Been ordering from them since they started about a year ago. They are not reinventing the wheel with fusion and unnecessary sophistication in Indian food … this is simple, yet one of the most original food you will taste in your life, let alone in Doha. Genuine Gujarati / Rajasthani food with a nod to original Indian flavours. Please never change a thing about this place. Everyone wishing for some originality in this cluttered so called food space … Bhojan is hands down your go to place.

Restaurant With good food and vibe. Service by Ibrahim is top quality !! Very well drafted menu with many options available for foodies to select. We have tried their thalis and Chinese plater, Good. Disappointed With the lemon mint, image in menu is completely different from what they served. No dine in space at ground floor, so if you plan to visit with elderly, will be tough for them to climb the stairs.

Ordered from recently Opened Bhojan Restaurant in Al Nasr. It is a pure veg Gujrati restaurant. We ordered 2 Bhojan in a box (lunch) for QR28 each. Rotis were very soft. Mango sweet was tasty. Subji and dal were ok. Could have added fryums or papad. Food was hot and packed nicely. All in all very simple. But a bit on expensive side for a simple veg meal. If you want a very simple veg meal, go for it.

They have good thali options (unlimited and limited) Dhai puri and Pani Puri tasted nice. The chaas was also good. Dining on the first floor only, it was a small place but it was almost full when we visited. Finding a parking spot is a bit difficult.

Excellent ambience, well decorated. Good choice if vegetarian food. I had unlimited Thali. Good quality food and delicious. Would highly recommend. Parking can be an issue.

Tried this new vegetarian Gujarati restaurant by ordering via wishbox on the opening Saturday. Order - Thali on the go and Bhojan in a box Packing - very good Quantity - insufficient Quality - ok Delivery - timely and warm Hit dishes: Aamras (mango thickshake) Chaas (masala buttermilk) Chapati was soft. Drawback: In the potato brinjal subzi, the potatoes were not cooked. Pulses subzi was too bland. Pictures of the meals in the actual packing received are attached.

I ordered Amritsari Chole kulche and a vadapav. The vada pav was nice but the chole could have been a lil spicy and pickles would have made perfect combo. Thank you

Great Gujarati food. Been here 8 years and it’s the best I’ve had in Qatar. The staff are very helpful and the food always of a high taste and quality. always reminds me of home....... hope they can open the dine in soon.

We ordered unlimited Thali for each of us with buttermilk. Unlimited Thali includes - poori, roti, papad, paneer sabji, aloo sabji, moong sabji, sweet/Gujarati kadhi and daal, sooji halwa, dhokla and papdi Chaat. The ambience was amazing and the food was tasty. I would love to recommend this restaurant. Service is a little late but it's worth it. The staff is cooperative. There was one issue which each one of us faced that whenever you will give a call at the restaurant for booking, it usually says most of the tables are booked whereas it was half empty when we went. I believe the issue restaurant is facing that they are understaff and due that it's difficult to manage single hand. And due to that service is little late.

Feel like had homely food today. Taste was awesome and hygienic food. Definitely it’s more than five star food. Will suggest to my friends and colleagues to have good Indian veg food please visit.

Note: now they serve breakfast also, please do try. If looking for authentic Gujarati food/ vegetarian/ Jain food. This is your place. I went with my family for breakfast and we had aamras aloo puri, dhokla(soft and tasty), khichu(yum), thepla(crispy and soft), fafda jalebi with sweet kadhi, chole bhature and chai. Each dish was really delicious and trust me you might eat more as the service was quick 😉. Couldn't be able to take a click of all dishes as we were so hungry and the food was yum. Ambience is good. The staff is cooperative and you can also have a buffet breakfast which was new for us. I would love to try the buffet next time. Thanks for having us. Must try breakfast.

