Probably the worst hotel apartment I have ever stayed in. Staff were great and the location fantastic. But everything else was horrendous. Cockroaches in the kitchen. Toilets constantly blocked. Lift by the garbage shoot so the smell was disgusting. Apartment reeked of smoke. Oven didn’t work in the apartment. Noisy air conditioning. Had clothes washed and item went missing and the T-shirts shrank. Will definitely not recommend.

Not Recommended. I was there only 2 days and i shifted to other hotel. i was in tower 1 building and the whole building under renovation. everywhere white cement smell even in Room also. Rooms are very small, bathrooms are very tiny. if you need shower you need to go inside the bathtub and take shower. there is no much sapce for taking shower separately. no complimentary mineral water in Room, we need to purchase mineral water separately and its costly also. (first time in my life, without complimentry water in hotel room, i was stayed in concorde, holiday inn, movenpick, horizon, crowne plaza, hilton.... etc.. they provide complimentry mineral water ) some reception staffs are not polite with enquiries, they shut the phone immediately before finishing the conversation. wifi - free internet browsing 1mbps only. if you need more speed you need to pay 🤐 that also costly. there is restaurant on 4th floor called "Al thouraya" . good delicious food and staffs are very polite. this is the only positive i found in ezdan hotel tower 1. i dont know about other tower's. for me tower 1 is 👎👎👎

Mediocrity at its finest. The rooms meet the bare minimum. The room itself is quite spacious, but has several other design flaws. The shower is incredibly small. I’m a petite person and struggled to shower. The sink has a weird smell that lingered our entire stay. The washer is tucked away in the corner of the kitchen, but the door to it is blocked by the oven. Service staff was very nice, helpful, and polite in person; however, don’t expect them to answer the phone if you try to call them. Location is the best part of this hotel, only 5 minutes from the metro and in the middle of west bay. There’s a lot that’s walking distance. Hotel also has good amenities. There’s a beautiful pool, gym, spa, and shops all on the 4th floor.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR HOLIDAY Staying here for work because the company booked it. The hotel is dated, lacks any vibes and the toilets smell, so bad it keeps you up at night. It feels like it was built in the 70’s Breakfast is bad Pool area is full of flys The corridors on various floors always have workmen carrying out something. Staff don’t seem to have their own lift so you’ll quite often share the lift with someone carrying black bin bags

Location is good, but hotels are way too big for an average amount of people attending even during the world cup Only choose because other good hotels are fully booked, Maintenance is terrible, dusty hallways, creases, cracked woods, white dust in the corner, doors leading to hallways, very useless Internet is garbage, best time with the internet I had was for 20 minutes when everything I clicked would load in under 10 seconds. Rooms are the only good things, but why would a hotel add a bathtub? rather just be floor and a glass shield covering from water splashes. Makes you not wanna shower in the first place from the weird painted texture of the bathtub. Because of "design", They created a crack in the middle of each tower which separates some rooms with their floors and makes you go to another elevator to go to another hallway Very useless hotel, very confusing for new visitors, overpriced breakfasts which would be better if you just picked food from the market and ate for yourself, cares more about staff than their actual customers. I would barely give this a 2 star.

Very good value hotel, though whole hotel is dated and perhaps has not been refurbed in a long time. Rooms were very dated, although a decent size. Although mine was a non smoking, each time I came back to the room I could smell smoke which could be coming from another room. Mattress for the beds wasn’t great. Staff were great though and good breakfast spread.

This is my second time to visit this place, the first one was a couple of years back. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is quite tiny but that's okay. The building has some different food options around which is realy great. There are 2 small convenient stores as well. The recreational area is superb as well. A huge pool in the center with a couple of courts on the side, a separate gym for gents and ladies and a playground area for the kids.

I visited Ezdan Hotel Spa and it was so good experience. The massage was good, and I recommend requesting the employee named (DUHI or DOHI) if you want to try their massage. My only comment is that the massage rooms are located close to the gym, so the sound of the music reaches inside the massage room, making it difficult to fully relax. However, overall, my experience was so good, and I highly recommend visiting it.

