Beautiful, elegant restaurant and ice cream parlor. We got an ice cream and sat by the perimeter wall at the chairs and tables set up. We got the saffron and mango ice cream they were good. I went back to get more and there was a line waiting for tables to dine inside. I told the lady at the counter we don't need a table since we are sitting at the perimeter tables , my travel companion was still there finishing up the ice cream. She told us we have to stand in line and dine inside. She was kind of rude and made no sense since we were already sitting down. We skipped seconds and went to explore other places.

One of the best places to eat within Hamad International Airport. Easy to locate. Ample seating arrangement. Elegant decor and excellent quality chinaware for an airport restaurant. Staff are courteous and helpful. Menu is well thought and portions are sumptuous. Pricing is on the higher end of spectrum and this can be expected for the Harrods brand and quality. Had a full Harrods English Breakfast it was one the best airport breakfast I've had. The strainer, golden spoons and nice cups provided with English breakfast tea is a classy touch. Excellent selection of pastries. Can get crowded during morning hours. You can book a slot with the hostess to avoid waiting. Highly recommended.

Usually I don’t spend time on negative reviews. This is an exception to warn customers and/ or allow management to improve service. It took 10 minutes to take an order, 10 minutes I witnessed staff having funny conversations with each other. Than another 20 minutes to make a sandwich. Place was half empty btw. The side order didn’t arrive : “ forgot”. The pastrami sandwich was hard as a rock. No clue what they did with that. Toast it, getting cold and serving again? Positive: you sit quietly, enough space. Everything clean. The fruit juice was nice. No comment on the price: we do all know that airport services carry another price tag. Too easy to blame immigrant staff. It is a management issue.

This is one of the best place to eat at Hamad Int. Airport. The environment is so cozy and elegant, the food serving dishes, pots and cups are super nice. Especially the golden tea pot, golden bread basket and small golden sieve are very elegant! Their bread is tasty and the shakshuka I tried was good. Loved the English rose wedding tea! My stay at the airport became brighter for the nice experience here! Highly recommend!

Desserts was very tasty and rich in flavour... Ice cream was nice too. I like the signature Harrods dessert and, the sea salt caramel chocolate cake is a must try. Tea was nice like any other tea you can get at good cafes and hotels. Pleasant ambience.... The place is a bit pricey but what can you expect, it's Harrods and at an airport! Overall all the desserts was tasty and flavourful and it was an enjoyable way to kill time at the Doha airport! Price :QR60 per dessert Portion : Small Taste : Amazing

Nice place, clean, well organised seating, variety of choices, good menu choices, nice ambiance with all the fresh plants inside restaurant premises. Food was properly prepared, good service and staff was courteous. It was a good experience, and worth another visit.

Although the outer layer of the toast for the Norwegian smoked salmon was quite hard, the inside of the toast made up for it, because it was soft and seasoned well. The salmon was fresh and tasty because of the cream the chefs spread around the toast. The decor was sophisticated and felt very luxurious but also comfy. Although the portions was small the lasagna was delish.

I have been coming to this airport since 2014, and I don't remember ever having a good food experience (in restaurants and 3 different lounges) until I tried this place. The food was all excellent. Coffee/tea were great. Service is a little slow but not a deal breaker (unless your layover is short).

We came here twice, during two different layovers at the airport. Once for dessert and tea and another time for a meal. Both times the food was excellent, and would order all the dishes again. The only reason I removed one star is because I found the service to be a little slow. The staff were really nice and friendly, they just took quite a while to get to us every time. It could be because it was busy, but I feel if that is the case they should have more staff working.

Harrod is located in the airport past security by the (worlds best airport sign) headed towards the food court, you really can’t miss it. The food was good & the service was quick.

Simply stunning! Such a lovely surprise for me Was to discover a cozy peaceful island in the middle Of the departure area in Hamad international Airport. Earl grey tea is a must try. Had my cozy hour there before flying back to Dubai. The souvenir shop also deserves your attention, dont miss it out. Feels indeed like Harrods. Perfect for cute small Gifts

This tea shop is adorable! Make this your stopover spot for tea and a meal when transferring at Doha International. Staff are impeccable in dress, manner and service. The bespoke Harrods crockery is exquisite. Nothing was too much for staff who kept checking that everything was okay. No rush either to leave the tea shop. Alexis was particularly sweet and friendly. A big thumbs up!

I’m traveling a lot, and usually good coffee and foods are rarely found in airport cafes and restaurants, and I never find out why? but this time I can say I was surprised. The quality of the coconut and saffron dessert was excellent and the coffee was acceptable. It was a good experience. I didn’t try food but I saw the food that other customers ordered and it looked very attractive.

A little pricey, but not really if compared to other airport food. Get there beforehand to reserve a spot, usually a 15-30 minute wait. Their teas are amazing. Have you tickets ready because they confirm them. Seems like most places you purchase things do at the airport.

On our way to a transit flight, we had a rest time in this tea shop. Calm and elegant atmosphere is totally recommendable. Mr. Dipak is a dedicated employee. We thank him so much for amazing service quality and making our time here even more comfortable. Big 5 stars.

Great service and food from Zarni and Rajani. Service is not fast fast, but the pacing is good. This place can cater to quick or long layovers. The aesthetic is on point. The tea selection is very descriptive, comprehensive, and accurate. I don't travel often but id come back here if I came through here again.

Umer was an excellent attentive server. My food was delicious! I had a Turkey club sandwich and French fries with mango gelato for desert…everything was very flavorful. The restaurant has a nice relaxing vibe…I forgot I was in an airport.