I felt like I’m having Undhyu in my Home country 🥰 it was super delicious..!! 🤤😋 even the desserts were amazing 🤩 staff was very friendly calm n smiling all the time. Highly recommend & must try restaurant 😍

Excellent option for street food. I love their vadapav and pav bhaji. Tasty and delicious North Indian cuisine. Veg thali at its best. Do try their masala chaas which is very tasty. Overall rating 3.5/5

Being hard core non vegetarian, we have to wait for a special day to visit a pure Veg restaurant so the day came of sankashti chaturthi when we all were fasting. We decided to visit Bhojan restaurant to release our fast. We reserved our table by calling the restaurant in advance. It was a perfect decision as otherwise we would have had to wait to make the table available for us. But we utilized that time for clicking beautiful photos in their lovely ambience and wall painting. As soon as we entered we saw a group of Marathi people already enjoying big Maharaja thali at the restaurant (Being Maharashtrians we also felt touched) and all tables were busy. We ordered bhaji platter and kachchi Dabeli as starters for our kids. My two-year-old finished Bhajjis as soon as they came. And my older one really enjoyed Dabeli. I ordered regular thali and my husband ordered special thali. My son asked for veg Sizzlers. As I do not like Rajma, I asked to change my vegetable which was done without any hesitation. All vegetables were delicious and food was mouthwatering. We specially loved their Okra, butter paneer and chhole. When Sizzlers came for my son, even we couldn't control to taste it as the presentation was looking yummy. Overall we had the best veg dinner in Doha that night and our decision to try their restaurant was perfect. Suggestion: Being 80s kids, we like to have hard copy of the menu which if they can implement will be better as we don't much like to select from their vast online menu. We will highly recommend this restaurant if you wish to enjoy Veg variety. Looking forward to explore many more different veg items in our next visit.

Visited there nice people, down to earth. Hope they start dine in soon Today 12th Aug 2021 took pav bhaji parcel. Utterly butterly delicious. Got a extra pav complimentary. Quantity is good, but quality is excellent. Must try if you are in Doha. Waiting to try other dishes

I wonder why we didn’t visit this restaurant earlier. A perfect place to have authentic veg food. The setting of this restaurant, the ambience, the Rajasthani style seating (remembered Chowki Dhani seeing those little tables), and of course the delicious food.. everything is perfection. We ordered the unlimited Special Thali and it was so good. Except the chaat, everything is unlimited. Service was quick and nice, and hospitality was next level. Loved the sweet dal and kadhi, paneer, aaloo sabzi, phulka and poori.. We were so full that I couldn’t even finish a glass of Chaas. This is a must visit place!! Thank you, Bhojan restaurant! Place gets full quickly so better call and book a time slot before going. It was packed even on a weekday.

It was disaster! We ordered Thali and Chinese in a box Both items all dishes were cold and in Thali dal was missing, Gujrati kadi is not at all of good taste. In Thali all that was good was halwa. There was no pickles no salad with the Thali even. The quantity was so less (mind you it was 22 riyals other restaurants give you better dishes and quality) that if the food was good you could have asked them to refill, last time I think of it when I ordered for my partner also Thali , but feel that the server person seems uninterested in taking the order or they don't even bother for the customers. There are restaurants who don't leave their customers without properly eating if customer orders Thali. Please check your competition! Then the Chinese in a box had no gravy to eat with fried rice and that too it was bland... Manchurian balls had on corn starch uncooked and other dish was tofu same with that there was no taste in the food. There was no one to even ask us for water we had to take out our own water bottle..No staff was free so we can talk to them I feel they were overburdened or they were new in handling 5-6 tables first time.. Poor management poor food taste poor hospitality.. I had ate earlier also here but this time it was worst experience and the service is going down everytime when I visit. I was about to get daily mess meal from this restaurant on wishbox but I can't subscribe now the way I was treated yesterday and the taste of Thali I had yesterday.

Amazing experience at Bhojan. We had the most authentic Dal batti Churma and Rotlo. Chat and Paneer was so tasty and flavoursome. Beautiful traditional interior. We loved it x

Quiet disappointed : Ordered bhakri via talabat. There was no description on it as to how it will be. So as per my imagination it was going to be rice/jowar. What was delivered is normal roti in the name of bhakri, made crispy like papad over the tava. A restaurant should be careful when they serve food items and not cheat customers by serving anything else.