I'm living in nonsmoking junior suite in Ezdan Tower 1 during 6 month. There is no opening windows it is cause of lack of a fresh air and oxygen. Only A/C, but it's not enough and noisy. Whole first week I was spending for cleaning a huge layer of dirty on the floor hoping to make better air quality in the room, it helped a bit. And of course I was setting up a lot of traps for cockroaches. The price is different and depends on season, that's ok. But last month I have annoying problem with smoking neighbours. They are smoking every day, every hour and the smoke comes through the door and A/C into my room. Last week was even fire alarm in the middle of the night from them. I'm making complaint to resorption about it almost every day, but they totally ignore me, just answer me every time the same phrase " your floor is for nonsmoking". I know that that floor is for nonsmoking and i request Ezdan follow their own rules. It makes me very unhappy. The terrible service.

    - Cockroaches everywhere, also in the rooms - friendly staff - mattresses are very hard even for an easy sleeper!! - Rooms are not quite finished - this is part of the renovations but the elevators only work half, dust everywhere and the pool is closed until may 1st

Thats a detailed view of what you will face: I had a resevation as a single month to try the room and then make a yearly contract! Upon arrival the reception attitude was very bad he talked and i didnt understand and at the end he just said “thankyou” which means i had to leave!! He was an indian guy! With no badge!! We shifted to the next girl beside him, her name was Mery!after waiting for around 13 mns she talked to us finally and told us the room was 4800 without room service and 5100 with it, i chose to go for 5100, after waiting she told us sorry wrong on system it is 5600 which was not acceptable at all and we refused, after refering to the phone for couple of minutes she returned to 5100, which is very weird, and gave us the room number to view, after around 30mins waiting in the lobby the bellbiy came and showed us the room! We went back to Mery to pay she took our info and i filled 2 papers and again, i had to wait for around 15 mns to hear that i have to pay 1600 riyal as a deposite which i didnt hear about at all, not at the beging nor when i reserved on the phone!! We were leaving, and i stead of doing any action! Mery and the other nonrespectful guy told us from a distance “ur reservation will be canceled”!!!! Didnt respond and left!!

The hotel is very close to the metro station, it looks nice from the outside, the shower pressure is good and they provide slippers. This is where the pluses end. On the minuses side: the rooms probably haven't been upgraded since the early 90s, the bathroom is dingy with wallpaper peeling off, there was water coming into the bathroom through the floor drain, and the in-room phone is nothing more than a decoration. If I had to use one word to sum it up, that word would be "depressive".

Worst service ever , slow to respond , in addition to the rooms . I had to start a problem to have my room changed from tower 4 to tower 1 into a renovated room that should be deep cleaned . Unfortunately i had to sanitize it myself .House keeping below one star , i had to return the boiler today because it was dirty with insects and surprisingly nobody called to apologise . A serious problem of hygiene in this hotel besides the service . Also a weird policy of cleaning once a week you have to ask on & on to have the room cleaned if additional they charge money for what they call an apartment room that is empty of any tool that can make the space feasible as an apartment room . They expect you to buy your water , soap , slippers on your way from the airport . Below one star for Ezdan

This might have been a nice hotel, once. But it certainly isn’t now. It is incredibly run down inside, filthy dirty in the common areas, and the service is very, very poor. We paid a lot of money for the hotel after needing to extend our stay on a busy weekend - something that the hotel clearly hadn’t prepared for, considering it took more than TWO HOURS to queue for check in. When we did enter the hotel, we discovered that the common areas are incredibly run down and dirty. Our room wasn’t terrible, but the whole experience was ruined by the filth elevators, corridors and carpark.

Me and my brother stayed for 3 nights. It is a 5-10mins walk from West bay metro station. The room was so big and bed was big too! It was clean enough but there were dusts on the tv stand, toilet was clean. The view was nice especially at night. One thing about the bed was it was too high and it kept bouncing when we are trying to move from sleeping. Also the water kettle was rusty and dirty, we requested a new one but they still gave a dirty one, so we didn’t use it anyway. Though kudos for the housekeeping staffs on duty because they come fast whenever we have a request. Amenities Could be better because it’s quite expensive but staff were all helpful.

Horrible experience and I’ve only been there for 2 days now! Solo female travellers and business travellers, you do NOT want to stay here. Ridiculous policies that are super inconvenient especially for those staying longer than 3-7 days. Staff were very unhelpful including the manager! Was suppose to extend my stay but decided to cancel as it’s not worth the hassle. As for the room, no kettle meaning no coffee, windows are completely shut, lighting is very low and inconvenient (they have lamps everywhere that need to be manually switched off and on, reception takes forever to reply, room service menu is ridiculously priced, only 2 lifts working so good luck going up and down daily, corridors smell bad, my room was “cleaned before my arrival” however towels had hair on them, bed sheet as well and good luck getting your orders daily as they’re no allowed to come up to your room even though it’s literally a hotel apartment! Super disappointed. Convenient area but wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy especially with all the other great hotels around them.

