    Only have one word to describe this hotel “ terrible”. terrible as in every aspect. 1. Took 50 mins to check in, as their system has messed up our booking record, and the receptionist has no idea now to correct it. 2. The room has nothing Bentley about it. 3. The shower need to be turn on for 20 mins before the water is warm enough to take a shower. 4. For two occupants in a one bedroom apartment, only “ONE” large bathroom towel is provide “ also no new towel is replaced unless given a call to front desk” 5. The catering menu has very small choices, and ordered 2 set of dinner, only one set of fork and kneift was provided(multiple times) 6. Staff keep on trying to come into the room even Do Not disturb sign was set on, and no one clean our room when please clean room sign was on and personally told the room service staff our room is ready for clean. 7. The television freezes every 3 or so min for a second, making watch a World Cup game is very frustrating. Never have been stayed in a hotel with such a horrible hardware and software arrangement, service attitude is near to none, staff extremely poorly trained .

    Update after our Quarantine stay from August 19 – 21, 2021: In light of the several negative reviews being posted on Google and other social media channels about Bentley, I was at first apprehensive about what to expect since many are quick to post negative comments (while waiting in the lobby itself) and put down the efforts of all the staff that are serving 100’s of guests in a fully booked hotel. We are a family with a 6 year old kid and chose the Bentley Luxury Hotel & Suites for our 2 day quarantine stay. So, here are the facts – the rooms were very clean, hygienic and spacious. We had the privilege of having met Mr. Raj, who was a very helpful person and provided us great assistance, whenever required. Checking in to our room from the time we arrived at the hotel at 7 am took 10 (ten) minutes. Breakfast was delivered shortly thereafter in packed boxes. During the duration of my family’s stay, the quality of the meals that we received were between average to good and it arrived around the expected time mostly. Every single meal was freshly prepared, the green salads were still crisp and while there are individual differences in taste perception, do not expect five star food quality. There was the occasional delay in reaching room service but they were quick to provide the required assistance. We did not experience any of the unpleasant situations mentioned in other reviews and it was a very comfortable one bedroom suite with all functional amenities. The RT-PCR test was done by the medical staff and there is no need to call the reception and remind them to send the medical staff. The medical staff are given a list of all the 300+ guests that need to be tested on each day and they shall visit your room between 11 am – 6 pm and the results will be made ready by next day afternoon. One needs to keep in mind that a quarantine stay is different from an otherwise hotel staycation and the level of quarantine service is going to be different and limited. Due to the ongoing pandemic, vacation travel needs to be re-considered and abiding by Qatar’s quarantine protocol measures is more important than expecting the full level of services from any hotel during this time.

    To begin, this hotel’s layout, design, and building is fabulous. I was here for the World Cup 2022. However, the small details need improvement. The rooms provide one towel which is not enough. The water takes about 15min to heat up. Not only that, when you shower, the water comes out the shower creating a big water mess. The tv wasn’t even working. The service here is okay, seems like they do not have the corresponding training for this “Bentley” hotel. Waiters and employees have absolutely no idea of what they are doing. I got room service food and asked for a bottle of sparking water. The waiter did not even bring a bottle opener, instead she opened the bottle with a spoon. I was sitting in the lounge with my family, and three different people asked me for my room number for no reason. There are barely any good places in here to eat. My family and I had to leave the hotel to eat breakfast In another hotel because breakfast here was so limited and not good.

    I will divide my comments into 4 parts , so it will be clear: 1- Staff were professional and it was at the level of luxury hotel, entrance lobby lounge was perfectly designed and all furniture used were branded as Bentley. 2- In regards to the breakfast, the hotel didn’t have buffet and our breakfast was served in the room. Noting that the taste of breakfast was acceptable. However, if it so called luxury hotel, they must provide a nice 5 star luxury breakfast buffet in a restaurant. 3- In regards to the swimming pool, it was under maintenance during our swimming time , the canopy above the swimming pool , in which it didn’t bother the guests from swimming but it was not pleasant. Maintenance must be beyond swimming pool operational timings. And there was no available life guard, considering that the depth of the swimming was exceeding 1.5m (refer to the video provided). 4- In regards to the hotel rooms. No hangers provided in any closet, and there were several damages to the wall marble cladding (toilet and bath-tub) (refer to the picture provided) . As a summary this hotel which was named as luxury, I would not consider as luxury , due to the several errors. It was obvious that after construction, the operator did not take into consideration of the maintenance team and taking care of every single damages occurred in every single room.

