Well, there was an event here that I was invited to attend. I never would have considered a place like this for anything. It was so outdated. The first thing that was a red flag for me was you had to manually open the front doors while maneuvering your luggage. The second thing was that there was no elevator to access the second landing, only stairs. I guess handicapped people can't get up there. The rooms were dark and dank. I can't think of anything positive to say about the hotel itself. The banquet hall was better. They did have decent chandeliers and a nice sized room. After the event, I was shocked to see the people sponsoring the event had to break down everything, including the chair sleeves and table cloths. What????? The food was okay. In regards to the dinner, the best thing was that the beef was tender. However the chicken was dry. I usually take pictures, but there wasn't anything to take pictures of since I really wanted to erase this place from my memory entirely!!! There wasn't even anything around this place to offer any options for food or entertainment. It was the worst place I have been to that I can remember. I don't recommend it for anything.

Card declined on a visa with 200 dollars on it, the smell of weed right when you walk in, only one person in the desk working, creepy atmosphere, key to the door won’t even work. My family was packing because the a/c wasn’t working and we were waiting all day to go. Not coming back it has weird pathways and the door leading to the rooms aren’t locked any killer can walk right in. 0/10 if you wanted to come here… don’t (stay home) and put a fan on.

I’ve stayed at Wyndham and Ramada properties on a handful of occasions, and was always satisfied with their properties. For $120 a night I expected more. I also saw 3.5 stars before I checked in. Realistically I give it 2-2.5 stars. I’ve stayed at a nicer Motel 6. I declined 3 rooms (I’ve never declined a room) before I accepted the 4th (the deluxe room 136). The first room had a far too noisy AC unit, that can be forgiven. The second room reeked of smoke even though there’s no smoking decals everywhere. The third room was adjacent to a small child who was having a temper tantrum at the time, again forgivable. Even though #136 smelled a bit funky I took it. When I pulled the blanket down on the bed #1 I was 99% positive that it had been slept in and no one washed the sheets due to the hairs that I spotted. At that point, I should’ve sought another hotel but I was exhausted from driving all day and just wanted to rest. Breakfast is hard boiled eggs and cereal. The coffee was hot! The upgrade on this place is also poor. Those water supply lines you see (why you see them is beyond me) behind the refrigerator are still live, meaning you, or your kid, could turn on the valves and flood the entire first floor. I spoke with manager and she offered to reimburse my points or give me points, not exactly sure. I just know I’ll never stay there again.

I am a Wyndham member and was very disappointed in my last visit. This hotel is not Wyndham quality at all; it’s giving low budget motel. Safety was an issue as there were no secured entries into the building. The room needed to be completely gutted and remodeled with everything, the toilet seat looked like it was burnt, had a thin throw on the bed, the staff walked in on me as I was finishing getting ready. Customer service was great but the hotel needs to be demolished, or remodeled or run under another brand because it doesn’t give Wyndham.

It was some time ago that my husband and I stayed there. They had to move us to 3 different rooms in one night due to a leaky pipe in one, Wick yard furniture in the 2nd and by the time we got to the 3rd we were somewhat satisfied. Nevertheless they did refund some of our money. We had a 2 night stay so we ended up making the best of it. The staff was very decent as well.

They do not put a refundable hold on your credit card for damages when checking in, unless paying with cash, which is a plus. They have a beautiful courtyard that separates the Lobby& dining from the rooms, however the entering/exiting doors outside aren't secure with a swipe access, they're unlocked at all times without camera footage so literally anyone can enter the side & back doors. Great location from Casino. Clean room with enough towels & soaps. Room came with mini fridge, microwave, & 2 units for controlling the room temperature. Couldn't figure out how to use the fireplace & both the ice machines on the floor were out of order. Loved the size of the room with vaulted ceilings, and the view of the courtyard from the room. Customer service was good. Will go back again.

Had to view 3 rooms before we could find one that was even remotely close to being clean-ish. If you like stray hairs and glitter this is the place for you.

Driving down from Green Bay Wisconsin area. Call to inquire what's the earliest I can check in I was told 4 p.m.. I was willing to pay for an early check-in. Asked a 2nd time, she repeated 4 pm. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We wanted to stay until Wednesday.... Never again. Stayed once before

There were rolly pollies (pill bugs)behind dresser on carpet that tv sits on. Toilet handle sticked when flushing, so I sometimes had to double flush. Water went down really slow in sink. Workers were polite and helpful. Nice and quiet spot.

This isn't going to be the nicest hotel you've stayed at, but the staff was professional, and the rooms are fine if you needed an inexpensive place to stay for a night while taking in a concert at a nearby casino, for example.

Traveled down to Indiana for a wedding and stayed at this hotel for a night. Having arrived at midnight, I was almost unable to even stay the night due to an issue with a card. The rooms were at least quiet, so no issue there. The breakfast the next day was not the best. It had the bare minimum for food. If you need a place to stay for a night then this place is a good fit. Not sure if I would stay much longer.