They need to work a lot on customer service. Internet inside hotel is very bad and slow, if you ask them they will tell you to buy a paid internet from the hotel itself. One last thing, after I checked in, the receptionist told me not to bring female friends up to the room. This is very unprofessional as if we are here in the hotel for pumping or bringing night girls. If it’s policy make a sign of it but don’t offense people by your statement.

Facilities are ok. Apartment housekeeping consist only on bedsheets and towels change, they don’t really clean up the room. It is SO DISGUSTING that people SMOKE INSIDE THE APARTMENTS, almost every day I’ve the cigarette smell inside my apartment which also causes me cough because I’m allergic. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel if you are a non smoker person.

I stayed here for a couple of days. Rooms are average , cleanliness is ok. The bed is the worst. I feel back pain whenever I sleep on the bed in that hotel. Very worst customer service. Not even water bottles provided to customers. They are charging money and they cannot even provide a water bottle worth 1 QAR. Worst hotel I have stayed at. Even the 1star basic hotel provides good hospitality to customers. This is one of the worst hotels to stay.

I really want to ask people after World cup not to support this property what they are doing with loyal regular customer is awful all professional hotels kept like 2 floors for regular customers instead here they are making them paying double the original price 11000 for a standard room which doesn’t worth 3000 even ceiling are falling after renovations no good housekeeping but we stay here only because it’s in center and close to work plus because we’re lazy to move after 6 years but after this treatment we are definitely not going back after fifa hundred of other hotels and towers which are much better in term of quality and service will drop their prices so better move there And people coming for fifa if you want bad service and people who doesn’t answer you ,bad cleanliness..elevator which always under maintenance even gym under maintenance come stay in it

I had gone to see the room because I wanted to book it for Thursday and I asked the man on reception to show me the room that I had seen on booking. Com but he didn’t have any idea about the measurements and details at all and was very rude and loud and was trying to just supress my questions I didn’t like his attitude so I cancelled my booking but your hotel is great and location is great and ambience too but if you keep such hostile and unfriendly staff no one will like to stay there.

I stayed at this hotel for a duration of 5-6 months, and I regret to say that I can not recommend it. Unless you find yourself in desperate need of accommodation, I would advise against considering this establishment. One of the main issues I encountered was the malfunctioning air conditioning system. While it did condition the air, the inability to adjust the settings resulted in uncomfortably cold room temperatures. The overall cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, despite our efforts to clean them ourselves. Even after thorough cleaning, the floors remained noticeably dirty. On a positive note, I must acknowledge the exceptional customer service provided by the poolside staff and a courteous Moroccan gentleman at the reception. However, as someone working in business management, I found this hotel lacking in several aspects. The staff's professionalism and manners were particularly disappointing. I had multiple unpleasant encounters with the Egyptian male workers, who consistently displayed a condescending attitude and failed to engage in pleasant conversations. The gym facilities were shared by both genders, with a minimum age requirement of 15 years old. The pool area was accessible to all guests, with separate sections designated for children. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi had been under construction for a prolonged period of six months. The supermarket on the fourth floor was a dismal and gloomy space, lacking appeal and ambience. On a more positive note, the basketball courts were vibrant and enjoyable. The room I occupied featured two refrigerators, one large and one specifically designated for vegetables, both of which functioned without issues. Although some of the cabinets were already damaged, they were arranged in a manner that made them appear intact. The food served at the swimming pool was satisfactory, surpassing average expectations. However, given my overall experience, I have no intentions of returning to this hotel in the future. It is imperative that the management address the lack of professionalism among their staff. It appears that the staff not only disregard the rules of the hotel but also lack respect for the upper management. It is disheartening to witness such poor service from the very first day until the end of my stay. In conclusion, I urge the management of this establishment to reflect on their treatment of customers. Remember, we are all accountable for our actions, and it is essential to provide exemplary service with respect and integrity. I must express my disappointment with the overall experience and sincerely hope that improvements are made to rectify the existing issues.

Good hotel with good price. Room was little bit dusty. Food at Al Thouraya Restaurant was good. Comment: The tv was very old. The internet does not work well. NOISE 24/7 Currently under construction. They have various categories of rooms that meets your budget. Also they have special packages for long term stay. Much to improve.