    1- I arrived to the hotel at 11:00 pm and the rooms were not ready and the staff couldn’t take any action except asking me to wait for the manager who will come tomorrow morning 2- you can open any room door by pushing it. (It doesn’t lock) 3- the AC is directly above the bed and when you put it on low the humidity is very high in the room 4- The TV starts by itself and the lights switch on and off by itself 5- They ask for deposit while their minibar is empty 6- The dont have valet parking while this is a five star hotel 7- rooms aren’t sound proof 8- not recommended at all for families at all because its full of night ladies

    One of the most beautiful hotels I've been too. Rooms are specious and luxurious. The staff are very nice and helpful.Great everything, location you go to the mall is easy and very nice place and if you need to use your car to get to the mall it takes about 3 minutes. Great and professional hotels treat you right and they make sure you are happy The receptionists and Ms. Luz great professional staff. The location and facilities and quietness for the price. That's all what make me Love this hotel and we will stay on it every if we will visit Qatar.

    I’m at this hotel now during the world cup, this was the worst experience i ever had in my life! They don’t change the towels, the soap, the cleaning is horrible and the food is the worst thing i’ve ever eat! If you will come to Doha, don’t ger hosted here! The people that work here pretended that don’t understand me when i ask something! They are not prepared to hosted people! And they sell this hotel like a 5 stars, then it’s even 1 star!

    Our plan was to stay at an economy level hotel during our 3 days stay in Doha. But the accommodation agency site of fifa did not accept any credit cards! We tried with 7 different credit cards .... So we requested a 24 hrs entry permit for our Hayya card. After we arrived in the airport, the visa check officers and Hayya information section agents told us that we can walk into any of the approved hotels (approved under accommodation agencies of Fifa) and get a reservation in order to stay more than 24 hours. So I started calling the hotels that I had in mind, and I came to the conclusion that the prices on the Fifa accommodation agency website was wrong! The prices were much higher when I asked for the rates for 3 nights !!!! (That's why the visa card payment was not going through, the price was wrong in the website) After comparing prices I found the Bentley Luxury Hotel, and realized it is offering luxury services for the same price of an economy hotel!!! We arrived around 5 a.m in the morning at Bentley Hotel. Mr. Hassan helped us with everything He even got us a 50% discount for the first day because we had less than 7 hours remaining for our 1st day The service, lobby, staff, rooms were all excellent 💯 We did not eat at the hotel since our trip was so fast paced So I have no comments about that.

    Everything was great during our stay. Basic kitchen stuff are provided and some can be requested if available. The gym is perfect and very spacious! Their pool is 180cm deep which made our swimming experience more enjoyable. Mr Mac and Ms Luz of frontdesk were very helpful too. We’d love to stay there again.

    I'm currently residing at Bentley Luxury Hotel and Suites (Long Stay). I can recommend Bentley to anybody who wants to get value for their money. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

    Worst fivestar hotell ive been to, maybe even worst hotell ive been to, atleast regarding their service. Ive had my Room cleaned one time in 6 days. And thats at 3 a.m after constantly asking them to clean it all week. And they had me waiting in the lobby while they clean it and has no answer when i ask them if its done now and if they even started. Not a proffesional hotel at all, atleast the facility is ok.

    The rooms are nice and spacious but I will not recommend the hotel for the quarantine. There are two tv’s in the room but with only few local channels when complained they say …. Oh it is known issue and our IT team is not able to fix it. How one can pass time during two days quarantine. On top, internet is working on and off. The food provided is not enough for one person so be ready to look at walls and windows for two days, if you choose to quarantine here. Disappointed

    Its more than a standard room in my opinion 5 star hotel indeed! I'm very pleased with the welcoming staffs specially to Mam Luz in the reception area and Adil, and all other staff that politely assist every inquiry and serves very well. Thank you so much for keeping the experience amazing ❤️

    The stay at the Bentle luxury hotel for two days was really awesome. The ambience was really calm and warming. The unit provided were neat and tidy with all amenities. I really enjoyed the stay and 100 percent satisfied with their service. The food provided were tasty and provided in time.Thank you.

