    Literally WORST app for delivery here.     I recently had an unfortunate experience with the Snoonu delivery service, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Despite their claims of being the fastest, my encounters with this service have consistently fallen short of their promises. Here are the key issues I encountered: Inaccurate Time Estimates and Unexplained Delays: Snoonu repeatedly failed to provide accurate time estimates for my deliveries. I found myself waiting for extended periods without any clear indication of when my order would arrive. These unnecessary delays caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans. It is disheartening to see a lack of effective planning and coordination from a delivery service. Cold and Poorly Handled Food: The condition in which the food arrived was consistently subpar. On multiple occasions, I received cold meals that were clearly mishandled during transit. It is unacceptable for a delivery service to overlook basic food safety measures, resulting in meals that were unappetizing and unsatisfactory. Proper packaging and temperature control are essential to ensure the food arrives in an enjoyable condition, but it seems that Snoonu neglects this crucial aspect. Inefficient Customer Service Chat: The customer service chat of Snoonu proved to be highly inefficient and frustrating. The response time was unreasonably long, leaving me hanging for extended periods before receiving any assistance. When I finally managed to connect with a representative, the service provided was lackluster. It is disconcerting to encounter such poor customer service, especially when trying to address legitimate concerns. Considering the cumulative impact of these issues, I regret to say that I cannot recommend Snoonu delivery service.

    They claim to be the fastest delivery in the country when they don't have control over their drivers. It's Ramadan, we're fasting, order scheduled to be delivered by 5:45pm max as we break our fast around 6pm and the order was ready to be collected at the restaurant at 5pm. At 5:30pm they tell us the driver is on the way to pickup the order. At 6:20 pm they tell us they are looking for another driver to pick the order up because the assigned driver isn't answering. Terrible customer service.

    They used to deliver quickly when they first started their business. They are now the absolute worst delivery service by far. Orders can take over an hour to be picked up from the restaurant and as a result, the food arrives cold. Every time you contact snoonu you get the same generic answer, and most of the time it’s blamed on the restaurant. Customer service is worthless. Carriage and Rafeeq have much better customer service and way faster delivery times. I would recommend using them instead. It’s a shame what this company has become. I have been using them since they started business and I have almost 12,000 snoonu points (until their points system stop counting). But I will no longer use them from now on unless I absolutely have to and I’m not in a rush to receive the order.

    Snoonu is an amazing delivery app in Qatar, they have got everything, Restaurants,Groceries,Pharmacy. And the best part was Snoosend i loved it.

    If i could write -100 stars i would do it I can't believe how terrible this app is! The customer service is a complete joke, they clearly couldn't care less about user complaints. I'm deleting this app and warning all my friends to stay far away from this mess

    Horrible horrible horrible service!!! No restaurant should partner with Snoonu and nobody should order through this app!! We've tried ordering via this app twice and on both occasions, the driver could not find our address! As though we live on another planet! We had to wait for more than 2 hours both times, the app cancelling the order the first time and us cancelling it the second time.

    I had a very bad experience with them for refund. I waited so long and contacted them many times ! There was ambiguity and too much time to wait. They promise things on chat that they dnt do . It should be way easier !! I am so frustrated because i had to do all this work to get a 50 ryal refund to my card!!i stil didnt get it btw. Please note that the manager personally corrected the situation and i will give them another chance! We all make mistakes after all🤷‍♀️

    Totally Unreliable. Only spend when ur ready to wait long and ready to lose the money. Dear prospective customers, I Ordered from my favorite restaurant. I found out 20mins later the order was cancelled by merchant, with no notification and no explanation why it was cancelled. Came to find out they didnt have the items i wanted. i paid 108QR and it was refunded to the wallet. Customer service told me bank refunds takes 3-10days.(too hungry to wait that long 💀). From what i heard they take even longer than this to refund. So i was forced to order something else just to spend the money on the wallet. Ive heard many negative stories about snoonu but im foolish enough to still order. Recommendations: - dont display unavailable items. - merchant quality score: Reward or give merchants penalty when they dont update their list of items on the portals. - Improve customer service, more empathy, understanding, provide alternative solutions, service recovery. - request merchant to put justification in order to cancel order so at least customers know. - notify, buzz, do something when order cancelled. Sincerely, Still hungry and waiting.

    The worst delivery service and the most disrespectful and useless customer service. I had a very simple special request and asked them to convey it to the restaurant and told them clearly not to leave the chat until it is conveyed to the restaurant. He just ended the chat. This is not the first time a Snoonu support ending the chat in the middle of the conversation. It's already happened over ten times. Don't even bother using such useless and garbage app

    The worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. The driver showed up an hour after the expected delivery time WITHOUT THE FOOD. Not a single person I spoke to had an explanation to what had happened to our food. How is this acceptable? Never using snoonu again.

    I’ve ordered from Snoonu twice this Ramadan for iftar. Both times were scheduled deliveries to arrive at 6 pm for iftar. Both times arrived at 7 pm since Snoonu did not assign a driver in time. This is bad forecasting and driver planning. Both times the food was ready at the restaurant at 5 pm and so by the time the food arrived to me it was prepared for more than 2 hours and was cold. Snoonu management needs to truly look into this issue. It’s unacceptable and completely disrespectful to be occurring during iftar time in the month of Ramadan.

