One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Service was fine, but nothing special, and booking was easy, but the room was filthy. I will include pictures because that will explain better than I can. There was dust everywhere, cobwebs, all manner of stains and gooey stuff stuck on the couch, walls, and floors. The only good things were the soft sheets and the ac worked really well. I would never stay here again.

I booked this hotel for two night stay. Right after I booked the room, a family emergency involving a relative going to the hospital came up. I tried to explain to the booking agent and inturn the hotel manager I wouldn't be able to stay at the hotel. They were unwilling to refund my $200. All they care about is keeping the money. Most insensitive action on their part in my view. I'll never stay at this hotel ever.

This is probably one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. The bathroom had hairs, the air vent was so noisy I can’t even turn it On, no hot water and the building looked really old. I mean for a 2 star, I’m not expecting much but this is terrible. The worst part was how I didn’t have Internet and a staff was telling me Internet is complimentary (in a hotel?), isn’t that supposed to be standard. Even hostels have solid Internet. If you’re just trying to pass the night. That’s fine. You get what you get but the name should be under-quality Inn and not quality Inn cos there is nothing quality about this to be honest

If you've ever had a problem knowing what a stain is, you're in luck. The employees at the first desk are more than happy to explain why the brown splotches on pillowcases and suspect streaks on the walls are nothing to worry about. While this employee will gladly give the least convincing reasons to stay in this impossibly filthy and drab room, they suddenly lose their memory until after you decide not to stay the night. Turns out there's a policy where 10 minutes in the room you'll get half the price refunded. 20 minutes, you pay for the night. In short, my stay here was just a lesson on what qualifies as a stain and how to rip off customers who will definitely not want to stay in your rooms.

Edit: Called the hotel to explain the situation this morning, and they were incredible rude. The manager was yelling at us and denying they had bed bugs, despite us seeing them with our own eyes. I hadn't mentioned this in the original review since I was writing it late at night, but the carpets were also disgusting and the bed had blood stains, which is why we even checked at all for bed bugs.

I didn’t expect that hotel should have brand new equipment but it was completely dirty rooms. The dust is at the all lamps at the room and bathroom, bad smell (cigarette and weeds). If you have allergy for dust, reception will ignore this information! They told me that the cleaners are too old and miss to clean it. They made a note at the reception for cleaning request but no one came to do the cleaning. Place can be old but it should be clean!!!

The beautiful lady at the front desk was awesome! Helped me check in early and my room was clean and she had the AC running for me. She went out of her way to help me out made my day a lot better!!

Allbeit, not as bad as the reviews have said, it’s not somewhere I would want to stay again. Every part of the room says they are too cheap to fix things…shattered bathroom sink, broken shower curtain, tiny fridge and microwave that they said over the phone is a “kitchenette”, roaches, a broken bathroom door that wont close then sets off the fire alarm due to the steam from the shower, adjoining rooms where neighbors talk all night, etc etc….nice staff however, employees were great, very nice. The owner needs to try Extended Stay and see how nice their competitors do it.

Arrived lastnite at 1030pm, receptionist was lazy and tired than me, she saw me was waiting, and she still seated next room. After that, bad service

Bugs and dirt. If you're looking to join a slumlord franchise Quality Inn is perfect for you. If you don't want illegal activity in your hotel don't make it look attractive to those who do illegal activity.

Hotel was ok for the price, it was close to our destination. The room suite was nice, comfortable king bed, nice bathroom. It could use a major update throughout the halls and freshener. I didn’t like the throw back 90’s microwave and refrigerator so, I didn’t touch those. The staff was so nice and the breakfast was good. We stayed 4 nights.

This hotel is not very sanitary. The lobby had rat droppings near the seating area. The room was even worse, with mold on the baseboards and dust covering all the lamp shades. Website says there is a pool but they got rid of it years ago. Staff is friendly but that was the only positive thing about our experience.

Although the exercise room is small, they have a cable machine that allows for a full body workout plus a treadmill and an elliptical machine . This is a very nice hotel to stay at. It is not really fancy but it is clean, safe and all the staff have been extremely nice. The ONLY reason I did not give it all 5 stars is because I know some of you are very picky and I know you would be upset because the rooms are not as fancy as you would like as well as overall the location is not the most safe area.

