No one answers the telephone. Why include a number if no one will answer the phone? I KNOW there are staff available people stand around in clumps NOT helping customers. Except for Joanne in Occasion wear who is extremely attentive and helpful. ANSWER YOUR PHONE PLEEEEEASE!!!

I had one of the worst experience today in debenhams, I walk in the store and headed to the perfume section. As I was approaching the section there was one Filipino lady wearing glasses I said hi she ignored me and left, so I tried to look through to see if I can find what I was looking for, I decided to go to another section where I could see someone to ask for help, on that side there was a guy with dyed brown/Gold hair. This guy made eye contact I was about to approach him he literaly left and went to another side, it was not even busy at that time all the staff were just standing. So since I realized no one was bothering to help I started looking around hoping to find what I was looking for, but then there was this lovely lady Carol she approached me said hi and asked if I would like some help, and she helped me find what I was looking for 😊. All I would like to say Debenham staff please don't discriminate customer, just because some of us are not Arab doesn't mean we are not customers. We should all be treated equally! And btw before I left the store I noticed those two other stuff every time they would see an Arabic customer they would run to offer help. I was there around 2:30pm -3:30pm

the best place to shop... staffs are very friendly... and accomodating 5 star customer service... and very organised... well i must say... you guys must visit this shop... wide variety of cosmetics and fahion... it's a three storey department store inside Doha festival city... designer brands are available inside and they have home products as well not too wide collections of home products but quality wise... i am rating it 10... i love the window of the store as it on point wheen comes to fashion... 5 star rating...

Very very friendly staff. I dropped coffee on the floor and on the clothes; surprisingly, they didn’t even let us pay for the clothes or treat us in a mean way. Love it!

So displeased with the experience today. I walked into the store looking to purchase high end beauty products. The women/staff who work in this department are just so bad at communicating. They can’t listen to a customer long enough to understand their needs. It is highly disappointing since this is a top end mall and customers no matter what nationality or skin tone should all be treated the same. Needless to say I will spend my money elsewhere at stores with more professional staff.

I visited this store I found big Tag 200 riyal of jacket then I took it after I went to cash counter to pay bill they scan the jacket price is 380 riyal I asked with staffs they told me price is starting from 200 riyal but there was no items from 200 riyal however, I liked the jacket I paid 380 riyal once I reached I home I checked the price tag there is 3 layer of the tag the original price of jacket was 450 riyal and they put tag price is 640 and with discount 380 riyal this is the biggest scam I would like to suggest to to buy any winter during sales per motion

Great store in 3 floors with great assortment of lifestyle products. I love the store except for the chasing of sales staff at the perfume section.