Great location, very clean, staff friendly enough, they were very accommodating ! We were traveling with an 11 month old and a 10 year old. Having the restaurant next door was a plus. I would stay there again.

We arrived with a travel group. This is an old hotel. Rooms were tidy but with dark carpet, so you could not see if they were clean. We had a bug in our bed. The staff were very nice about giving us another room. Breakfast was typical for a 3 star hotel. I would not stay there again.

The bed and pillows sucked, and TV didn't work... like at all. Toilet didn't flush and was super uncomfortable. Shower curtains had what looked like a beg bug stain on them. The carpet was crusty, musty, dusty, and outdated. Despite the trauma of staying the night there, the staff was pretty hospitable, and the courtyard area was pleasant.

Well after coming in from a long night we discovered lots of bugs on the bed in the room. Like flying bugs. So that sucked having to switch rooms Other than that. Nice rooms, affordable

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Seemed like they couldn’t care less about their customers and did not help at all. Refused to service customers. Would never book here again. Christine Cash is the representative I spoke to and was extremely rude and refused to service customer with a valid military id.

This has its pros and cons for a 123 plus dollars a nite I would expect a little more out of this motel. While this place is ran by nice and well mannered staff I can't help but to notice the cons about this motel, the rugs can use a little TLC $123 dollars a nite no one wants to be smelling a rug on which smells like feet the cable sucks and the extremely cheap complimentary breakfast with the watered down apple and orange juice lets just u are better off running down the street to mcdonald's other wise the rooms are well kept and in tact...

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I'm glad breakfast is available at the hotel. It covered a wide range of food choices. Also, the location of the hotel was convenient --directly off of an exit ramp.

An excellent option if you’re visiting the Horseshoe Casino! While the hotel is outdated, you can’t beat the value. We booked a king suite on a Saturday night for $115, it was the size of a studio apartment and came with a kitchenette area. The front desk folks were polite and got us checked in quickly. There is no hold deposit required, only payment for the room rate. The room was clean, they offered free parking, a free shuttle to and from the casino, and a free continental breakfast with hot options. Would stay here again.

Not what I expected for the price. "Ramada"? More like Motel 6. Seemed like a bad neighborhood. I was worried about my vehicle in the parking lot. The whole place is dated and could use at least a coat of paint. I was told that there was a bar and restaurant. I wasn't told that the place was a completely different business next door. Oh well, lesson learned.

Nice rooms. A few glitches with toiletries . Rooms on the smaller side which was not an issue for us. Nice restaurant nextdoor.

One thing I could say about this Ramada is not all of them are the same. I was looking for a place to lay my head for a couple of days while visiting some friends and didn't expect my usual amenities such as an elevator when I booked my reservations and received just that. The hotel is quaint and conveniently located near the toll road and other surrounding stores if you needed access to other items not provided in the hotel. The rooms are a little outdated but clean hence the 3 stars. Overall, for the 2 days I stayed things went well.

Went for a luncheon for an event! Place was decorated beautifully. Staff were very pleasant. And the food was very flavourful. If you are looking for a place to host a special event. I would recommend this place.

Was in town for work I couldn't stay at the super8 with the rest of the crew so I had to stay at the ramada. Both hotels owned by wyndham but my stay was over $100 more. I got my room for a week and had to extend it by 1 more day and instead of extending it at same rate they upcharged me for the weekend rate

This hotel was only 15 minutes from the home White Sox game!! Great room. Wonderful courtyard and pool. Very kind and helpful associates. There is no elevator, but that's ok. The nighttime check-in person was very kind to check with me on this, as I walk with a cane. There's a connected rental venue and a restaurant. Beautiful gazebo, too!! We were very happy with our stay!!!

Stayed here only one night as we were in town to see Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias. The staff checking us in was friendly and helpful when we had questions regarding the Horseshoe Casino. The hotel is older but it is clean. Yes the carpets could use a deep cleaning or perhaps just replaced, but I never walk barefoot even on carpet so I didn’t worry about that. Breakfast is continental, there’s pancakes, cereal, bagels, egg and cheese muffins, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit juice and coffee. I didn’t expect a five star hotel, and it is known that it is a two star hotel as it is older. My rating is based solely on the staff and the fact that my room was clean.

This is great value! 10 min from the marina beach & close to 90 and 94. The staff is friendly and the outdoor pool was nice. The free continental breakfast was not bad. The room was large and clean but the carpet needs a good cleaning. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan.

Outdated decor. Rust on the shower head, ripped shower curtain. Pink tile needs to be removed or professionally cleaned. Comfy beds though

Love the stay very clean but the Spanish woman that works in the kitchen needs a communication skills class and she looks at you like she's a security guard
