Very nice entry secure place. Close to alot of food. The place is underneath construction on second floor but it never wook us. No pool. Smells of weed. 1 only elevator and it started breaking down. I love the 3 floor room.

My family and I stayed at this location 2 weeks ago while attending a family reunion. It was the worst hotel stay I ever had. I would not recommend this location. Carpet filthy, double bed sold as queens, they ask for a deposit on the day of check-in even with me paying with a credit card ($100), and the customer service was minimal. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Very nice hotel! The rooms are big, showers are big, and the rooms are very clean! Great price and I do recommend staying here. Great rewards program also !

This is the worst hotel I've ever been in. The only clean part of this hotel is the lobby. The carpets were filthy. I rented a room with two double beds and one of the beds was on the floor with no railings. The shower was beyond filthy. The vending machine area had blood and ice all over the floor. There was a bunch of guys in the parking lot smoking weed so I had to park in Holiday Inn parking lot. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. I'm beyond disappointed and they wouldn't give me a refund.

The room was nasty. When we walked in, the front desk greeted us with "sup" and the room smelled like cigarettes. There was mold on the ceiling above a bed. In the light fixture you could see something there that was unidentifiable but gross. The floor was FILTHY. Either smashed food or a cockroach under the bed. The room just felt gross. Everywhere you looked you could find damage. Very run down. Went to the front desk and calmly said I dont feel comfortable staying here and said I needed a refund. He said ok and didnt even ask why or apologize. It seemed as though he knew why and/or is used to getting asked this. We left and ended up driving back home. It was too late to find another hotel room. Just wanted a good night rest after a concert. It was a horrible 20 minute experience. Strongly recommend not staying here.

Upon checking into my room the young man informed us that the rooms aren't clean every day. I didn't know when I got to my room it was going to be nasty ( bathroom toliet had urine all over it, the floor was dirty, and bedroom floor not vacuum, and none of the countertops were clean. We asked for another room. He said he had no rooms available. I checked out the next day. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Sam at the front desk spent more time outside smoking than he did at the counter! He was very unprofessional and argumentive. He got upset when I showed him a picture of the toilet and dirty towels in the room I was in. I have never been treated with souch disrespect in 40 years!

Good stay and clean location. Family oriented environment and -* means, I'm not a big fan of wall AC which doesn't really help with Air filtrations dépend on the brand, the Japanese brands specifically Fujitsu is the best.

Save yourself the money and do not stay here. Out of the several employees we interacted with, 2 were friendly. They have bad attitudes here, our first room had obviously had an animal locked in the bathroom and it had destroyed the door frame, which left wood splinters all over the floor. I immediately asked for a new room and we were placed in a room with holes in the sheets, and a broken window “guard” that was super safe. The head board was quite literally falling off the wall, the mattress was awful, pillows were very flat and the bathroom was big enough for one person to walk into. I’m honestly mad they got our money for two nights.

If i could get the rooms and service a negative number i will! worst experience EVER! Front desk was super super rude.

Nasty dirty sheets, bugs nasty rooms run down smelly hotel. Rented for 30mins and left not comfortable, this is a trucker stop type hotel, they did not give me my money back.

They need to come and remodel the rooms not nice for traveling families The carpet was nasty and stained was not clean or sanitize. The air conditioner freezer at the bottom room never cooled off.

Great bedding and pillows. Clean rooms. The shower takes a couple min to get hot but it is hot. Great stay for the money. Breakfast isn't a huge selection but there is plenty to get you going. Choice hotel earn your points

Pretty much what you would expect from a cheap motel. Reeks of cigarettes, loose toilet seats, and really cold AC. I had to turn off that bad boy and after and hour or so I had to get up snd go check to make sure it was off cause it was still cold in there. I didn’t really trust the bed (clean wise) because I found the trash can with an empty soda can in it upon checking in but I had no choice and im still alive to write this review

Absolutely a very 1 star hotel. The staff is amazing but the hotel is more like a motel 6. Tons of trash on the outside.

It was ok. Not exactly the cleanest place. And their breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal, packaged muffins or yogurt. Coffee or juice was offered

This place is nasty and wouldn't give me a refund after inspecting my room for more than 15 minutes. They would only move me to another room which was only a bit better. Everything is dated and needs to be upgraded to match the false and deceiving reviews on their website. I was so mislead. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE A NASTY ROOM. IT SMELLS LIKE THEY BOOK ROOMS BY THE HOUR. UGH!
