Besides the A/C issue (leaking and not cooling), the toilet is poorly maintained (the sink is ever clogged).. Now, they are still closing almost an hour past the opening time! Yes, I just saw a family who just found out that the coffeeshop is still closed! Unfortunately, I used to like this place, but Costa was much better in terms of management and service. EDIT: Sill letting down more customers! 8:58am

The location is incredible, nice seats and the coffee is great. A wide variety of cakes. One of the best cafes in the city

Very good location (west bay located) and staff is super friendly and kind. I am going very often in the mornings to work from there. Highly recommend it also for evening coffee with friends. Last but no least, one of the very few coffee shops, which are value for money.......

Been here once regular coffee like everywhere. I'm from Bosnia so the real coffee for me is only Turkish one. I like the staff extremely polite and helpful.

To be honest, what makes this place so great is the kindness of its staff, particularly one girl who actually does everything, the girl from Nepal. The number of times I went to this coffee shop with my wife, this girl was always the only one working. She prepares the coffee, all types of shakes, get payment, organize the tables and chairs, all by herself alone and no other staff is there to help. And despite all this, she keeps smiling to everyone! I urge the management of this coffee shop to add another staff to help her. If I was the owner, I would pay her double, she is just amazing!
