It is a amazing store with amazing and kind staff even though, other customers not respecting the store using washroom like public toilet but still these staffs are smiling and cleaning i am so sorry for you guys... whoever using the washroom please kindly clean properly, peoples are working here is human not a animal, plesase respect them.....

I was astounded that the lady in the cashier asked for the mask of the customers as the other store doesn't care. I was impressed and happy that someone still do follow safety protocol, and the way she approached the customer is really genuinely nice. Keep up the good work. Gorgeous view of Aspire park. It’s the main attraction! We held a book club meeting here and there was something for everyone-a great discussion, a variety of beverages, and afterwards a chance to walk and enjoy the beautiful day.

The location of this starbuncks is what makes it a special and popular cafe. Located next to Aspire park, the view from it is beautiful, you see torch, khalifa stadium and a big part of Aspire park. Inside the cafe also it's a good atmosphere and places to sit and enjoy your coffee.

Everything you would expect from a Starbucks. The good coffee smells and friendly atmosphere. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I would be happy to find this store if I was.

Great location and excellent staff, however if you plan to work here bring your own WiFi because the Starbucks one is very frustrating. They have two networks, one of them works but with 0.1Mbps speed and the other one that has decent speed only works only 50% of the time. So when you’re going there you better be crossing fingers hoping that the Wi-Fi works today, mind you it can stay like this for days. Please Starbucks management have a look into this issue.

Starbucks needs to improve a lot in terms of customer services and food menu. They need to increase the variety of coffees they serve. Overall Starbucks need improvement in food and service as compared to there prices.

Staff member took out the trash bag, disappeared for a few seconds, came back and replaced the trash bag the huge foot operated bin touching all kinds of contaminated surfaces in the process, then proceeded to touch the order screens and all the counter space surfaces they had from the trash bin to the order window. When I pointed out that he should change his disposable gloves after handling trash duties; he arrogantly responded that he is not handling any foods and will not change his gloves. He missed the whole point that he contaminated all the shared surfaces with the people that do handle food; especially the shared touch screen monitors!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! after a drive through incident I had just before 10 minutes . I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism in my entire life. Very poor customer service. Very unusual for “Starbucks standards”, I felt like I was non human to buy coffee as there was an employee his name ROBERT yelled at me and says to me i can’t accept your order He told me to take a roll and return to the queue from the beginning in a non moving drive-through. I will never EVER come to this Starbucks again, from the reviews I can tell I wasn’t the only one who had a bad experience. I also advice people NOT to come here and specifically if the see ROBERT in the drive-through service.

One of the worst iced latte I have ever had in any of Starbucks. This is not how starbucks prepare their coffee. Your washroom was really dirty. Dirtier than public toilets.

I always go to this branch of Starbucks every morning before going to work. I missed Abby my favorite barista, she used to take my order with cheerful eyes and a friendly manner, but they said she had already resigned. I feel sad knowing that someone like her was no longer part of Starbucks. Because I noticed that no other barista is genuine as her when talking to the customers with regards to their orders. Like the girl, who recently took my order. She's very rude, for whatever reason every time she takes my order, i feel like she's always in a hurry. I just want to give you advice to evaluate your staff who are truly passionate and don't let them go easily. It's not easy to find someone who gives importance to every customer.

You have an issue for this things , its very dirty here and no one staff try to clean this area

It's nice concept indoor and outdoor and the best thing is it's inside of aspire Park basically I love it as you can go with family and can have nice coffee while sitting on 1st floor want to watch the high way or towards park where kids are playing

When i visited starbucks aspire park there's busy. I was looking Starbucks cup but unfortunately there was finished the one i was looking and manager The name was Mohd treated me Awesome like family members, he was so polite ,he saw some other cups and i bought it and left. Thank you again.

A good place to study and get work done, good coffees and attentive staff. Quite areas upstairs although it can get crowded sometimes. The WiFi is horrible tho they should fix it.

The place is really comfortable and they serve wonderful coffee.. but I'm really uncomfortable regarding their hygiene. They never cleaned the washroom as well. The dine in tables are always dirty and full of waste.. I'm kindly requesting to the officials to visit the outlet on a rush time or weekends. Thank you
