What a JEM! Great wine selection and the best cocktails in the area! There mixologist puts a new twist to classics!

What a great little hidden gem. Went there during their Halloween party. Sat in the lounge and it was comforting, inviting, great drinks and overall a great experience. Best part, kid and dog friendly. Can’t wait to bring our pupper with us next time! Everyone there was super friendly as well. 10 stars

Such a cute spot to stumble upon! Awesome wine choices, or order a flight, and you don't have to make any decisions, as the wine experts there will curate one based on your likes/dislikes. Comfortable place to hang out, and can't wait to go back again on a warmer day and check their patio out!

As a wine bar, you expect the wine to be great. And it is. So is the ambiance, in a homey, welcoming sort of way, void of the pretention you'd expect from anything that refers to itself as a wine bar. But the cocktails are the unsung heroes of this fine establishment. After a taste of one of Evolet Eve's carefully curated cocktails, if you didn't know any better, you'd think you were in a craft cocktail bar. But, again, the lack of pretention would give it away.

This is a gem in our small town of Warrenville. The owner is good people and so are all of the people who work here. They really make the place shine. It doesn't hurt that the wine is amazing and the cocktails, well, the cocktails are worth coming back for again and again. To me a small business is about who is there and how much they care about their customers. You won't find people who care about their customers more than Evolet Eve.

The BEST old fashion I have ever had! The staff and customers we're like old friends. As everyone talked and conversed we all told stories and joked as if we know each other for years. A great Hidden Gem!
