This
will
be
my
first
time
to
write
a
review.
I
ordered
today
for
delivery.
Upon
placing
an
order,
I
informed
the
staff
that
the
driver
should
bring
500QR
change.
When
the
driver
arrived,
I
noticed
his
look,
he
didn’t
have
any
mask
or
gloves
on,
he
looks
like
he
just
woke
up
and
his
vehicle
is
filthy
dirty.
My
food
was
placed
on
the
floor
of
the
passenger
side
which
I
didn’t
understand
why.
I
talked
to
him
that
it
shouldn’t
be
like
this,
he
should
be
well
groomed
and
his
car
should
also
be
clean
as
he
is
using
it
to
transport
food,
i
might
understand
if
the
food
that
they’re
serving
has
a
proper
packaging
placed
inside
a
thermal
bag
but
it’s
just
inside
the
plastic
bag,
so
I
was
hesitant
to
receive
the
food
due
to
this,
secondly
he
doesn’t
have
change
with
him.
I
gave
him
the
instruction
to
come
back
and
bring
the
change
with
him
however
he
refused
to,
he
let
me
stayed
outside
the
sun
for
a
couple
of
minutes,
to
call
someone
from
the
restaurant,
so
I
couldn’t
take
it
any
longer
because
it
was
so
hot,
I
told
him
that
I
want
to
cancel
the
order….
After
that,
when
I
came
back
inside
my
house,
he
called
me
again
and
asked
me
to
stay
outside
and
wait
for
him
because
he
will
bring
change,
so
I
clearly
said
“No”
because
of
the
heat
that
I
couldn’t
take.
He
then
asked
me,
“you
need
order
or
no????!!!”
I
told
him,
“No”
then
I
called
the
restaurant,
I
talked
to
one
of
the
staff
there
his
name
is
“Ibrahim”
and
I
told
him
my
concern,
about
the
poor
hygiene
and
also
the
driver’s
unprofessionalism
and
how
their
service
sucks.
He
seemed
that
he
really
didn’t
care,
and
arrogant.
To
the
management
of
Bahay
Kubo,
I
would
like
to
inform
you
that
your
branch
in
Al
Aziziyah
doesn’t
know
how
to
handle
customer’s
concern
and
doesn’t
value
customer’s
satisfaction.
Also,
your
food
safety
is
completely
ZERO.
I
do
suggest
that
you
train
your
staff
for
basic
food
safety
and
customer
service.
Don’t
just
hire
staff
just
because
you
need
to.
Monitor
and
evaluate
them
as
you
might
lose
more
customers
due
to
this.
Your
food
might
be
good,
but
I
would
rather
order
from
a
restaurant
who
value
their
customers.
