hello i want to complain about one of your staff member , he was very rude in aspire park this evening . he was so rude and his way of talking and treating people was very bad and very irresponsible and he didnt respect at all my family and being with my mother and my little baby . i ordered something from the cafe and then i was surprised by his way of talking and he almost kick us out of the cafe like he was refusing customers ! so rude and so disappointed and will never never come back or recommend this coffeeshop to anyone here in doha . or even tourists .

I been waiting for the menu 15 min until I got it by my self and almost same time to make an order. Its first time in my life I face such poor quality of service especially when staff are not busy. Thank you.

Terrible non existing customer service, after cleaning up the table ourselves, moving others dishes and remaining mess to the next table, waited for 10-15 mins, no one bother to sweep the table and at one point when the waiter was approaching us, he turned his attention to another customer, I wish if I could them a negative star, never again.

Was shocked by the waitresses at the door. Not welcoming at all. The noise inside the shop made by the barista was annoying, dine in peacefully is not to be expected. Service not ok at all. Never experienced such thing in Qatar. Moreover serving pizza on a broken wooden plate which looks dirty. 😬

Quite frankly, the service is terrible, and the staff is extremely rude. The place looks dirty, and the bathroom is closed. They don't put ice in your cold drink and miss parts of your order. The coffee tastes burnt. If you want to enjoy a nice drink please go somewhere else.

I’d visited here when i’m doing morning walk with my sister. We had breakfast here and order some sandwich bread, tea and hot chocolate. The chocolate was so thick and yummy, not to sweet for me. The sandwich so delicious. And i like the bread texture, because its not too soft. The place quite confortable with the view to the lake on the park.

The order verey different from the picture and from what excpected to be. And the taste is less than to say its bad its more than bad. Not to menssion that the stuff is not welcoming at all.

Watched the UCL final here, the atmosphere was great, food was very delicious and tasty service was good.

I don't' know what's going on with this cafe whether the management or their coffee suppliers are terrible. Whichever kind of coffee I ordered from the menu, they did not have, when I finally got what is left as an option, the taste of coffee was gross. I won't come again.
