I Love Dr. Richardson and Akeelah the assistant that was there when I first started to visit. She cares about her patients and made me and my family feel like family but the guy that works there now has made me feel very uncomfortable he makes you feel as if you are in the welfare office! That's not what people deserve. I have been skeptical about going back if he is there because I don't want to deal with him and it's a shame that one bad apple can cause that issue.

Love the doctor and Akeelah but the receptionist is rude, unprofessional and running patients away.

I was there last week to get an appointment as a new patient and I was treated very rude and nasty. The receptionist (a guy) asked me what I needed and then when I proceeded to answer him he just told me to sit down and shut the window in my face. I just think that people need to screen the people that they place upfront as the face of their business. It make the company or business look really unprofessional when rude and nasty people are answering phones and mistreating patients or customers.

I love this doctors office...5 *****. Very clean and organized unlike other offices, I can call today and get an appointment for my kids tomorrow. I don't have to wait months to see a Dr. Dr. Richardson knows me and my kids personally. She always greets us by first name basis and give us big warm greeting hugs. Dr. Richardson is very attentive with my kids, she always asks the right questions. She makes us feel like were at home while we are there. And Akela her assistant is a sweetheart and she always makes my kids feel good because they don't like getting shots. Akela makes them feel calm and comfortable and assures them everything will be ok. I am so blessed to have them as my doctor and her assistant. Thanks Dr. Richardson and Akela. The best part about it is I can talk to my Dr myself and I don't have to go thru her assistant to get what I need. Dr. Richardson is very personable and she will call you herself if there is a problem. I would never go anywhere else. I would like to say Thank you for being such a great Dr. Office. Very clean, time efficient and friendly.

My daughter and I have been patients for years(referred by my sister who loves Dr. Richardson ALSO:)). I love the energy, the kindness, the LOVE AND THE TRUTH that she gives to me on EACH visit!! THANX DOC!!! :)

Stinky smells like mildew and pine sol. Barely any seating. Smell was unbearable and my kids said they were feeling nauseous. Health Department recommended to inspect #UpsetParent

Absolutely love Dr Richardson....my 7 month old were having a problem since he was 2 months...it only took her one visit to start the process of finding the problem...thank you sooooo much....she's not there for just money..she takes pride in her work...

The police were called on me after the doctor’s husband threatened me. He stood up and walked towards me and said that he would “throw me out”. This was after he made several sarcastic remarks and I asked him not to address my children!!!!! Will NOT be going back there EVER AGAIN!!!

My family have been with Dr.Richardson since she opened in Burnham. My son was in highschool, he is now 31 and I still go to her for all my needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and I brag to ppl that she was featured in a medical journal. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Richardson.