Earthy indian ethnic rajasthani gujrati cuisine with impressive interiors combining rural and modern indian mix decor ..the murals on the walls takes you back in time to the cultures and various indigo colors of india…the gujrati thali is wide and extensive ,filling and even light on your stomach ..the ala carte also has a wide mix of vegetarian varieties.indian chinese is also available,however i would not choose to order indian chinese in a restaurant which would reflect more on original indian regional cuisine.service is very prompt and efficient with a touch of personal care by the stewards in the restaurant..in a foreign land to only taste and savour the food spread of your native country is to die for …so it should be on the list to satisfy your desi appetite

The moment i entered whole resturant was empty ....than light was very dim...Even there QR code menu was not working....and above all Service was fast for food but the taste also running away from the disshes in same speed...The Food was is in bad taste all the food orderd Bhoja Kebab Platter...Most of Kebab was frozen...palak chat was over powered by Spice and No Flavour of Palak..Chinese Platter....Noodles are badly made munchirian is pathetic....Seems I will not go back to Resturant...All The Best ..Need to Gear Up the Game....to be relevant

But they made sure we were served the best. The highlight of the restaurant is the taste of the food they serve, The Indian authentic Vegetarian food. We ordered set thali for Lunch. I have visited the restaurant many times before posting this review.. and each time thought of giving five star review. Staff give their best in serving the customers. It gets busy in the weekends which shows the popularity of the restaurant. The interior catches your attention which is colorful and vibrant. It displays Indian culture. For sure the best Indian restaurant in Doha I have visited. It has indian style sitting as well if someone enjoys it. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Had to wait for over 20 mins on Thursday eve so be prepared to wait as it has limited seats Tried Paneer lababdar, roti , Dahi puri and mango lassi , i must say food was really good ,except for mango lassi which I saw that it was pre prepared and kept in plastic bottles and they serve u as in when u order and is not fresh. Considering plastic being so bad for health , I kind of didn't like that . The guys serving us food was really friendly . Overall I liked the food and waiting for ondhyu ( Gujarati delicacy) to be available which they mentioned it will start from December

You got to try their delicious High Tea. Soft kebabs and Potli Samosa so fresh and delicious . The pink coconut barfi is the icing on the high Tea , the hint of rose flavor is exceptional. Masala tea was too goo. Even the cucumber sandwiches were soft and yum. Great vegetarian food at Bhojan Restaurant

I’ve been for a high tea at this restaurant.. first of all I was really impressed by the interior decor - it was so so lovely!!! Talking about the high tea menu, it was simply amazing! Really loved the potli samosa, paneer on kulcha and coconut burfi… everything was so perfectly arranged. The staffs were really so polite & well mannered! The timings for high tea is between 5-7pm, 120qar for 2 people✨ And this is also my family’s favorite restaurant as it’s a pure veg restaurant with very good Thali meals as well✨ Keep going & good luck for the future!

Ordered amritsari kulcha, makki ki roti & sanrso ka saag, i have never had such a tasteless food. Saag had strong smell of uncooked oil, no taste, not even salt. I think the chef doesn't know how amritsari looks like, forget the taste. All items are overpriced both in terms of taste and quantity. I think i will not eat these from your restaurant again even if you pay me to eat. The gajar ka halwa (two tea spoon quantity), was packed in the same box along with saag, and when delivered all were mixed. Have to give 1 star otherwise cannot post the review, and no option to give negative rating. Ruined my evening 😒

Very Good Veg Indian restaurant in Doha. It serves excellent Rajasthani and Gujarati food as well. They are flexible to do modifications as i needed without onion garlic food and they prepared it. I felt like at home. Staff is really friendly. Dal batti is must try. Must try if wanted to have Indian veg food.

Latest 2022 update. I have been regular at this restaurant since I first discovered ordering every week and I have seen the quality go down significantly. Curries no more taste fresh, most times loaded with oil. When they started usp was the freshness of food and which ensured the right flavours. It’s unfortunate that they haven’t been able to keep up with that as they have scaled their business. Hope they return back to game and focus on food quality and ensuring fresh prepared curries every day. —————————- Amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ordered for first time and was blown off with their quality and taste! Been in Qatar for 6 years and tried most indian places, this definitely goes right to the top of the list. Food was tasty 😋, right sized and felt good after eating it... Not oily, yet full of flavour. Highlight was the Missi roti. 💯 vegetarian/vegan place. Look forward to ordering again.
