I visited this clinic a few times for laser hair removal and the service itself was fine, however, my recent experience was not so pleasant. I asked a doctor to look at my skin for a concern and she proceeded to make a rude comment regarding my weight. Even if she was a nutritionist her unsolicited and unprofessional opinion had nothing to do with my skin concerns. I actually happen to take medication that causes weight gain. I did not think I had to disclose that as it is my personal business. I will not be recommending this place nor returning due to the nature of discomfort this has caused me. Please, do better.

I had a very nice experience with Dr. Ahmed Siam , great welcoming with nice attitude,,, after asking few questions and do some checking he explained to me clearly what i have , with pictures for illustration , then i had the smoothest tooth extraction ever … شكراً دكتور احمد جزاك الله خير

I have been going to the clinic for 5 months for laser sessions and I am really enjoying it. The girls who do the laser procedures are sweet, both Sara and Elaine, two very kind Filipinos. But the receptionists are terrible. They treat you like they're doing you a favor. As if his arrival at the clinic was interfering with their lives. Enough to be a joke.

Place is clean, and well located. Prices are not clearly indicated, and tend to change if we are insured or not. I did cleaning and result was ok, but not perfect.

Great staff and amazing doctors. We relocated to Qatar and my daughter's treatment is continuing with a lovely orthodontist there.

Went there for a PRP session. The entrance to the location is a bit difficult to find so I suggest to go there earlier! The clinic is very clean and modern located at 17th floor of a brand new tower in Lusail. Receptionist are super friendly and ambience is very friendly and professional. The dermatologist is very welcoming and professional. She was very meticulous and accurate during the injection phase explaining every step and taking care of me asking many time if I felt pain and if everything was ok etc..Overall experience was very good.

Very happy with my time at Platinum Medical. The whole team from the receptionist to the dental assistants and the Drs are very polite and extremely professional. I had a root canal done with Dr Sonia and braces with Dr Nadine. I would highly recommend them!!!

Excellent consultation service, everything was explained clearly and in detail. I will definitely be coming back to get my braces fitted. Dr Nadine is professional and very lovely.

Can't praise them enough! Really friendly, honest and professional. I was treated by Dr Sonia who not only cured the pain but also went out of her way to try and save my tooth and avoid redoing my RC (done at a different clinic over a year ago). She was extremely professional and made sure it was a pain free experience!