Honestly the worst hotel experience I had for a very long time. After being dropped off at the wrong tower (since no direction was given where the reception is based), and having to wait for more than 20 minutes for the receptionist to finish her certainly very important phone call, I was led to my room which was pretty OK. That was until I came out of my shower only to realise that they hadn't bothered to provide towels. Since my telephonic request to bring those remained unheard, I walked to reception an hour later, spoke to a Manager I met on the floor and returned to my room. @ The next minute, my room door flies open and a staff member stands in front of me staring into the bath room, no knocking, no ringing the bell, just entered. And my apologies to the young man since I didn't welcome him as friendly as I maybe should have - but at least towels arrived, a bit later. Now relatively refreshed, I went out for a walk and to have some lunch, and came back to a room without any electricity. No power, at all. That, tipped it and I left this place and promise I will never return. Did I mention that the pool is under maintenance?

Terrible housekeeping, dirty everywhere (they blame construction work though it’s not on every floor), cockroaches, terrible bathrooms that are poorly laid out. But if u want reasonable priced units in this part of town u have to put up with this. Pros - good supermarket for day to day needs, restaurants, coffee shops, proximity to metro stations and a mall.

I stayed one day in September. I’m giving two starts because the room was clean, otherwise: 1- the swimming pool is full all the time. 2- the room service doesn’t answer. 3- the staff is reception is very rude especially the Moroccan lady, she was very rude to one GCC lady who apparently forgot her bag in the room when went to check-out. 4-the reception again was very slow at both check-in & out. 5- if you wake up early, all the premises are closed. 6-The tv was very old & small. 7- wifi was from the 90s’. 8- reading people’s reviews made me realize that the hotel doesn’t even bother themselves stp write a personalized comments, the just copy paste the same apology for 99% of unhappy customers.

Badly administered hotel!!! If you call room service don't be surprised that you can wait on the line very very .... long time. It seems that landline phone is in the tower 1 and operator runs from tower 3 to pick up the phone. Laundry is another story. Within two days in the evening even don't try to call them. Do you know why because nobody pick up the phone. In the evening works only ONE employee (he told himself) who serves four towers.

*****Important to take into account: I am a spanish girl who was followed by a guy who stayed at Ezdan for Eid holidays until my studio and I needed to run away asking for help. Security people took action quickly and they were willing to help but managers didn’t pay enough attention to this dangerous situation which made me feel so anxious during the next days. I needed to send an email to the general manager of the ezdan hotels to tell him the happening and make a complain about the managers who worked at ezdan hotel west bay. The compensation for the shock was 2 breakfast for free and housekeeping for free one month if I decide to extend. -The studio itself is acceptable. You will have everything you need. I cannot complain because the mattress is very good and kitchen are totally well-equipped. The toilet as well. Studio by itself and furniture are completed and good quality. (A bit old) -The cleanliness is awful. Forget this concept. -The internet does not work well every day so I need to use my data. -NOISE 24/7 from construction (24h) and from neighbors with conversations, chairs, TVs, and so on. -You need to call the staff several times so that they get things done properly... The good point is that if you need to book something month by month here you can do it although you are paying for a normal studio the price of the master one. To sum up: The best thing I found here was Ms. Shake a deputy manager who gives an answer to all my complains and solves it out. The security team are friendly and very helpful, as well. Honestly, I would never recommend this accommodation to anyone for long term. It is EXPENSIVE so that it is offering to the guests definitely...but for short term is very comfortable, cheaper than the average, and you will be close to everything. Besides, around the hotel you have everything you can ask for.

Poor experience overall. The hotel is poorly maintained and dirty (pictures tell it all), it even looks like an old abandon hospital. The halls don't have carpeting so you can hear everyone walking around, whether they're wearing heels or slippers. My room overlooked the pool and terrace area and people were very loud, and again everything can be heard (sound insulation is pretty bad). Service is horrible. It takes ages for the operator to answer (if they do at all), while reception never answer, and I tried many times. Upon check out, they have to send someone to check the room while you're waiting at the lobby, so make sure to factor this in to your check out time. Positives: - the location, and the fact that you have a pharmacy and a supermarket just under the building... - Bed is comfortable enough - Room is spacious

Great location.good service from employees. Great restaurant at 4th floor that shows live football matches. But the gym timings are not suitable why not keep it 24hrs or at least close it for 2hrs for sanitation. Some of us need it a little late after a long day.

