Have replaced my 4 tires and a battery at Midmac branch this evening (22 Apr 2021) Be careful, they gave old tires. In my case, they gave me tires manufactured in September 2019!!! Frustrated #@!&*%!

The staff at the Midmac Roundabout Branch was friendly and good. But unfortunately, not happy with the hankook tires. 2 of my tyres developed sidewall cracks following tire puncture. Had no other go, but replace the tires, which is a very costly affair. The company refused replacement, stating puncture as the cause for failure!!!

Terrible alignment done, tires were squealing. Went to other shop to fix it, turned out to be 2° toe-in, and camber off aswell. Tried to call the shop to tell them, and in stead of listening, got yelled at.

Not up to the mark , they sell old tyres like production date is about to 2 years. If you don't check it none of them reveal you that it's old. I'm not satisfied with their services it just only have name.

The tire is very bad, when I went there with a flat tire of a car that ran for only 3 months, the old man sitting at cash desk was very rude, when I went there regarding the warranty of a tire, he got angry with me for no reason...

Great service at affordable prices

I had horrible experience with Imalco Tires. even though my tires were in warranty (less than 1 year) they did'nt own the damage and they simply ask me to go to manufacturer work shop to claim the warranty and in this process Imalco lost my rim, for which they gave me another damaged rim after make several trips for 3 months!!! and for tire also i did'nt get any benefit of warranty from the manufacturer. So basically it was loss loss situation for me dealing with Imalco!!!

Very accommodating, helpful staff. Very good ambiance and you will feel at home because of it's entertainment corner which can accommodate 4 to 5 people. Guys, if you are looking for endless TYRE, choose Hankook Tire, go to IMALCO Micmac Branch 👍