    Ordered Nando's from snoono, it is already 2 hours now and neither snoono nor Nando's are taking any responsibility for delivery. I ordered from Lusail where Nando's is just a couple of kms away from my place. But now some other delivery company has just called me that they are picking my order from Pearl. Not ordering through snoono or from Nando's again! It's too much stress just for a lunch! Order number 14126390

    I ordered from go crispy , and my order was ready for 30 minutes. I have called the restaurant 2 times and they told me twice that the order is ready just they are waiting for the driver to reach. I chat with the App and inform them , they told me that the driver is waiting and the order is not ready ! Now who to believe ?? But what I am sure about is that my order reach me very cold and not fresh !! And i inform the customer help if this happened and i get my food cold i need a refund. But no respond, and no one try to make me satisfied. Very very bad service and even though there is no number to call and reach easily to make our complaint. Very bad !!

    I placed an order on snoonu, and the order went off my bank account and I waited over 4 hours for our food. We called the call centre, and the agents were not helpful at all. They kept on blaming the vendor for their mess. I contacted the vendor directly, and he said that the snoonu driver gave my food to someone else. Snoonu kept on insisting that the food was delivered, while we never received a call for the delivery from any driver. We have been waiting for over 4 hours and not one of the snoonu call centre agents called back to update us. I never experienced this with other delievery service providers, this is really poor and unacceptable.

    I've only used the app a few times, and twice I've had to chase orders that have taken much longer than expected. First time it was 1.5 hours and 2nd time 45 minutes, and that's after they have left the facility for delivery. Both times the food has arrived cold. I have now deleted the app and won't be using them again.

    I recently had an unfortunate experience with the food delivery service provided by Snoonu. After ordering from one of the outlets, I received uncooked chicken. I immediately reported this to Snoonu, sending a photo of the issue. Although Snoonu informed me that they had reported the issue to the restaurant and assured me that they would call me back, I did not receive a call or any further follow up on the matter. My experience with other food delivery services has shown that when a similar issue occurs, the item cost is refunded or a new order is delivered, or credit is provided. In this case, however, I was left disappointed with the lack of satisfactory customer service provided by Snoonu. Furthermore, while Snoonu offers free delivery, the app requires a minimum order value of 50QR, which is not always clearly mentioned when receiving SMS promotions. Although I have no issues with their morning deliveries, Snoonu has a long way to go in terms of improving their customer service. I personally prefer a food delivery service that provides exceptional customer service and, unfortunately, Snoonu did not meet my expectations in this regard.

    I have order just now in jollibee a d its takes time to pick up..it almost 1 hr already and its not show pick up and having a conversation with your agent is not okey as they have a ready message to say that the customer is the one who lose the communication.     Worst ever company bunch unexperienced people from the riders to the organization. They don’t care. Just want the money. Orders take more than 2 hours sometimes. Even ther own mart they advertise delivery within 12 to 15 minutes will it took them more than 2 houres to deliver. They should be out of business.

    I placed an order for iftar today thru the app. The food was ready for pick up at the restaurant at 4.38pm. Up until 6.15 my order wasn't delivered. When I contacted the customer service (Ronica) she kept telling me that the order was picked up by the driver, but when I contacted the restaurant they said it was still lying there (time6.15pm.) I went ahead and cancelled the order as it was placed for Iftar and not suhoor. They didn't process my refund yet nor I was contacted by anyone from your end. If you can't accommodate orders to deliver on time, don't accept them. Truly a very bad experience☹️☹️☹️

    My husband ordered at 4.30pm. Waited 4 and 1/2 hours. Food place had prepared, but Snoonu didn't deliver. Multiple phone calls/ messages made by us. No explanation from Snoonu. Said they have cancelled order and will refund. Still awaiting refund. Will not use again. Stick to Talabat!

    Absolute DISGRACEFUL service! I do believe orders can run late , however, to have this happen within a period of a week, it is really disgusting. Ordered my food at 4pm and now it is 6.16 pm and it still has not been collected by the restaurant. I have never experienced such bad service before and it really makes me wonder how this company will strive during the World Cup. Companies like this should be shut down as it is a bad reflection on Qatar’s delivery service. Reading the reviews below it is an absolute joke how they haven’t managed to fix the situation.

    This Snoonu website used to promote their App by advertising that they deliver the orders more fastest in the Country when come to deliver the order they even don't no that order is already placed since more than one hour before by using their website, if we ordered accordingly office lunch hours they deliver till closing hours. This shows that what an professional team is over their who manages the online website and tracking the online placed-orders, & checking that weather their delivery person is already left to pick the order from restaurant to deliver the customer or not, they don't have value for their customers time ,they unable to manage the orders on-time, if we call and check with them they simply start saying that our delivery person he is on the way he will reach soon hence till that time he even didn't reaches to restaurant and Simply they updates the status for customer tracking when they unable to deliver as per given time like " ORDER ARRIVING SOON ".