My room was ok...walls need to be painted for sure...5 gallon container of roach spray sitting in hallway was discouraging although I didn't see any roaches...breakfast end at 930am an you cannot take any food to your room which I think is tied to the roaches

Rented 2 rooms and both were very stinky and stuffy and smokey smelling for a non smoking room. Terrible in fact. A/C units blew cold air but the units are super dirty. Hotel room is very spacious. Beds were comfortable enough. The front desk lady gave us a room key and directed us to a room that was already occupied. We walked right in on a coue laying in their bed. Woops. Went down and told her what happened and she eventually got us in the right room. When we came back from dinner, I went through the lobby and I saw several people waiting for her and finally one gentleman went outside and got her and said to us when he came back in that she was outside smoking pot with some friends. Wow! Not great service and pretty rough crowd hanging around outside here. Worried a bit about my car honestly! Overall it provided a bed for our travels through but I'd pay more and stay somewhere else next time. Expected alot more from this place. Pretty disappointing.

This one of the worst places we've stayed in a long time. The walls are dirty, the window is off track and won't close, and sheets on one of the beds is questionable 😳. We call the front desk and of course there are no other rooms available and cannot be refunded. I would give 0 stars but the woman at the front desk was professional.

The bathroom is what did it for me, I stayed in suit and I recommend you do too. The jet spa-like tub and no wall on the side added that extra comfort. The TV was tiny but still good enough, the service was quick, place was clean and the BED was AMAZING!! I'll definitely stay again.

I was so surprised that CHOICE hotel chain has granted permission for this property to be on their site. It is not deserving even for a 1 star rating. The surrounding was filthy, lobby was dim with lights flickering, room was profoundly disgusting - curtains & sheets not washed, walls stained, drawers broken, flies & mosquitoes lurking inside the room!!! We had to check out & even to the extent of them charging me for a night that I did not use. I am not sure how properties can sign themselves for the CHOiCE hotel site but having experience like this will make you second guess using any of Quality Inn again! Someone has to revisit this place or it can impact business of others who deserve to thrive. Worst, they misrepresented the property by posting pictures that did not show the real condition.

AWFUL. I stayed here one night as I was visiting family in the area and I actively spent as much time away from this hotel as possible. There was cigarette burns in the sheets and blankets. The rooms are very dim and sad. There were mystery stains all over the carpet and an odor that went through the entire hotel. Honestly can say this is the worst hotel i’ve stayed in and that’s including the hotel where the elevator fell multiple floors and we were stuck inside for 30 minutes. Even that hotel was a better experience than this awful place. No bed bugs but that’s like the bare minimum, you’d be happier spending a few extra bucks and staying ANYWHERE else

This place nasty. The room smelled, lamp shades all broke an stained. Was supposed to have a jacuzzi suite. More like a large tub out of the 80s with broken knobs. Cereal for breakfast no hot breakfast. I can go on and on. Just don't go ţhis location.

Bed bugs, ants & mice ... it's a wonder that the health department has not shut this place down.. by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

I stayed in room 304 this past weekend. The room wasn't clean. The curtains and heater had a red substance on them. The faucets in the bathroom sink and bathtub were both broken. The carpet was filthy. The first floor leading to the hospitality room was overflowed with water, so much that the carpet swisher. The front desk attendant could only tell us that maintenance would not be available until Monday, and there were no other accommodations available. I literally slept on top of the covers the two nights that I was there. I feel that my money should be refunded! I would not stay there again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone. It should be closed down.

Dirty rooms they don’t even try to clean them up.They are loud asl on the first floor staff didn’t want to change my room , the room didn’t have the microwave or a refrigerator ac was hanging off tissue was used already but the rooms are cheap so you get what you paid for

Terrible experience overall. I was denied check-in despite paying in full a week ahead of my reservation. When I was waiting in the lobby to figure out my situation, 2 other people were having the same problem as me. I’ve contacted them to issue a refund and I haven’t received a response. That’s $400 of my money just GONE with no explanation. Not to mention the walls were chipped, carpets were stained, and beds had bed bugs. Honestly ruined my whole trip, I came across the country just to be screwed over like this.

This hotel is last thing anyone want to stay in. It's so dirty, bed sets was so dirty, and dirty bathroom. There was lighter under mattress of my bed!! Towels had hair all over, and smell so bad. Carpet was so dirty. And they said they had free hot breakfast but in the morning when we went down they had no breakfast. Go pay extra 10 bucks and stay in nice hotel with clean room! Not worth the money!!
