendly foods. Would definitely come again.

Pop of pink! What a lovely experience taking my mum to London cafe. Lovely food and drinks, between everything pink! There are a few branches in Qatar, we visited Msheireb. Highly recommend this for a girls date.

I would like to appreciate Alexandra for her excellent customer skills…. While most places are beautiful, having a good experience mostly matters with how one is treated by the staff. She was so attentive to details, she suggested options to suit my dietary requirements as I was so confused, she was very attentive to us as my friend and I took the opportunity to take some photos and she proactively offered to keep the meal in the warmer. It’s rare to find such level of customer service in this part of the world and I just want to say she is doing a fabulous job. The other staff were equally friendly and assisted us with taking photographs very patiently. Thanks to Martin, Arthur and Alex for such a wonderful experience.

The ambience is fabulous and glamorous and staff is very hospitable and friendly. Their very famous instagrammable beverages look beautiful, however, they are extra sweet for people who don't really have a sweet tooth. Desserts are delicious and food is intermediate. Would definitely recommend to visit for pictures though.

Super cute cafe for brunch. The eggs benedict, as well as the lotus & banana french toast, were amazing! The Oreo Spanish latte and rose matcha were delicious, the charcoal latte was an interesting flavor. The waiter, Achraf, was super attentive and cheery, he made the experience worthwhile.

Today, I had a very enjoyable breakfast. This is my second visit and my favourite drink is still the Turkish delight Hot Chocolate. The staff are very attentive. Nice atmosphere. Sharif was our waiter and was very friendly and helpful.

We came here for the desserts and really liked it. Quite busy place but overall the staff are polite and accommodating. The cakes are delicious but the portions are small! Overall, I’d recommend.

Yesterday was my first visit, I had a truly disappointing experience. After a lengthy discussion with the manager, who initially defended her waiters' obvious mistakes at my table, she finally apologized and showing that my complaint is silly. However, when I mentioned it was my first and last visit, her response was simply 'okay.' It's essential to treat new and frequent customers with respect. Consider investing in both marketing and communication skills, and ensure the hiring of qualified managers.

Every time I come to Doha I need to stop at EL & N. They menu has a variety that will actually satisfy everyone’s taste. The staff are friendly and the outdoor seating is great.

The place is talking for itself! Fully pink cafe is calling you from far to discover. I like it mostly because of outside sitting area (smoking friendly) and interesting soft drinks.

Excellent customer service. Beautiful plating and a very instagrammable cafe. They even have a section called Instagrammable Drinks on their menu 📸 and a recommendation for TikTok 😅 The pasta was delicious and so was their cheesy bites. Their chocolate and brownie cookie however was cold and dry even though the menu said gooey.

Of course, this restaurant is well-known in London and is famous for the Gulf countries, and they visit this restaurant, they have all kinds of cake, such as strawberries, choclette and others, and they also have coffees, and this year it opened in Msheireb in Doha Qatar And really the food is very delicious. the service was nice and fast. they really outdone the decorations of the place 👍. i love the mixed berry cheesecake! ❤ it was really nice the drinks are normal but with great details of decorations. unfortunately, i would not recommend the chocolate and ganache cake.
