Comfort food and convinient place for breakfast !! Do try their filter coffee as well

Enjoyed good food with cheap unprofessional staff behavior. There was a plastic tissue box which damaged and sticked by using adhesive tapes around at the edge of our table and it fell down coz no enough space for 6 of us on 2 tiny tables and there were 3 tissue boxes on the table at the moment. After we pay the bill, the supervisor needed us to pay additional money to apply tapes again to fix the box. Pictures attached herewith and you can see the tapes clearly. Shame on this restaurant and never will visit them again.

Had craving for Masala dosa and drove straight to vasatha bhavan. The dosa, vada & chutney were all good. But the price they charge for is too high. 6 QR for a coffee is too damn pricey. Overpriced with bad customerservice!!😐

This was my 4th or 5th visit here, but none of the times I have had good experience here. On 9th September 2022 morning we were there, it was too crowded and people had to wait. The restaurant was understaffed and even after we got a table too time was wasted getting the order and then giving it. We had asked for light tea while it was the normal strong tea that was given. I could see many customers complaining. Will have second thoughts before visiting again. The tables are too close together to eat in comfort.

For limited eaters best lunch is E-meals. Value for money. Taste is good & tummy get full.

Quick Service amazed me although it was a weekend. Coming to food, it was really good, especially Vada and Rava Dosa as being my personal favourite. I hope the seating lounge is extended to avoid waiting…

First time here. The food was lovely. Much better than other branches. I would totally recommend this restaurant if anyone wants to try South Indian food. Even the sweets were very good.

Good food but pathetic ustomer service! Usually in any restaurant atleast in Doha you are presented with bill after you finish your food . Here atleast on two separate occasions are presented with final bill even when you are eating the food.They really need to work on their customer service!! Even the waiting time for their take aways is too much!

Excellent option for veg lovers. At least twice a week I’ll be here for their meals. They’ve varied options for lunch - mini meals, e meals and full meals. For dinner, you can try their varieties of dosa which ware really tasty.

Small dine-in area but very hygienic place to be. Can bring your family. Little difficult to reach due to the on going construction work on the roadside. Food was awesome and the staff are very friendly and always smiling.

Been there a couple of week back with family, we ordered a ghee roast and dosa, There was no salt and batter was very badly prepared, like a rubber. Secondly the chutney was not fit for use. Mint chutney didn't had the aroma of mint at all. Starter was served after the main course was served lastly. The manager offered free when we complained,but we just moved out. Worst restaurant,the high regard for the brand and the quality of food is totally disappointing. Will never ever go there For the price and Branding it's totally useless Don't have 0 star

The service we received was exceptionally slow, and the staff appeared disinterested in attending to our needs. It took an inordinate amount of time for us to receive our orders.. Rude and Inappropriate Behavior: What disturbed me even more was the unprofessional and rude behavior of some of your staff members. I had ordered Palak paneer and chapathi for dinner. Palak paneer smells bad. Maybe stale. Chapathi was hard and half cooked. That's it. Nothing to mention, will never order again as they don't care for hygiene and serve old food for delivery...

Fellow customers, I have been to this restaurant multiple times. Yet have been meet with inconsistency with the flavor of the food and service has quite annoying. Since the food took around 30 or more minutes to be served.

I regret to inform you that my recent visit to your establishment was highly unsatisfactory. My family with pregnant wife & I entered your restaurant and patiently waited for half an hour they take order but by mistake the order not entered so we waited without receiving any food. We attempted to inquire about our order with one of your staff member(SELVA RAJ) but unfortunately, he did not provide any assistance or attention to our concerns. Furthermore, when we requested the bill, it was also significantly delayed by the same staff member named SELVA RAJ resulting in a frustrating and unpleasant experience.really he insulted us. We had hoped for a pleasant dining experience at bharath vasath bavan but the service and overall customer experience fell far short of our expectations. We believe that it is essential for your team to address such issues promptly to maintain a good reputation and retain customers. Any way never ever will go to this restaurant with very bad services .

Best place for vegetarian food

Very good South Indian Veg Restaurant. I love it. Taste, service, and price get the top grade marks.

Ordered a veg biriyani which came as over cooked and it was fulled with carrots only no other veggies.

The food is good. The ambience is okay. Need some improvement in the service as it's bit slow. They have valet parking so no need to worry if unable to find parking in front of the restaurant.

I visited old airport Vasanta Bhavan restaurant first service is worst and half of foods not available. They should mention in there menu what food is available for lunch and dinner. Mostly only dosa available. 3 times I informed staff to remove used bottle from table but they didn't bothered to do. Unprofessional team. So racist they were giving proper service to one community people while ignoring others, Worst experience ever. At least the food they served was good and rest was waste of time.

I had dinner there yesterday... oredered Thali and Chana Bhutura. They offered meal in steel plates... I wonder 🤔 there were mosquitos and beas. No hygiene and cleaning. Nobody checked our Ehteraz or body temperature. Food was tasteless... I will never visit this place again and can't recommend anyone... I wish I could give them 0 rating...

Good place for South indian breakfast. ( they also serve extensive food menu)Just loved their medu vada. Soft yet crispy. Just they add too much black pepper don't know why. They also have mini tiffin, which include an idli, medu vada, small masala dosa , sweet, upma/pongal and tea or coffee under qr 20 ,which is very good for the price. Ghee roast dosa is also good.

Excellent south Indian delicacies. Especially their mini tiffin thali s a hit among masses. Except for a wait for your table everything seems alrite. Although the manager in this place could have behaved better while asking us to wait.