This is above and beyond food for an airport. I don't expect this caliber of food in airports. It is right there close to the yellow bear. We waited 10 min to be seated as it is popular. We tried the Cesar salad, Angus burger and the spaghetti. All were excellent. It is on the expensive side ($25 for the Angus burger) but you can't beat the experience at any airport. I deducted 1 star for the slow service to no fault of the waiting staff as they were few and stretched thin. If you are in Doha airport then try it.

We had an 8 hour layover in Hamad International Airport on our way to the Maldives. We stopped and ate at Harrods for dinner and it was great. Our server, Saineti Brendon, was absolutely wonderful! He treated us with amazing service and helped out when asking about menu items that were allergen friendly! I highly recommend asking for him as your server. I had the truffle cheese with sourdough bread and it was almost like a hot grilled cheese but 10x better! My husband had the national lamb dish and said it was great as well. Absolutely amazing!!

Service: 10/10!!! I had Brendan as my server who was so kind, attentive (but not overbearing). It was genuinely a peaceful experience quite unlike any I’ve had before. Brendan and the staff truly go above and beyond to ensure that each customers experience is relaxing and catered towards each tables wants/desires. Food: Atlantic Salmon toast (amazing smoked salmon, love the dill cream cheese which added a nice burst of flavor) Tea: Flowering Jasmine & Lily- extremely soothing, gentle, I felt better after drinking it- just one of the many teas they serve

I don't understand. Reviews are great here and we were there a bit late (9pm). It wasn't busy, in fact staff seemed quite bored. We got seated and I ordered a spicy Chai and my server asked if I would like milk and sugar and I said yes. My husband asked for water and we received this small bottle in which we weren't aware it was expensive. I never received my milk for my tea, in fact he never came back. We wanted food and watching others that came after us get waited on and served food immediately was frustrating. I kept trying to get someone's attention but they were too involved with visiting. My husband was getting angry so I had to walk up to the counter ask for our bill and immediately paid and left. Afternoon tea was priced at $65 USD and it was quite small. Really disappointed as I was looking forward to this place. I don't know if we did something wrong, I've never felt so unwelcomed. Was I supposed to wave my arms and loudly ask for service? Did we look in a poor state? The Chai tea was spicy and peppery, I hope to visit a London location and hopefully have a better experience.

I recently visited Harrods Restaurant in Doha Airport, Qatar, and I was impressed with the quality of service and food. DUTTA is the server, he is extremely nice and the atmosphere of the restaurant is quiet and comfortable. The burger is better than I thought, Tiramisu is always my favorite dessert. Good experience, thanks!

Very nice place to stop for tea and light fare. The truffle fries and Jasmine Lily tea were delightful. DUTTA was our server and made it a very pleasant experience as they were helpful, friendly, and attentive. Will definitely visit again!

Third visit to Harrods Tea Room - notable tea selection, especially the white jasmine tea paired with a delightful vanilla eclair. The ambient piano melodies elevate the dining experience, surpassing other options at Doha airport. Our waiter, Krishna, impressed with a warm smile and attentive service.

The only decent place in Doha airport to get something to eat. Good quality of food and prices were way better comparing to other places in the airport that can charge you $14 for one pizza slice!!! Excellent service by the employees working there. The owner should be proud of them.

Our midnight treat! During our stopover at Doha, we had about three hours, so we decided to indulge at Harrods Tea Room. I recommend the truffle fries! The chocolate desserts were rich and quite sweet. Balanced out it with English Rose tea. We were not particular about the conversion rate, but after checking when we landed, it cost about €65.

This place was a breath of fresh air. Unable to get into the airport lounge as apparently it was full, we didn't want to eat in the food court so we're directed to the only airside sitdown restaurant at the airport, Harrods Tea House. It was a lovely little place, quite busy but the young lady at the front quickly found us a table. There was a good selection of things on the menu plus a divine display case with the most delicious looking pasties, also a large selection of ice creams. There is a range of teas and coffee to choose from plus a variety of fruit juices. The staff were all polite friendly and helpful. The service was what you would expect in Harrods. Fareed, the manager should be very proud of them.

A lovely tea room in Doha airport. Earl grey was so fragrant and smooth. We also got cappuccino, strawberry brioche (light and just a tad of sweet, and egg Benedict. The egg Benedict was fluffy and light.

Babi and Fareed were absolutely amazing and made our experience wonderful. The food was exceptional, the tea was amazing, and this is is a must visit destination. If you are in the Doha airport, you should definitely visit the Tea Room!!

Probably one of the better place to chill in the airport as the seats are comfortable with nice ambience. The Cantonese Fried Rice is surprisingly not bad and managed to satisfy my chinese food craving. Wonderful service by Alexis and his colleagues

Tea time at Harrod’s in the Doha airport was absolutely lovely! The location and seating was perfect. Very cozy place and great place to sit and wait for our flight. The tea service was elegant and delicious. We had the Knightsbridge set for two. Yum! We were tucked away a bit in a booth and had to flag someone down to assist us initially but after that, service was good. Ankit Raut helped us finish with payment and to go containers. I’m so glad we stopped in for tea. If you’re on a layover at the Doha airport, it’s worth stopping in a for a break.

I went into Harrods tea room. I enjoyed their herbal tea and their ice cream. The chocolate cake was perfect for me. Theyve got charging ports to charge your devices. Absolutely better place to be.