Our stay at Ezdan Hotel Doha from December 30th to January 3rd was a mix of initial disappointment and eventual satisfaction. We had booked a hotel apartment with a sofa, eagerly anticipating a cozy New Year's celebration. However, upon arriving at Tower 4, the hallway's aging appearance and somewhat spooky atmosphere caught us off guard. Upon entering our assigned room, an unexpected sense of eeriness made it feel almost haunted, leaving us questioning if a restful night was possible. Just as our concerns were growing, the phone rang after a mere five minutes – it was Ms. Rose from the reception. She was checking in to ensure our satisfaction with the room. Expressing our concerns, we candidly shared our discomfort. In a commendable display of customer service, Ms. Rose quickly offered us an alternative room, even though it wasn't an apartment. Faced with limited choices, we decided to take the offer. To our surprise, the new room proved to be quite comfortable, providing a much-needed sanctuary for a good night's sleep. Our gratitude extends to Ms. Rose, whose swift responsiveness and genuine concern transformed what could have been a less-than-pleasant experience into a positive one. Her assistance turned a moment of uncertainty into a testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Despite the initial hiccup, we left Ezdan Hotel Doha with appreciation for the dedicated staff, particularly Ms. Rose, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment during our stay.

Great location in the west bay. Great public transportation and enough parking lots. Feel open to ask help from the hotel and they will help. Good public amenities.

The place is amazing, the location is golden near everywhere and metro stations. The check-in was fast. I had to extend 3 days and "Shahid" from Tower 1 was working my tower front desk. The guy is just bundle of friendness and professionalism. He is amazing. You want anything Shahid is your guy. Thank you "Shahid" for all the support. All the staff I met were great, from housekeeping to bellboys and security.

Everything is good. the only point they need to be transparent about the pricing and the deals. everyone there has different prices and deals although we all get the same service.

The worse hotel and stuff. They gave us the wrong room and the manager wouldn't even talk to us and sort it out. They gave our room to someone else and telling us to upgrade and pay another 4000 riyal. That's their solution for messing up our booking. Will never come back and don't recommend this place at all.

Absolutely horrible all world cup visitors avoid the DISAPPOINTMENT. Restaurants afternoon and evening manager rude and discriminates against working class people from other countries wouldn't hurt anybody to put a smile on from time to time. Metro mart employees also have a unacceptable attitude towards their customers will never spend a cent there further.

Hotel is on-going renovation. Expect areas that are being renovated. Some rooms are old thus really need to be renovated. Pool area is great, large pool.

Bad experience!!! Not recommend in vacation time. Bad organized. Receptionist not professional and making problems. No hospitality. No places for setting on swimming pool. It’s good as a residence not as a hotel

The room view was amazing but the swimming pool were small and outdoor and the hotel design with glass windows reflect the sun rays directly on the pool surface which mean that you will surely have headache and sun burns after that theres no private pools also the smell outside and inside the rooms is horrible it smells like garlic or even karri

Conveniently located in Westbay, close to the Metro Station, and a short walk to the Corniche. The staff are professional and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing and there are plenty of activities for the family.

2 days into their studio. Maybe too early to form an opinion but the experience has not been great other than that with the quality of communication with the sales guy and the humble Bell-boy that left my luggage in the room. An over hyped, under delivery situation.

The deluxe room barely equals a standard average room in USA, no ketler to boil water no coffee maker, small 25 inch old tv from year 2000 or so. Dark hallways. Nice view from 11 floor. Cheap option close to metro and business area.

One of the largest hotels in Qatar. The hospitality is really awesome. They have various categories of rooms that meets your budget. Also they have special packages for long term stat. It is situated in the prime location and you can commute to any location at ease. There is also a small Bakkala inside the building where in you can grab essentials snacks, cigarettes etc

Decent Stay with Good Amenities a very reasonable Price for all they provide. Excellent Pool🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️. They have both a main pool which goes upto a depth of 6ft at the center and also a kids pool. Although i wished that they could use the temperature control in the main pool like how they have done for the kids pool. The Continental Breakfast variety is Great and the Food will never Disappoint you. Felt that the staff needs more coordination and needs to be more enthusiastic while welcoming guests to get the full experience for customers. They fulfil their duties tho... no complaints there. Although, when we were assigned rooms, one of them had Cigarette smoking smell which should have been taken care of before assigning the rooms. That just gave off bad first impressions of the room but the room service sprayed Air freshners upon our reporting of this :) Also would be great if the Check-in procedures were much easier . Took nearly 30mins to checkin for 3 rooms as we were a group of 6 adults and 3 children. The Sea side view is neat as you get both the Sea and City in one frame.🏙🌅🏖🌃 If you want a quiet and relaxing staycation it Ezdan hotel is a good Recommendation from my part.⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had been living in ezdan towers since 2019. They have nice gym, biggest water pool on rooftop in Qatar, sauna, steam bath, grocery marts and many restaurants. In walking distance access. Rooms are not that great rest everything is fine. Highly recommended.

