    Dont get too excited about their connected serviceAfter going though infos on their website i orderd few items from Malaysia I ordered items worth QAR.300 and there were 6 packages separately.I thought if using bundled shipment option and thought that its gonnna charged as a single wieght. Infact I ended up paying 450 QAR as shipping charge alone.Even a mobile case if 10 QAR was considered as a seperate item and minimum 60 QAR charged gor shipping. Bundled just means you get it together and not single package and shipping charge . Reconfirmed same with customer care .So the whole bundle package concept is a joke and beware of this.

    JUST DON'T EVER THINK USING CONNECTED , IT is Worst service ever by Qatar Post, too much Delay up to 40 days although their prices is relatively high compared to Aramex Flex. No customer service and you have to wait alt least one week to get replay from them. They also loose packages and won't reimburse you. Also their website is broken I had many parcel where website tracking show the parcel is arrived in Qatar two weeks ago but it's not yet delivered to me.

    Today my item is missing and asper customers service, they delivered to other address which they are tracking now!, it's really unprofessional staffs and services. Very poor service nowadays and delivery take very long days even after receiving items in QA warehouse. Delivery boys are unprofessional. It was very good service earlier, but now totally not recommendable and not trustble. I am switching to other similar service. Goodbye connected.

    Very poor quality of service, the Costumer Service were rude to answer your queries ,especially about tracking your missing parcels, not helpful at all. they did not care about delivering your parcels ,instead returning to sender without calling or locating the recipient. Three times experiencing from them of having return to sender parcels. So disappointing.

    The worst experience ever! Unprofessional employees! i cannot receive or send the packages for more than 3 weeks. The whole process is very confusing, noone wants to help or solve anything. Just sending you cliche emails. Even if you return the products as they consider to be dangerous (simple nail polish), you still need to pay for that (even if the vendor is covering all expenses).

    I've used connected for a few years and getting parcels from the UK. My recent order was handled extremely badly and prices were raised part way through an order - I felt that my shipment was held at the warehouse and not processed for almost 5 days in order to be able to charge me the higher fees. Overall took way longer than any other order experience. Tracking on the website was off and is still marked as in transit even though I recieved it eventually yesterday. Customer service was very poor. The advisor made claims of time frames which just were not published anywhere in the website or anywhere at all. Just blatent lies which I have email conversations of. Just very badly handled from the customer service end. In order to make a little more money from me from the 1 order, they have lost me as a customer for the future. Very disappointing and I wouldn't recommend.

    Whatever the ETA is about packages delivery it’s not true, they take ages. I paid 8 days before my packages were shipped out and if I did not raise a ticket number, they wouldn’t even have shipped out most likely. I’m on my 20th day of waiting and the call center picks up calls very quick but it’s overall helpless. Prepare yourself having to call them every single day or forget about receiving your shipment. Earning QMiles as mentioned on the very first page is also not true. Lack of professionality, not a trustworthy service

    Not Recommended. - There is no proper tracking system, shipment journey details are not available. - I faced an issue with the payment with my credit card (transaction declined), I had to visit their offices in Qatar Post building near Al-Corniche to finalize the payment. - I asked to add “Connected Care” to one valuable package while arranging the payment, but the staff had no idea what that means, although it’s one of Connected services. - Call Center experience was not so good as well. I called to track the shipment, staff was very polite and friendly but unhelpful.

    It was good until I had a bad experience. Not really response and transparency of a shipment. Quoted as oversized, paid lots of money and still didnt reach location. It would have been much better through fedex or dhl, cheaper and much quicker.

    Fast services with issues, have the exact amount as no one will give you loose change, connected prices are ridiculous, you pay double on shipping for the value of the products. Although they are fast I would suggest they try to fix the minor issues for a smooth service.

    Can you believe their customer phone service agents hanged up the phone twice on me. And i was just asking why their promotion offer is not applicable to my package. I had never encountered such a careless customer employees in Doha. Like others said It is a government service so they dont care. I will never use their service again. Never!

    Do not use connected. They will overcharge you. Then any negotiations and you will be stuck with a high price to pay using your credit card, which btw they will only show you the shipping price once you have paid for the item and is delivered to them. In case you want to cancel, you still have to pay a fine for delivery charges. Also do not bother using their shipping calculator, because they will give you a totally different price, usually 50% higher. 1/10.

    Their services are slow but things eventually get there. One new thing we learnt is that we have to manually write P. O. Box and the actual number otherwise it will not be considered for home delivery or post box which is totally not right On the positive side, they door to door service is great and helps you avoid trips to the post office.. although expensive..

    The service was great last year - my parcels were quick to be delivered and well cared for. This year, several times my parcels have been delivered to the overseas location and taken a week to be registered, customer service have been very friendly but very unhelpful, the packages have taken longer than necessary to be delivered and not always delivered as bundled and had 3 packages at my door over 3 days despite being sent together - all were overdue.

    never ship with them from China. I was charged high shipping fees for a shipment that took over a month and not delivered. No direct access to tracking system and customer support can't help with anything. never ship with them from China. Not worth it

    There's a big issue with your website. As soon as you request a delivery, you can't proceed because of a reset of some parameter you can't modify after. Thanks to resolve that.

    I went back to they Connected service after they added tax free address in the US, their prices are unbeatable and convenient service, only will take some more time compared to other tax free address forwarding services, for me that's ok I'm happy with them as I left MyUS and started using their service

    They can take ANY of your item saying can not be delivered (whatever reason, no document as proof that item is discarded.) No support at all. So you will pay- they use your item.

😠 Had the worst experience I ever had in a shipping company before, the people there where so unprofessional and overwhelmed. My advise for UPS is to change the company that represents them in the country. For now stick to Aramex or DHL.
