We had our dinner here to celebrate Mothers Day. We ordered steak with mushrooms sauce as an addition, crispy chicken fajita’s. The food was delicious.Great staff who checked on us regularly. Great ambience.. Overall loved it.

I like the quesadillas its tasty ,the pasta that we ordered is awesome so good, i like all the food, the serving is also Huge its really good for circle of friends and family, service is kudos, thanks coy and all team. We really enjoyed our dinner.😉😉

We had gone for dinner... Ordered Newyork striploin steak with pepper sauce as an addition, classic sirloin, crispy honey Chipotle chicken and quesadillas.. The best was quesadillas.. Well the others didn't dissapoint too. Great staff who checked on us regularly. Great ambience.. Overall loved it.

I think this would be the worst outlet of chili’s. Well, lets start from the entry, saw staff holding broom stick in one hand and freshly prepared food in other hand, she kept the broom stick in a corner before she serves to the customer. ( i have never seen this habit in my life) The outlet was not even very busy and staffs are running around without a coordination and no teamwork. 2 guys looks like the manager has no control of the staffs and they are not ensuring things are going well. Lets come to the food I ordered. Soon after they delivered the food a fly came and sat on the bread. When i look around to complain no staffs around. The meat looks burnt and bland. I can’t even compare the food other restaurant chain who serves the same menu. (Chilis priced more than them) We couldn’t finish our food as it is dry and tasteless. I would give 4 stars for the drinks. And finally before we leaves the restaurant one cat got inside the restaurant and staffs and customers shouting. Dear management kindly find your gaps and do good trainings to improve your service and food. Looking forward to visit you soon.

Overall the experience was good. We have tried different combinations of Fajitas. The meat was a bit chewy but the chicken and prawns were great.

We have been to most of the Chili's branch in Qatar and this is the first time we've been served a spoon without asking, you'd love one when eating something served with rice. We were also provided wet wipes after dining, and this is also the only Chili's branch who did that. Our server Jeofrey made our first dining experience on this branch memorable with those simple gestures!!!

Food tasted really good. Ordered chicken ranch quesadilla and shrimp and beef fajita along with bangalor mojito. Quesadillas were awesome. Fajitas were so nice to be eaten with tortillas. Mojito was good too though not worth the price. Very good customer service.

Friendly staff especially Ms. Jenielyn . Foods are well presented . The restau ambiance is good too. Highly recommended !

We spent a lovely afternoon at Chili's, Ian did a great job and provided a great Service. All of the staff were found to be welcoming and polite. The food as always was Great. Would highly recommend it for a relaxed time with family.

Had a very good experience with this branch. We always dine in here and each time had received an excellent service from the staff. Worth mentioning Ms. Pearl who is a very lively host who loves to mingle with the guest. Excellent customer service where you feel you are welcome every time.

Our regular branch is the Chili's at The Mall. Easy access, always great service and the food is consistantly good. Kopila served us today - excellent as usual.

Kopila was very attentive and all smiles while serving us. The Manager nd the rest of the staff arr attentive as well. Trio fajita is a must try. Super good!

It is difficult to review their food when ordering just a Caesar salad 😁 however i was served a salad with interesting twist (Southwestern chicken caesar salad) which was very good and would go back to have it again! Nice atmosphere and good service as well so overall a good choice.

Service was great. Specially Rakesh who attended us. Overall the food was good not excellent. Reason - was served with raw steak instead of Medium well. Though I informed the in-charge but little was done to correct. So I took a pic of the raw steak and decided to post. Be careful guys, check the food before you even start.

Quite good experienced, this was my first time at Chili's. The food was good matches the price we paid for. However, the menus kind of reminds me for Applebee's. I personally feel that Applebee's services way much warm and sweet.

I loved the Chicken Crispers it was yummy although just 5 pcs is very less , the chicken pasta was good however the serving guys must inform there is no salt added but it was good, also the chicken quesadillas was very yummy. Although I don’t recommend the fajitas as it’s not tasty as it looks the rice is too dry. The service team was really good they really care for the customers that’s what I liked.

I m frequent visitor but came to this branch for the 3rd time. I got really disappointed with the customer service offered as they were dealing customers in terms of nationalities. 2 local families came after us they were served before us. All staff were so ignorant and no one came for a follow up even though it was not so busy. I ordered kids meal and my child finished the meal and still they didn't bring the drink which was included in the meal. After finishing our meal we waited almost 10 minutes just for the bill. In outdoor seating few cats were sitting under the tables and one cat was eating leftover food from one dish on the table. It was really shocking from me I think soon this brach will be banned by municipality corporation. Though food which we ordered was delicious.

Very accommodating staff and polite but you'll wait for your food for 30 mins, steak is kinda dry but maybe it's because there's many people that is waiting so they need to do things fast.

Very friendly staff and the food is awesome. Especislly the beef ribs were to die for! The meat came off the bone and the meat just melted in mouth. Loved the experience :)

Before 2015 it was the best after that year the restaurant quality of food and services dropped down. Not sure where it will go but hope one day it will back.

Very responsive hosts, very polite as well. Neat ambience. Pretty decent food. They failed to mention they might charge extre for mushrooms in our pasta. Was very disappointed they didn't think it was important to let us know. Felt deceived once the bill came.

Excellent food and great service. Really enjoyed the salsa and chips, the qusedillas and the chicken wish mash and corn. The beef bacon on the burger smelt a bit though. Didn't enjoy that.