Good hotel with good price in the middle of Doha. The rooms have best view towards the Kornish and the other towers. The rooms are comfy. I didn't like their breakfast as the have limited varieties. The lobby is little bit old. We had difficulties in indoor parking and security officer of the parking was rude to us. Apparently it is not enough to show him the hotel card, and we have to get special permission from the reception. We ended up parking outside all the time.

Ezdan Hotels 🏨 is wonderful. I stayed there for one full year. Rooms are wide enough. Service is absolutely good. The hotel has two swimming pools: one for adults and one for kids. The gym 🏋️‍♂️ is good. Location of Ezdan Hotel is more than astonishing. It is located in Dafna area, very near to City Center Mall, Corniche and various restaurants and shops. Ground floor has different shops, pharmacy and restaurants as well

  • 2/5 O. A. 1 year ago on Google
The Location is great and the hotel is surrounded by restaurant's and supermarkets there is pharmacy as well. However, I think they have shortage of staff and after you get the key they let you to go on adventure trip between 4 giant buildings to find your room by yourself without anyone to escort you. The reception people at tower 4 they where helpful and polite.

Stayed here for 2 month long term stay and really enjoyed my time there. its very conviniently located with many shops in the first floor of the comolex such as a supermarket, hairdresser, starbucka Baskin n Robbin some excellente reataurent including a Libamese restaurent did i really liked ans also a Papa Jones Pizza. The is a small deli outlet in the hotel s first floor that offert good coffee and food items to go such as croissants and sandwiches, they also offer some middle easterns combos with rice a a variety of curries and other protein dishes. 4th floor as a very descent convenient store where you can find pretty mucj anything tou woild expect from a convenient store and some. There is a very nice outdoor pool area on the 4th floor whith refreshments and casual dinning menu. Quality of food is quite nice there and the service also very good. I was there dyring a promotion for the summer so the monthly room fee was only 4000QR which I think was a very good value for the overall experience. Definitely recommend this place. Also worth mentioing it is a few minutes walking distance fro. West Bay metro station and a 5 minute uber ride from the imlressive city center mall.

Good points : - Location - Facilities To improve: - Old building and decoration - Internet speed - lifts Bonus : I extended my stay for some more days. I payed for the agreed price. But for some reason, few days Later I had to pay extra charge due a to mistake from someone at the front desk. I didn’t have any choice. My advice: make sure they communicate and you pay the definitive price ;)

Hotel was crowded due to Fifa. Room as such was not maintained clean. However the room did have all the facilities - it had mini kitchen along with washer and dryer. Overall an okay place. Plus point - place was walking distance from Metro and decent eateries and Marts around.

Standard king room doesn't have a microwave and the bathroom layout is very small and the standing shower doesn't have a full sliding glass. Would help if more channels are in English. Had one in French which was good. Breakfast was not included. Rip off during the World Cup tournament.

It's OK but not the best. My coffee machine and washing machine needed replacing, but the apartment was very big and the staff are friendly. However it's too much to expect that the back room maintenance staff will care much, why would they?

The worst! I do not know from where to start, but i am currently having the worst experience with Ezdan. I am staying as a resident here, taking the monthly packages- long stay. Last night i requested the hotel to change the room, since i am having difficulties to sleep cause my neighbours have kid and this kid has been crying all night long! I do understand. But i am at a hotel , the question is : “why i am hearing the noises of my neighbours ?” “What kinda wall we do have here ? “ . straight to point after i requested to change the room and i got a confirmation that there is a room available and they'll move me out but they've been waiting for a confirmation. So i went to pack my stuff. After two hours, i went back to the reception to follow up and they informed me that the room is not available since its booked already ! How come i requested for it two hours before and they said it was available and now you rented it out ? All what i can say , mal management. And in addition to that, they are not clean at all and expensive for low quality hotel !