    Be in mind this review is based on me and my families 2 day stay because of quarantine. Service: the service was fantastic, everyone was polite and made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in. Especially Muhammad islar ( I hope I spelt it right ) he showed us around the room quick and efficiently. The staff are amazing and should get more praise then they get. Overall 5/5 Accommodation : the room we stayed in was a two bed room three bathroom living/kitchen area. It was spacious and clean. Couldn’t have asked for more. Overall 5/5 Food: now the quarantine food was a hit or miss. Some days it was fantastic like chicken fajitas with some Caesar salad. Then it’s 2 boiled eggs with some bread. Overall 3/5 still quite poor Location: the Bentley is a couple of minutes away from the main city by car and there are many restaurants surrounding the hotel. Overall 5/5

    From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was received with warmth and kindness. I was asked how my journey was and was engaged in a conversation that made me feel at home. The service was quick and all the stuff were very helpful and professional, security, reception and hotel managers. I was particularly impressed with a gentleman named Hassan who assisted me to my room and advised me on its whereabouts in case of anything I needed. The suite was well lit, clean and very beautiful with a breathtaking view of the Arab architecture right outside my bedroom and living room window. I will definitely recommend this for anyone as I’ll also book this place once I travel back to Qatar!!

    Excellent ambience in the main lobby! The hotel is just as impressing from the inside as it is from the outside. The front desk staff was friendly and quick with my reservation, allowing me to rest from my trip in a very short time. The rooms are clean, furnished with elegant furniture and spacious. Looking forward to coming here next time!

    They had a spacious and nice room actually but needs big improvement when it comes to service. It took them long time to check-in the guests although there were few guests waiting and some others fall asleep already but you will not find sense of URGENCY from the staff specially Ms Glaiza who’s moving as if no guests are waiting. When we arrived she claimed that the room not yet sanitize and claiming we arrived early though we booked for Nov 15 and we arrived to hotel at Nov 16 early morning for quarantine. There is no system. Ok The same thing when we go out, nobody picking up the phone to the reception and even though they confirmed to send staff to assists for luggage nobody came and we end up pushing our own luggage, there were other guests already shouting claiming they wait more than an hour. Not recommendable to stay at all!!!!!

    One of my best stays in Doha for quarantine. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Ambience was good. Staff was great. Food could have been better. But still it was OK comparing to other quarantine facilities. Highly recommended for family quarantine.

    Stayed here for 2 days quarantine. The property is very good with spacious and well maintained rooms but the service is very very poor. During quarantine you are inside the room and there is no way you can contact the staff if you need any help. You make 50 calls - if you are lucky somebody will pick-up once. They says hotel is very busy, that the reason they are unable to handle guest calls. We reached the hotel at 11:30 but we had to wait 4 hours in the lobby for the check-in. Lobby was full with tired sleeping guests and crying children. Hotel has poor coordination with Medical team to organize discharge after quarantine. They blame each other for the delay in getting the discharge certificate and poor guests are taking the pain. The water supply in our toilets stopped and we had a very hard time to inform the hotel about it. After several un-attended calls, finally I was lucky enough to speak to a receptionist to whom I informed that we were stuck in toilet due to no water. Nothing happened for an hour. Made several calling attempts again, and later one receptionist was kind enough to inform the maintenance team about it. 2 hours later I received a pack of water bottle because the complaint was "No water in the room" :) Food is way below average ( Note you have already paid for a "5 star" food ). The attitude of room service team while attending calls is awful. They think that they are doing a favour by providing food to us. Food never comes on-time ! You need to follow-up with them to get your food. My advice if any family has already booked this hotel is that, bring enough food for kids and store it in their refrigerator. Also bring tea bags and sugar. It is really hard to get in touch with the reception team if you need any supplies. Talabat and other online food deliveries will deliver food here, and is a life saver.

    It was a great quarantine experience in The Bentley Luxury Hotel, their service is very nice and fast. Best thing was their fully equipped kitchen. I really enjoyed staying in there. I specifically Thank Mr. Mohammad Islam the front office staff for his excellent behaviour and assistance. I really thank The Bentley Hotel for making my quarantine easy and comfortable.

    Nice property Nice food even though less options available but good quality. Good services from the entire staff but special thanks to Mr Emman in their Front Desk. His services was excellent and upto the mark. He is an asset to this company bcos in hospitality services you need staff like him. He was very much kind, cooperative, informative and professional in all his services. I was in quarantine in this hotel and their was some delay in my reports which was quite frustrating but bcos of Mr Emman I really felt hopeful and he was quite coperative. All the best for your future Mr Emman ❤️👍 Rise n Shine
