Visited Swiss Café for breakfast last Friday. Breakfast had limited options and taste not that great. But their service is top notch. Entire service staff is well trained. Every one was greeting politely always with a smile. Eve though food was not that great, we enjoyed our morning due to the service. We were attended by Ms. Pushpa who is an amazing person. 5* to her. Will we visit again, for food not sure. But, for service definitely yes. Once again kudos to the staff. I hope they continue to maintain the same service.

Service is good, but unfortunately the food is terrible. Machboos was just a ton of rice with a small piece of chicken. The swiss sandwich has to be one of the worst sandwiches I've eaten. I didnt complete eating either meal. Their focus seems to be on the quantity of food as opposed to the quality.

Best hospitality Staff & Management I have experienced in Doha. Warm, engaging, and attentive. I have lived at the Swis Bel Inn for 10 months. Today they sang "happy birthday" to me !

Location was convenient, so I went to watch a game and have a beer. The place looks if far from what s on the website, cold and dole designs along with boring menu and not the greatest of service at all. Will definitely not suggest it to anyone

I ordered iftar for 4 people from this restaurant. Some items were missing (Lamb nihari, ramadan drinks and cutlery)and a few items didn't taste good (Biryani was just white rice with food colouring and samosas and pakoras were cold). To add to this Mr. Prasad was very rude. When I pointed out the issue he said I was lying and asked me why I ordered from the restaurant. Mr. Prasad doesn't know what customer service is. I Wonder how he is working in a 3 star hotel with this type of behaviour. In the end the restaurant did not resolve the issue.

AMAZING STAFF PUSPA & CHRISTINE & as well as GITA, WE LOVE your hospitality without you guys there will be no light in our BREAKFAST. Well breakfast if we talk about is just AVERAGE. Rarely only there is some variety in the main dishes for BREAKFAST. But for me HOSPITALITY AND BEING HELPFUL IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE FOOD.

Service, food and place is outstanding! The ambiance is warm and homey & staff are very courteous and approachable namely Caroline. Kudos to her! 👏👏👏👍👍👍 The selection of food is vast.. it is all mouth watering. You can't help yourself but it seems you wanted to try all and have it all.. 😄 Definitely will go back soon! And 100% i recommend to friends.

We had a breakfast buffet here. The venue was clean and ambiance was great. The food was good for a reasonable price and staff were helpful and accommodating especially Kristine. Definitely we will be back here again.

Swiss cafe has a very good menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a reasonable price tag. The services from the staff is good. Ms. Nancy specially is very professional and kind to help customers. She deserves five stars.

Significant improvement after the big change. Very nice place to enjoy your time with your friends, family, or even if you want to invite any of your guests. You will witness great service, smiling faces, friendly attitude. All staff (especially Mr. Nader, and Miss/Mouna) exert their efforts to create the best atmosphere for you to revisit the hotel and the restaurant frequently. Well organized functions, events, buffets. Delicious food, very clean and tidy surroundings. In addition to very reasonable, valuable prices. Really a place to recommend for all.

Swiss Belinn hotel is very nice hotel. All staff are very friendly and approachable specialy to Ms. Christine , the filipina lady. She is very nice and accommodating to all customer. Thank you Ms. Christine for caring with us when we are in swiss cafe resto for taking a breakfast.
