Walking in the door one of the two receptionists looked at us, didn’t speak, and returned to looking at her phone. She didn’t greet us at all. The dentist rushed through my exam and gave absolutely no instructions on further treatment. The hygienist was great! Very caring. A 2nd receptionist gave me a quote for work I requested be done. She gave no further instruction. She just handed me a paper and walked away. I went to inquire about the quote and my insurance. She loudly announces that this is an out of pocket quote. At least she told us to have a nice day when we left. My experience was poor and I don’t know if I’d trust them with anything other than a cleaning.

Customer service at the front desk is terrible. The first visit I had was for a crown. I told the young lady I was there for a crown she informed me they didn’t take my insurance and dismissed me. I’d spoken with my insurance company beforehand and they gave me this location. When I called to schedule the appointment I confirmed they took my insurance. There was another young lady at the front desk she informed me they did take my insurance. The next visit I asked the young lady at the desk asked for an an itemize list of what was going to be done. She said they were busy and for me to come back, I came back they didn’t have it ready. The young lady gave me her name and told me to call and ask for her. I called and was put on hold and the phone disconnected. I’m going there today in hopes I can get the itemize form.

Both of my experiences here were horrible. The staff is not personable. The dentist nor hygienists introduced themselves during my visit. My treatment was rough and uncomfortable. The dentist also did not discuss my treatment plan with me, or welcome questions. Also, an obviously infected tooth was overlooked. I wasn’t prescribed antibiotics or anything. They seem to treat patients like an assembly line, in & out.

The time wait was UNBELIEVABLY long 3 hours for approximately 10 mins of actual dental work. My dentist, Dr Joe is excellent. However, he is the only doctor handeling numerous patients.

They are usually good.However I made an appointment for my son because he broke his tooth and they canceled the appointment the day before ( reminder text were still sent). St mirror view.They canceled the appointment stating that he was not due?? I left work early and now my 6 yr old has to remain in pain because he was not “due”.

Olly was very patience, skilled and gentle as she performed my cleaning as well as when she minister the numbing medicine. I had no pain and thank Universal Dental for great service.

I took my son here. They give good service and the staff was friendly & courteous. I would have given four stars; however, the wait time was horrible! I would go again but be prepared for the wait.
